AENP has defrauded investors by performing the reverse split with such "good intentions" to "keep investors informed". I think we should have some ambulance chasers get in line to take AENP down and get some sort of satisfaction out of this other than a tax writeoff!

Well, hopefully the economy can recover... if OPEC meets and reduces production that is leaving an opening for AENP to do the right thing and have a good PR on progress. You think they would want these shares to be worth something for financing purposes, but maybe they are making enough with unreported (to everyone) oil profits that they don't care... who knows.

The hope is draining from this stock... the Dow aside, if the Dow recovers and no PRs from AENP about productivity and other info to deflect the last news about the SEC investigation and this may be done. Wow, how much has been lost by investors in this stock so far? I know, "you didn't lose until you sell"... but............

I have written the SEC complaint dept on several occasions asking about such problems with AENP.. they could only respond that they are working on something but could not be specific and could not reply to me about any outcome in a case, if there was indeed one. Everyone should be sure to voice their concern over AENP at the SEC website.

Yes, I was in disbelief at this 10Q... lower overall Oil BBL and Natural Gas but only higher numbers because of oil/NG prices. They keep crying for money and that they cannot keep going as a company and introduced a strong paragraph that the stock split will allow them options to inject cash...I don't like where this dilution is headed and allowing the ownership of the public here to shrink as they add more shares. This sucks so far, and we have what, 3 months before we hear anything else in the form of the next 10Q or a 10K with announcments of dilution? Come on...why am I even still invested. Jeeze.

This morning CNBC was saying to invest in oil drilling companies... if CB plays it right, coupled with the 112$ BBL oil and BDC and SEC out of the way... and with a tight 18M shares outstanding we could really launch with the right news. Get these shares to $3 then he can print all the shares he wants! :)
