Zapata Industries SAS is a fresh shell created for you all in 2016 along with the super duper website. In 2009 nothing existed. Typing error has you excited.
They don't owe anything because it was an inside job. If they (ZI-FZ-SG) claim they are owed the breakup fee, then the evidence will be presented.
Seth Gerszberg and Franky Zapata were looking to get 35 million, 15 + 20 working capital and personal employment contracts, guessing 1M+ annual along with one of the IMSC managers. According to the LOI.
Why does IMSC feel it does not owe the 350K breakup fee? It knows the inside deal details won't come to light. Seth's personal lawyer Donnenfeld is an associate of PP.
The website was window dressing for y'all. Attribute the outdated info to the overall atrophy of this investor flying pony show.
Or send an email and see what response you get.
Sandy Hook was real. The US landed on the moon. 911 was not an inside job. The Flyboard Air is a super noisy dangerous contraption, and it is real.
Read the posts and you will see the source of the information. And it will still not convince you that this is not a vast conspiracy to fake a flying Frenchman.
Bored.
GIGO
Garbage in, garbage out (GIGO) in the field of computer science or information and communications technology refers to the fact that computers, since they operate by logical processes, will unquestioningly process unintended, even nonsensical, input data ("garbage in") and produce undesired, often nonsensical, output ("garbage out"). The principle applies to other fields as well.

Of course that is the translation as the post was written in French. Looks like the Facebook translating software does a poor job of rendering easy to read English. The Flyboard Air has to be loud, wonder how often he was flying it. He has a lot of followers on his page, there's 388 replies to that post.
complex computer management system of propulsion compensates
This article is from before the flights of the Flyboard Air were banned, but holds some good information for those interested.
From this source:
http://www.laprovence.com/article/edition-marseille/4190652/icare-fait-rever-lamerique.html
Although most of its features remain confidential, the prototype of the Flyboard Air flying board has significantly expanded its range since the world record distance set by its pilot and designer Franky Zapata on April 30 between Carry-le -Rouet and Sausset-les-Pins.
The machine, which is often tested in the Catonte Canal at Martigues, is now able to hold the air for 10 minutes (compared with only 4 minutes before) and reach a speed of 100 km / h. Makes it possible to travel more than 15 km without refueling. But above all, the Flyboard Air development team managed to solve one of the major problems posed by this innovative as well as bold mode of travel, namely the in-flight extinction of one of the lift motors.
Developed over the last few months, a complex computer management system of propulsion compensates for the sudden drop in the thrust of a turbine by immediately and automatically increasing the thrust of all the others. Despite this, the tests continue exclusively over a body of water and a reasonable attitude so that in the event of an incident, the pilot can recover without damage. Until one day, he may have life-saving equipment in the form, for example, of a dorsal parachute with rocket extractor.
Conducted daily, these experimental flights should give rise to "beautiful surprises in 2017", promises besides the direction of Zapata Racing. A company born and based in Rove but whose buyout by a US investor, announced a few months ago, may leave a fear of a future departure across the Atlantic. It would not be.
Present at the Nautic de Paris "In fact, the operation is much longer and complex to implement, explains Anthony Tinchy, head of sales and marketing France. We have a partner in the USA but it is not in any case Of a merger as it was presented by the American media, that the Marseillais and the defenders of the Made in France are reassured: the company, its jobs and the editing process remain French and Franky Zapata remains the Captain of this French ship ".
A move to the Americas is all the less on the agenda, said Zapata Racing, "work is underway at Rove's premises to allow the arrival of new employees." The company currently has 12 employees, but new hires are planned in 2017 to accompany "steady growth in sales and turnover, mainly in exports". As for the commercialization of the Flyboard Air, it remains one of the main objectives of the company, in spite of numerous administrative constraints related to aeronautical legislation. "We are convinced of the usefulness of such an innovation," stresses Anthony Tinchy.
Since the presentation of the Flyboard Air at the beginning of 2016, demand is not lacking, whether for professional or leisure use. "An interest which should be able to be measured even more precisely from 3 to 11 December, at Nautic de Paris, where Zapata Racing will unveil "a new concept of hydropropulsion machine, at the crossroads between water machine and air machine", in addition to the nautical devices that have made its success and its reputation (Flyboard, Hoverboard by Zr and Jet Pack by Zr) ..
"thing that generates nuisances"
An update from Franky Zapata on his Facebook page. His French city has banned any further flights of his Flyboard Air with the threat of confiscation if he flies it again. The howling din generated by the device is the issue.
Just to inform people who appreciated the flights of flyboard air has sowerby bridge that c over! 2 neighbors as well as the Mayor (which has the phone number of my wife) we wore complaint to the gendarmerie C how it works just 2 people jealous and embittered by life and d a mayor whose only objective d be exalted and not get pensioners has back to stop the flight has carry even if the majority Was thrilled!
I so was summoned to the gendarmerie Monday or we m has informed that if I was stealing again we confiscate me the "thing that generates nuisances" I would continue when even a fly but will always be far from everyone Count on me to share videos on social networks but the live its gonna be a little complicated _- We may be a bit too avant garde retrograde for the idea of some of our elected But good c how I we account straighten out the country and guide him towards prosperity!!!! Anyway what to do? We little sheep of the people we keep your head down, we vote, we work to pay for their salary and especially n forgotten not to say thank you to let her breathe the air of their planet.
Don't worry friends n is that back to better jump Will come a day or country will need me and my toys and day the saw that I had nothing to do with their money I would negotiate instead my privileges e And I re decollerait of my house :)
bud, your "this is fake" is boring beyond belief. Open your eyes. Then realize that strapping a backpack full of kerosene and flying around standing on 6 130,000 RPM, 122 decibel model airplane engines as a business model is the flaw you should be looking at.
Yves Rossy
Bingo. Who is the expert in bankruptcy in this new gang?
Zapata financials, nothing known, all hype.
Hype is what drives stock price, so everything should be okay.
Zapata and Gerszberg on the better deal lookout. After the airboard success on Facebook and the recent Monaco Boat Show sales of four units at $270,000 each for the RC turbine powered FB Air, they are full of themselves and think they can get a better deal. Seth just has to weigh his agreement with Frankie and the other deal with his partners at PP. He convinced Frankie to think bigger, they are united in shared motivation to get the absolute most for themselves of out of this exposure.
They are balancing the fact that the Fkyboard Air got 44 millions views and the World Cup got 1200 views in the same channel, (twelve hundred. mostly views by the participants themselves) they know that the water board market is in the tank world-wide and that there is no crossover or halo effect of the flying footstool.
The United States has been Zapata Racing's biggest market world-wide for the past four seasons, their distribution network has been the best in its class, yet has seen its numbers fall for the past two seasons. Total number (all seasons combined) of all products produced (not sold) combined just barely reached the 10,000 number and the prospects for increased sales look dim, even with the planned dramatic lowering of the price for 2017 and going direct by eliminating the dealer network.
Every previous Seth Gerszberg bankruptcy post got acidwashed.
(btw, a very expensive process.)
Planned no doubt.

Things that have happened since the LOL deal was announced.
Franky is full of hisself juice now with his tens of millions of Facebook views, intoxicating stuff. His asspirations are now faa bigger than IMSC and the shareholders lack of true appreciation for his genius (with the exception of primethepump!).
Sethy realizes he can cut a waaaaay better deal with his friends at PP since they are in such deep poo-poo.
Franky and Sethy are doing their awkward Mulligan dance to the tune of Money, that's what I want, Sethy is trying to talk Franky into staying, Franky is trying to get away and do this genius work on his own, but knows he has been locked in by Sethy. Franky is calling his lawyers to see what he can do. There is internal friction.
Still, the as the conference call says: "It’s incumbent upon us to look at those things, and just as we look at technologies, we look at platforms for these technologies to deliver them. So mounting an H150 or B220 on a hover-board drone would not be practical. I'm not here suggesting that anybody on this team or anybody on this board even imagines that's true, and in fact, I could tell you why it's a dumb idea."
Drug sniffing "hoverboard drones", dumb idea?? Who does not like the sound of this? Stop 'n frisk, meets, fly 'n sniffs. Everyone is a winner.
What does Prox Dynamics...
The difference is, Prox Dynamics micro drone is a good idea. Small nimble, stealth, low cost, does not risk a soldier, cost is negligible, expendable, fault tolerant, good return for investors.
Want to deliver small ordinances simultaneously from eight different directions at a target? Try the next size up drone, a real defense player is no doubt already making that also. War machinery is not for dilettants to play at. Nice Z jet bike video though. ScFr, Nice work on the bad guy faces, do two of them have a thin wire cable?
Note the quote in the middle of the article below "after years of frustration". And it was 1989, drone stone age.
https://www.theguardian.com/science/2000/sep/14/technology2
The military liked the idea and funded a second project, the Bell Aerospace Jet Belt. This was based around a small turbojet engine with thrust nozzles directed downwards from the operator's shoulders. By 1969, the prototype was flying at up to 30mph for four minutes at a time. The makers reckoned that it would eventually be capable of over 80mph for 20 minutes.
Unfortunately, some design weaknesses became apparent, especially during landing when pilots had to cope with 100 kilos of jet on their backs. Falling over with a jet engine running is hazardous, with the risk of ingesting foreign objects. After years of frustration, Bell sold the rights to Williams Research Corporation.
Williams built the next model to take to the skies, the Wasp, sometimes described as a flying pulpit. The pilot stood astride the engine, with a 63,000 revs-per-minute jet between his legs. "What if it tossed a rotor blade?" asked writer Terry Metzgar. The designers covered the engine with Kevlar shielding to lessen the risk of damage if the worst happened. Landing wasn't a problem, but the military decided that it lacked the endurance for a mission and turned it down in 1982.
Undaunted, Williams went on to produce the X-Jet. Similar to the Wasp but with a highly efficient turbofan engine from a cruise missile, it could fly for 30 minutes at a top speed of 60mph. The X-Jet was highly manoeuvrable and much more stable than it looked. By 1989 the US Army had turned it down; the reasons are given in official reports which are still classified. Perhaps it was the cost, which was described as being "more than a Jeep, less than a helicopter" depending on the size of the production run. A more basic issue was that the X-Jet was competing with helicopters which were faster, had longer range and were capable of carrying more than just a single soldier. The one area where it might have had an advantage was reconnaissance, where small size and agility are an advantage. Unfortunately, this niche was already being taken up by small unmanned aircraft. There was no killer application to persuade the Army that the X-Jet was an unmissable opportunity.
Sale of the ETD asset for magic beans. This seems the sum of the deal.
Not an expert on this ETD business. The structure of this whole deal looking like an internal sale of the valuable main asset, the ETD tech and IP to get it out from under the debt. A tech with a clear and present future. Converting that real asset into a flying distant promise for the future, the magic beans. With the hope that it will grow into a giant beanstalk and carry the original investors up to the clouds and the waiting golden goose. "build solutions to excite the marketplace" as the main guy said in a recent conference call.
Creating the world's loudest flying infantry soldier platforms, and building this all on the dubious skill base of a French high school dropout with comic book hero Ironman and Green Goblin fantasys and his paper jockey "friends" from NYC.
In a fifteen year post 911 world where electronics, drones, remote operators, machine guidance are redefining everything, especially the face of war. This is a backwards comic book vision.
The original premise was nonsensical "we are selling our explosives business to buy a hoverboard company". The blatant distraction here is evident.
Jack was a fictional character, Franky is 38% real. ETD tech is here and now, IMHO, you all would be gullible to let it go for this fairy tale.
Exactly.
SG sued Zapata's Flyboard's USA distributor in 2012 for infringing his Jetlev jetpack patents. He same time courted Franky to try to turn the manufacturing around for his failing Jetlev jetpack business in exchange for dropping the suit etc. That deal went wrongways. After that SG's Jetlev business completely failed leaving a wake of unpaid customer. SG has kept chasing after Franky since 2013. Whatever SG's obvious links to PP are, his past and current relation to Franky Zapata and to flyboarding in general is that of useful tools to do his business game.
Another good question to ask is "when was Zapata Industries SAS incorporated?" It is only a few months old.
Each of Zapata Racings product launches for the water Flyboard also missed their peak seasons starting in 2012. Chronically behind by months in production.
The corporation *Zapata Industries" was formed by Seth specifically, and recently for this deal. Everything is window dressing.
Nice technical breakdown of the flyboard air. Everyone knew that 1000 HP was an exaggeration, ( as are all numbers that come from Footstool Peter Pan ) Turbine engines are rated in thrust not horsepower.
Each Jet Cat P400 is rated at 88 pounds of maximum thrust, there are four, so lifting a 120 pound rider up in the air has room for acceleration and a possible emergency letdown in case of a single flameout. Those little side fans always bothered as too tiny appearing more Green Goblin cosmetic, but as something to counter the gyro turbine rotation make perfect sense. To pretend that they are forward thrusters for high levels of exaggerated speed, classic Pan.
Perhaps you see in Franky a younger prime, the Franky does not share the limelight. 100% Franky, 100% of the blaze of glory. Franky is a born test pilot, test pilots don't do well with passengers.
Jet driven footstool. Boom! ptp, you nailed it! Is the CEO of a company that is his own test dummy the spanker that you are looking for to turn your stock shares around? Footstool Peter Pan?
Jet Cat Turbines P400R's
Build for model airplanes. You can see the purple color housings in the photos.
DJI Innovations assembly line worker, Shenzen forgets more in a day than Franky Zapata will ever know about electric motor drones.
There is no "getting into the drone business" with the "seat of the pants" engineering abilities of Franky Zapata. Look at his track record, the real one, not the myth he tells.
The title of this story: "Flying distraction circus act by accomplished performers, Voila!"
Franky Zapata proudly dropped out of high school, as he tells the story of the road to his success. His desk clean, no computer to seen. iPhone handles everythink he needs.
157 CM tall man standing on screaming turbine fans, flying with a big black helmet and a backpack full of kerosene.
Exciting times ahead!
primethepump, love your posts!
