We're going to go below $15.10 to trigger stop losses.
Yes, just negatively speculating, based on the writing on the wall...
It's doesn't take this long and the price went from .05 to .01.
Shart!!!
OminCorp failed to secure the reverse shell merger of OVIT, due to Dr.Alexander Weis, CEO not willing to sell even 1 share for a profit. He's still claiming to cure colon cancer with OVI-123, which he lost that patent on and even then, it was knly a fungus that grew on cow flop/patties! If you call Dr.Wies and ask him a direct question, all he'll see is..."Call me back tomorrow." as is something is in progress, then if you call him back the very next day, he'll say the same thing, "call me back tomorrow..."
Golden parachutes in progress at Acadia pharmaceuticals, starting with Elena Ridloff. It's funny, that with a last name like Rattle-Off, she didn't even rattle off one word during the last conference call. Now, let's hope that Open-Shirt CEO, Steve Davis is the next to be paid 500 million on his departure! Even I could run Acadia much better!
Well the NASH news is out and the results are good.
How's the new style of "open-shirt" management doing with Acadia? Oh, I see it's a disaster...
Let's trigger those stop losses at $15.68...
BTW, Steve Davis wore an unbuttoned too low shirt during the Cancord conference call, when he should have worn a suit...
He stuttered often...and the words "Um and Ah" were used most often...
He also clicked the presentation clicker, way too loudly...
He didn't let the women speak...
Optics matter!
What a diarrhea joke!
Ya, a great Q here and the share price goes up, $18 here we come. By the way, blackrcock owns 5% of the shares.
@pzottkpz, please don't talk to debop like that, because the slightest negativity will cause him to block you. Please don't mentions the shelf offering/dilusion of shares, or that the gov is lowering drug prices. Please Deop is friends with Rod Rosenstein, whom signs blank search warrants to investigate 100% of all aspects of a person, their family, friends and business, all without any suspicion of a crime. After all debopper is pig farmer, but also an I.T. Manager...He's big-time, never exaggerates, dude is for legit. If you don't believe me, look at his twitter posts, when he make a stock prediction, based on a chart, his numerous charts are always correct...Never mind the fact that his charts don't take into account, r/s, dilution, warrants, offerings, etc. Deplopper is the man! A true Alpha Male!
Unfortunately, the infrastructure bill does not lower the costs in dealing with NDA and sNDA submussions to the FDA, nor does it lower the costs of running new drug trials...
The recently passed infrastructure bill, lowers the price pharma can charge for their meds, thereby lowering pharma profits, thereby lowering pharma investor profits.
Most ppl on another mb, think KMPH will continue with dilution and shelf offerings, not that they are needed, but because the CEO and his wife want the cash and prizes, which are being used to finance their lavish lifestyles.
You are the only one I know that has not caught onto this.
Expect after the Q3 call for the share price to go down, within a day or two.
Free falling and Free ballin'
Down down down in a burning ring of FIRE!!!
Pucker up, buttercup!
Uh oh, when the 1st infrastructure bill is passed today and then the 2nd, human infrastructure bill, it lowers prescription drug prices, thereby taking the profits out of pharma, thereby taking the profits away from pharma investors.
Luckily, Parkison's will be a thing of the past, pending the FDA's decision on that new NDA. No one would even need to Pimavanserin/Nuplazid, so it can be pulled off the market.
Institutional owners are bailing out now, single digits on the way!
FYI, the "infrastructure" bill failed, apparently due to no money to pay for it. I'm not here to debate the legitimacy of the infrastructure bill. My point is, that part of its' pork at the bottom of the bill, was to lower drug prices. If the bill had been approved/passed, the Acadia stock price would have even dropped lower and had lower profits and then during Acadia's next Q3 call, they would have had to lower their sales guidance even moreseo, due to lower profits/not being able to sell Nuplazid at a premium...
I think you meant to say, if the institutional owners start selling off, we're going to be messed over big-time.
Uh oh, if the institutes start selling off their 90% ownership, we're screwed.
Ok, now I believe you're real :)
RE: "30's coming! Adding here as usual $$$$"
Making wealth is fun, huh?
Ooopsie.
Are you a real person? Your profile looks totally fake.
Yupper-doo!
Pink-sheet, otc, penny stocks are a horrible risk!
The only thing worse, would be a pink-sheet, otc, dev-stage, biotech, start-up, penny stock.
They're called stinky-pinks for a reason!
2 in the pink and 1 in the stink!
Why do u like gambling? Are you rich?
Your logic might have worked before the shelf offering...
Remember how it went to $18 and then next day, back to $9...
Wow, you're smart, I've never heard anyone say that. When do we get paid our Apple dividends?
I believe everyone knows the name of this game, it's called dilute and flush and it's only made possible by the stock, shelf offerings and warrants, done by our Evil and Corrupted CEO.
You see, anytime KMPH stock rises in value, our CEO dilutes, lowers and ruins the value of our shares. He does this by taking the already available, shares of stock right off his shelf and then he floats and dilutes those shares into the open market, thereby lowering the value of our shares.
It's basically like inflation, the more money the government prints, the less our existing dollars are worth. The more shares of stock that exist, the less those shares are worth. Wash, rinse, repeat.
When KMPH went to $18 the other day, the CEO promptly took it back down to $9. When it went to $14, the CEO promptly took it back to $10, thanks CEO clown-conman!
Ya, you can count on it! With all of the good news going on, like you suggested, for sure a huge run before August 13th will occur, no doubt!
It will be $1 more by August 12th 2021 and no reverse split.
Well, what does that tell you? The SEC must have denied OmniCorp the ownership, reverse merger power over OVIT.
OMG, this sell off is killing me!!! I lost my entire life savings in AAPL stock :( I wish Steve Jobs was back in action, I heard he bailed out one of the Apple founders with a gift of shares of stock to Daniel Kottke :)
This crash is killing me!!! My average PPS is $150. Please someone, talk some sense into Tim Cook, for me!
It's quite a scam to carry out the decimal point to 3 digits...
Someday this stock price will either go up or go down. I'm so glad I could help.
SELL OFF has begun, how far will it drop, $117? OR $71?
AAPL tanks on earnings report.
Maybe if we were highly educated and woke, liberal lawyers, we'd be able to comprehend the details of the case. Does anyone dare to contact Omni corp to call and ask them the details, the details of darkness...
LOL, I'm not shorting any stocks and especially not Apple. I just find it ironic, that Apple frequently goes down and sells off, after good earnings reports.
