That sounds great and very plausible.
Maybe! I still think he will go for last minute in the hope to have the audit filed first. We’ll see!
Lol. Your comments i tell ya. Wouldn’t roger want all things to be in a positive swing when the shareholder party happens? Why would he want to be bombarded by audit questions at the shareholder celebration? I’m sure he’s waiting until he can get some PRs out and this audit is filed so we are back on our way up with the PPS and sentiment all around.
Tues or wed. Whichever is the deadline. They’ve never filed late before.
Idk... if you think about it the AMFE accounting department and/or the audit firm accountants aren’t really working on the late 6/30/17 audit report since that mostly involves the CFO Squad and the audit firm partners.
Oh weird!! Just like i said months ago. RBSM was understaffed for AMFEs audit and they have been sliding AMFE to the bottom since they do not have a deadline. I also mentioned how complex AMFEs audit is with things such as purchase price accounting from several acquisitions.
I’ve tried to explain all of this from the beginning to help people understand why it’s taking this long... do i think it should take this long? Absolutely not, but i can understand why it’s taking this long based on what we already knew and now confirmed by Ryan Kagan.
Agreed. If they can’t handle the workload then don’t take the audit. Should have told AMFE they don’t have the staffing to get the audit done in a timely manner.
Setting AMFEs audit aside for 5 months of busy season is just ridiculous.
It will come. Maybe still tonight. Who knows tho... I finally have some powder for Monday.
As they should!! It's a tool to use at their disposable responsibly.
Go read up on how public companies use their share structure as an important tool to help fund expansion and growth and come back and tell us what you find.
Dude... I work with many different clients lol... take my word on this one.
Tax planning is important and most companies want to still show a profit but want to know where they can put expenditures before year-end to bring down taxable income. Another simple concept really... why would you want to give more money to the government when you could use an update to the bathroom, or a new fridge for the kitchen? Or would you rather give a portion of that money to the government?
If you can't understand that then I'm not sure what else to tell you lol
Yeah lol... they plan perfectly to show that they are still profitable during times of rapid expansion. Why would anyone want income anyways? Then you just pay more income taxes!
Most smaller companies do tax planning to make sure they spend or get their taxable income as low as possible so they don't have to pay as much for income taxes. Business savvy strategy, and it's nothing new... companies have been doing it since they day income taxes were a thing lol
Haha yeah I keep saying no more with the way I'm so heavily weighted in AMFE, but there's just not a better stock I think of to throw it in... just seems like easy money here.
I don't think the TA has really done much here... longs hold the majority of the shares right now. If we had a lot of volume over the past few months maybe there would be some TA guys flipping AMFE. Only thing with TA I could see is that we were super oversold the last two days because of that large bid whacker that drove the price down... Just shows how strong of a stock this is... recovered quickly in two days.
Yeah true, lmao. Silly wabbits
Neither do I, but Thirsty Thursday for sure tonight if we see something.
Can't really picture yet what my Friday night will turn into after another huge green day tomorrow.
If no audit tonight, then I think we trade sideways for the day and we get the audit tomorrow night after close.
Hell of a bounce from Tuesday! 1.382M shares traded today and ended up 17.27% in the GREEEEEEN!
Who wants the last .12s?
I'm thinking tonight with a monster PR!
And how do you know this?
Agreed! With a little help and a team to support the initiatives, the growth has been exponential since Sept 2016 when AMFE acquired S&L.
And now an acquisition with the spin-off that has similar potential to that of S&L? Can't wait to hear about that one.
Post count up very high today!! #6 on most posts and #9 on most read.
Had some convos late last night with a couple of posters. NOw today with some of the same posters. Gotta love when that post count is up, especially when we're close to seeing an audit.
I wouldn't see why it would be too long with their acquisition in France, was it?
#WorldDomination
Who thinks an audit is worthless to investors? No one ever said that lol
Some of us just believe Roger more than others. He announced the adjustments via Twitter and just recently announced NO CHANGES have been made to the statements since he announced the adjustments.
Stop putting words in other people's mouths.
They require audits because it's part of their due diligence process lol
They're playing with other people's money.
Alright alright, it filled!
AMFE to the moon!!! Audit tonight or tomorrow, maybe even a monster PR to go along with the audit?! Hopin so!
It's all fake! Someone fill my bid lol
Damn I'll try this again... My bid hasn't filled yet.
There is no audit! Everything Roger says is a lie and the never ending audit will never ever finished. It's all Roger's fault
Fake revenues... AMFE is going to sub pennies tomorrow! Pump and dump
Nice! Way to show em
What TA do you see?
A huge bid whack two days ago to drive the price down to undervalued? lol
lol... the 500k bidder moved it up to .118 to match ASCuM
man... would you look at the price movement... this thing is locked and loaded! ha!
500k bid at .115 - who's the loser that bid whacked their flipper shares to .085 two days ago?! Lol... lost out on racks of cash.
Nope, just trying to explain the audit process and my opinion on it.
Can't stand hearing stupid statements so I like to correct them.
Yes, I'm sure that's exactly what he did. The smaller firms always have to under bid the larger firms, and they'll take whatever business they can to bring in more cash. A lot of companies end up going with the lower bid, we get companies coming over from larger firms all the time.
lmao - the last three on your list state that the auditors gave the deadline. What don't you understand?!
Comprehension can be tough sometimes.
