Yeah, he’s had plenty of time to find a merging company or a buyer for the shell. I keep holding out hope that he has something in the works, but every time we are late filing, it’s apparent that he doesn’t. If we were close, he would be filing on time.

This wait, with zero movement or updates from Hsu is very frustrating. The only positive I can find with the amount of time this is taking is….you have to believe as connected as Hsu is, that it would be relatively easy to find a “start up” Chinese company to merge in.

I believe the fact that it is taking so long tells us he is looking for a decent sized company to merge in. At least I hope that is the case. Either way, he needs to get a move on.

Yep. He’s definitely trying to put something together, but the fact that he’s late tells me nothing is imminent, which is a little discouraging considering how long it’s been since the Sky Cosmos deal fell apart.

It is odd to me that he is struggling so bad to put a deal together considering his long history with Nam Liong.

I think it’s become apparent that he’s incompetent. He botched the deal with Sky Cosmos and now it’s obvious he simply can’t put a merger together. For him to file the extension paperwork and still let it go dark is just another example of a guy that is in over his head.

The shell is still very valuable in the right hands. I am hoping he can sell the shell to someone that knows what they are doing. Hsu is a clown.

I mean, if u can’t close out a deal w/ people u have been working w/ for 20 years, I’m not sure u will be able to put something else together. This is what I’m hoping as well. It doesn’t make sense that he would let us go delinquent when he has been diligent in keeping us current for so long.

A common reason for extension filing is a merger is taking place. Let’s hope that is the case here.

Until we get news, bid sitting in the way to go here. As discussed on here, some investors are going to need money are going to forced to liquidate. This is unfortunate because anyone that has a large position has been here for a very long time.

I am blessed that I don’t currently need money so I can stay the course. I wish Hsu would at least give the shareholders some sort of update as to his goals, but the cultural differences between the Chinese and Americans seem to be at play. He’s definitely not “pumping” his valuable shell in ANY way, which leaves all us guessing as to what the next step will be and the timeline in which it will take place.

Unfortunately, it’s same ole, same ole for now.

I looked through it and I don’t believe there is much added from the 8-k. CDC was mentioned in the 8-k as well. I’m not sure what Hsu’s end game is w/ switching Samoan companies, but it tells me something is happening. I guess we are going to have to see how it all plays out. He’s not spending all this time and money making these moves and keeping us current to sit dormant.
