The date for the lawsuit against Claurus' Jatenzo, twice per day, Tbooster pill is August 24th, 2020. Lipocine seeks a permanent injuction, meaning if Lipocine wins, that Jatenzo will be taken off the market.
If TLando, LPCN 1144 (3 time sper day, taken with meals Tbooster) gets FDA approval and Jatenzo is taken off the market, then Tlando will be the only Tbooster pill on the market.
A next step for Lipocine would be to get Tlando XR, LPCN 1111 (once per day Tbooster pill) FDA approved. LPCN 1111 has already completed phase II trials.
TLando has also shown efficacy as a treatment for fatty livers.
Antares has a TBooster injector and there is another pharma that has a Tbooster nasal spray...
Just a bit of a summary, enjoy!
ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Price Target Raised to $40.00/Share From $30.00 by Cantor Fitzgerald. Obviously, this doesn't take into account the possibility of a buy out.
Onco Vista Innovative Therapies, sure is awesome!
LOL, not only did Innovus steal thousands of dollars from me, by stealing my shares in the reverse split and leaving me with fewer shares, but ETrade charged my a $25dollar reverse split, processing fee, so not only did Innovus steal my invested money, but I was even charged for to allow them to steal from me. None of us should have invested in Innovus and at the very least, we all should have sold before the reverse split and left for good.
You people ought to be happy! After all, Dr.D recently brought Innovus from .11 to 1.33, a major increase in share price!
Good point, thank you.
Cool, I'm glad I asked you, because if I hadn't, your one, ultra positive post could have influenced, inexperienced investors to lose a lot of money.
Approximately how long did you hold LPCN stock? Did you love it in the morning and on the same day, hate it and sell it in the afternoon?
What didn't you like about the end of day trend, was it a sell off?
As of the past couple of weeks, LPCN has been going up in general.
It sounds like you just look at current trends and not the big picture? I don't know, maybe that's the best way to make a profit.
I'm basically a long-term, holder, type of investor.
Ok, that would be good if LPCN went up, but you do realize that Tlando has already failed approval twice so far and was given CRL letters and had to redo some tests, right? Hopefully 3rd time with the FDA is a charm. However, from what I've seen with biotech's like this, not only do they need FDA approval, but also proven sales results and they don't have enough cash to market Tlando even if it was approved. Also, this would be approval for the times per day pill that needs to be taken with a lot of calories, so doctors will probably be reluctant to prescribe it. The 2nd generation of Tlando is supposedly a once per day Tbooster pill. Tlando did have good results during a fatty liver study. It would appear that LPCN would need to partner or sell to succeed. I just hope LPCN doesn't do a foolish reverse split and dilute or a dreaded secondary offering with crappy terms for chances of a successful business model.
No, I don't have links to support my claims. Feel free to believe me or not. Invest in Innovus or not. This is info I've remembered after years of being invested here.
Well, the main thing is that Dr.Damaj got nominated to be CEO of the year (no political correctness or quota's involved here, I'm sure, it was strictly based on his good business performance) and thankfully, he will still get a huge salary no matter what, as investors and Innovus files for bankruptcy.
Recently, someone left the Innovus BOD and I think it was because their conscious got to them and they called Dr.Damaj out on his misdeeds...
The news posting regarding the BOD member that left, basically stated that it was not due to a business fight or personal differences, so that means that it was actually due to a fight or personal differences, otherwise they would not have proactively denied it in the news article.
We also don't know how much of that being sued for $5 million Dr.Damaj had to pay the Vesele compounding pharmacist that he misrepresented as being a Doctor, when his image was used in advertisements.
Dr.Damaj has used our money to life a fat life-style and to pay lawsuits.
I don't ever remember Innovus ever keeping any of their words/goals ever, during any conference call.
It's all just bunch of lies and a collapsing house of cards.
Wow, LPCN went up to $2.75 today, but what goes up, must go down, much like a boner.
Of course Dr.Damaj is paying Zacks for fake reports, the reason being that no one is buying or rebuying Innovus products, so he needs the fake publicity, to keep trying to fool people into buying INNV stock, since this is a stock selling, stock printing/diluting pink sheet, OTC, scam.
I think what the good drugdoctor is saying, is that Innovus is what you call a "Life-style" company, meaning it's only in business to support the board of directors, fat-cat lives, consisting of mansions, yachts, caviar, lobsters and fine-wine.
In other words, the Innovus board of directors does not care about it's customers or its investors.
In fact Innovus stole investors money, by invoking a premature and drastic reverse split, but claimed that it was needed for up-listing to the Nasdaq.
The real truth is that the reverse split was needed to cut the total amount of shares down, so that they can continue printing/diluting new shares to stay in business and support their highly-overpaid salaries.
This is the same strategy that Dr.Damaj/CEO did at Apricus.
Dr.Damaj will continue this scam as long as possible, as his means of residual income.
You will never see a penny of your invested money again.
No company would ever buy out Innovus, for it's snake-oil products.
Terrible marketing, terrible products, lies, dilution, reverse splits galore and bankruptcy soon.
Fair market share price = -.0001.
Greetings, in my opinion, the caveat emptor - buyer beware - skull and crossbones symbol should be noted on every, pink sheet, otc stock...
Especially, with POTN, not only taking into account the massive dilution, the shaky past businesses, shady management, screwed over share structure and the FBI and arrests, but also taking into account the FDA and the legalities, or illegalities of CBD.
Many things are working against CBD, including big pharma and the crazy FDA.
Good luck to all, it sure is a long shot.
Agreed, yup any day now...
Any day now, OVIT will be reverse shell merged into a new company with new technology and we'll make a profit.
ACAD could also wait until the additional trial is complete, to make a potential buy out price even higher.
Or, ACAD could try for a buy out deal now and not get as much of the last trial is successful.
Or, ACAD could never sell and try doing it on their own.
Is there a link to click on this board, to click on, that will show the buyer beware symbol? Or do you have to manually go to that site to see the symbol? What is the site, something something, potn/summary/overview? If there isn't a link to click on this board, shouldn't there be? Why would it be hidden? Also, wouldn't it be better, if those symbols/warnings appeared directly on this board as well? Is it time for a board redesign?
To be exact, POTN will disappear like a very, smelly, diarrhea-shart in the wind, just like our invested money disappeared.
Big spread, sell is .05 and buy is 2.28.
Wide spread today, Bid/Buy .0001 vs. Ask/Sell .09.
No volume today, do'h!
What happens to the the CV and Evi shares?
Do they keep the shares or do they get returned to POTN and the shares get retired?
Or, do CV and Evi keep the shares and do they keep get to dumping/shorting?
If CV and Evi get to keep their shares, will they at least be stopped from dumping/shorting?
After all, they have enough money to pay a fine?
So, is this just going to be slap on the wrist, or is the illegal activity going to stop?
If CV pleads guilty to a lesser charge (if that's even possible) I wonder what would happen to all the shares that CV and Eli have.
Would CV/Eli's shares still be returned and retired, thereby being a huge benefit to POTN long term shareholders? Or, would they just pay a fine and keep doing the scamming?
I can see where CV being arrested is a good thing, but in a way, it's bad publicity and might scare off potential new investors.
Or, it could bring in new investors, because in theory, CV's arrest is the beginning of getting things cleaned up.
I hope POTN doesn't get halted and I hope we earn a profit from our shares.
It would be amazing if all of this occurred during a close time proximity...
The CV/Eli and share structure mess gets cleared, record revs/profits and the FDA clarified CBD regulations in our favor, we'd see a positive difference in POTN share price.
There has been a fair amount of volume over the past month or so for dormant OVIT. I wondering if OVIT will ever come out of dormancy or if it will be reverse-shell merged as a new company.
Thanks for the advice, I have no intention of bailing out.
I wonder where ACAD will settle after failing the phase III advance trial?
It seems odd to me that the trial was only 6 weeks, it seems like it should have been at least 8 weeks, if not 12 weeks.
I wonder where ACAD will settle after the Q2 earnings are lackluster?
Rumor has it that the Baker Brothers are out of ACAD.
If I had to take a guess, due to phase III failing, the Baker Brothers being out and a lack luster Q2, I would say, this will settle at $7 to $11 dollars, which is optimistic.
Right, just wondered if the bid/buy order actually went through, or if it expired, thanks.
Ya, that's awesome, did the 500,000 bid go through as a buy?
Just a matter of days before this shell is bought and merged into another company...
ATRS appears to be in the process of taking off, upward now. I only mention it on this board, because it's also a T-booster.
Hi, just put of curiosity, where do I find those famous yield signs and promo horns, that everyone and their broher is taking about?
Or, do I have to have a paid ihub membership to see them?
I can't afford to pay for an ihub membership, after having lost my lifes savings in ovit, gpro, matn/oxygn and potn.
Thank you.
It's a win win win, for sure.
Whether it's a reverse split or stock dilution, the net effect is the much the same...
When the stock is diluted, you have the same amount of shares, but they are worth far less, because the stock price goes down, because there is so much more available stock in the float, having and abundance of a commodity makes it worth less, than if it was scarce, unless it was in very high demand, which in this case, requires a good product, good marketing, a favorable legal environment and the trust of management.
With a reverse split, many of your shares get stolen by the company, but they are worth more, because the r/s cuts down on the float of available stock, but the net effect is you have less overall value in your portfolio/investment, because after the the split, the stock price usually goes down and it goes down quicker if there is continued dilution of the stock.
On a side note, one cause of inflation, when your dollar is worth less, has less purchasing power is when the government prints money, with nothing backing it. We have not been on the gold standard for years. With nothing backing the dollar, that is why interest rates are played with and manipulated.
When there is a larger pool of available dollars, money in the economy, but not being spent, or available stock in the float, it's overall value goes down.
That's one reason gold and diamonds have a high value, because they are scarce, there isn't much gold or diamonds, so their value is high.
If the supply is low and the demand is high, it drives up the price of the commodity, be it a stock, paper money, gold or diamonds.
I think it might go up a little bit, but no where near $19. Like I was saying before, it appears to me now, that it's not just FDA approval, but getting it on the shelves and in the doctors hands and not just having sales, but also having profits that make biotech stocks go up nowadays.
Also, I don't think Lipocine has enough money to bring this to market, hence a partner or a bad situation of stock dilution, to bring in cash for selling, general and administrative and marketing costs.
Of course I could be wrong, or only partially correct, these are not absolute truths.
I hate to take a guess, but if Tlando gets approved, I think the stock price will go up to $2.50 and after that I have no idea where it will go from there, will it maintain, go up, fluctuate up and down, or skyrocket up and blast off?
My take on this, is that it's a long term investment and within 5 years, if Lipocine goes it alone, it will be highly profitable.
I would like to see a buy out of Lipocine for a quicker profit for us, if not that, then a partnership.
Additional scam information, some of which, not all of us knew, so enjoy the read and carry on now.

This company was previously known as:
SND Auto Group, Inc. until 3-2017
PotNetwork Holdings, Inc. until 5-2016
United Treatment Centers, Inc. until 7-2015
Element Trading Holdings, Inc. until 3-2014
United Treatment Centers, Inc. until 10-2013
MyMedicalCD, Ltd. until 6-2008
Interactive Solutions Corp. until 11-2004, State of incorporation changed from Nevada to Wyoming in 11-2004
Araldica Wineries Ltd. until 2-2000
H P Capital Corp. until 9-1996
But wait, there’s more. The company states that it operates six wholly-owned subsidiaries:
First Capital Venture Co., a Florida corporation which has as its wholly-owned subsidiary, Diamond CBD, Inc., a Delaware corporation. First Capital Venture Co. was acquired by the Company on January 31, 2017.
PotNetwork Media Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation, the owner and operator of Potnetwork.com as a digital business magazine focusing on the cannabis industry, which was acquired under a stock purchase agreement.
Blockchain Crypto Technology, Corp., a Colorado corporation, an early stage cryptocurrency mining company.
Grinder Distribution, Inc., a Florida corporation, a distributor of herbal grinder.
PNH Holdings, Inc., an inactive Colorado corporation.
SND Auto Group, Inc., an inactive Colorado corporation.
Apparently, PotNetwork Holdings pivots to whatever is the hot business in the market at the time, and never actually commits to any one product.
When you’ve been writing about the stock market for as long as we have, you recognize companies that shouldn’t be touched with a 100-foot pole. This is one of them.
It is not illegal for a company to hire stock promotion firms. The SEC states, however, that if a company pays someone to publish or publicize articles about its stock, it must be disclosed to the investing public.
The stock has spiked sharply higher (and then lower) in recent months, depending on hype-filled headlines. We’re catching a powerful aroma and it’s not marijuana — we smell a possible pump-and-dump scheme."
On top of that, PotNetwork’s most recent set of audited financial statements were provided by the auditing firm of Machar Chowdhry & Associates, based in Bangaluru, India.
It isn’t entirely clear why the company would choose a firm all the way in India to audit its financial statements, but let’s just call that a red flag, shall we?
The stock appears headed to zero. There are too many red flags regarding this company. It’s just not clear how the company made its money in any given period or what it actually makes and sells. And frankly, we don’t trust its financial statements.
We strongly advise investors to stay far away from this stock. It’s a toxic investment.
I agree that it would seem like a run up would be closer to the PDFU date and as that time nears, I don't think the run up will be as much as it was in the past and I would not be surprised if it didn't run up at all.
However, there was some increased volume today, which was good and I wonder why. Obviously, we'd like to see the increased share price remain and increase, if possible.
It appears to me now, that biotechs not only need FDA approval, but sales and revenue growth to increase the share price. In general, it seems like the glory days of biotechs are gone.
I don't think biotechs are like the past glory days, when they would double or triple through each phase I,II and III good results and FDA approval, generally speaking.
Unless, of course, if it was for a life saving block buster drug, that did not have any previous treatments before, in which case, I could see the share price doubling and tripling, before going to market and before revenues.
I hope there isn't dilution or a secondary offering, but I guess I'd take a secondary offering over dilution.
Having said that, I would like to see a buy out offer and in lieu of that, a business partner, I don't think Lipocine can go it alone to bring their meds to market.
Apparently from start to finish, including developing a protocol, patenting it, phase I,II and II trials, along with FDA approval and being on pharmacy shelves, it costs 100 million dollars.
I am not in ATRS at this time, I did want to play both sides, but I went with LPCN.
Wow, there is some volume and LPCN is going up. It must have to do with the pending FDA review for potential approval.
Hi Harry,
Will it go up on its own accord, or will it only go up after an R/S?
The $1.25 target was a paid promotion.
Thank you.
Agreed no reason to post anymore and since this has been proven to be a scam, might as well shut down this board.
