No buzz... actually decline... here are google trends:
https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?q=strikeforce%20technologies
So tired of this... still a long for 3 years but so tired of this.
Our intelligence strategies are all wrong. For all we know all agreements with our vendors could amount to 10% of all profits earned by the vendor. How can we prove thats not right?
Also, I was thinking about HSN and the mention of government. If you stop and think for a moment, if SFOR is under an NDA and cant discuss these things with the public, then the HSN deal was done by a vendor (ACS?) who is not subject to the rigid NDA that SFOR is glued to. Somehow, some entity was able to spill the beans to HSN. Who is it? Thats the company we need to reach out to.
SFOR wont give us any info due to NDA. Others may. They did it with HSN.
Buy now. Closing 0.155 today or higher.
...And it wont take us 20 years lol
With the confidence levels here, I expect a close at 0.155 or higher today. SFOR!
Me too. Good job everyone.
Q2, Q3 or Q4.. who cares! She will come when she's ready. SFOR!!!
LMAO... after today, I have no doubt in SFOR. I was scared of shorts today but I am convinced now that there are little to no shorts left. Longs own the shares and the worst is behind us!!
Blank and Rome
Ropes and Grey
Deals Galore
Settlements
Strong Shareholder Base
Everything is aligned sooooo nicely. I am sure todays performance is a confidence boost to Mark Kay. Go get'em for everything they got Mark!
To all the longs here. I love you guys. I, like yourselves have not and will not sell.
The beauty of SFOR is not just the company, its prospects, potential and its almost certain success, its beauty is in its long shareholders who believe in it and will not budge from their faith.
To all the longs, I commend you all. We own this bitch!
Mark Kay, go out and do your thing! We got your back!
This is Strikeforce!!
Today will be a good test to see how many longs there really are. Just wish Mark Kay could throw out a PR before the market opens with some good news.
Reality is we're in for an interesting few weeks ahead... not pretty.
As a long I can argue that. SFOR can RS and there are many ways to raise money that can hurt us as investors. In the end ropes and gray is indifferent. How SFOR gets its money for continued operations doesnt concern them. Maybe Kay is considering RS now? Remember, he said no RS quite some time ago, maybe he expected a settlememt before getting to these figures?
Those in contact with Kay, please email him amd find out if RS is am option now or if he still says no RS in the future.
100%
SFOR could very possibly be paying for licenses used in their software which may explain the expenses?
Just got this email from the Social Security Administration:
#####
On June 10, 2017, we will add a second method to check your identification when you sign in to my Social Security. This is in addition to the first layer of security, your username and password. Right now, you don’t have to do anything for this new process. But you may want to sign in to your account to make sure you remember your username and password. Then, when you sign in on or after June 10, you will be able to choose either your cell phone or your email address as your second identification method. Using two ways to identify you when you log on will help better protect your account from unauthorized use and potential identity fraud.
Since my Social Security became available in May 2012, more than 30 million people have created an account. We have always offered a second layer of protection, but only for customers who opted to use it.
Last summer, we added a second way for us to check your identity when you registered or signed in to my Social Security. However, at that time, we only allowed the use of a cell phone as your second identification method. We listened to your concerns, and beginning on June 10, you can choose either your cell phone or your email address as the second way for us to identify you. Since an email address is already required to use my Social Security, everyone can continue to benefit from the features my Social Security provides.
Each time you sign in to your account, you will complete two steps:
•Step 1: Enter your username and password.
•Step 2: Enter the security code we send you by text message or email, depending on your choice (your cell phone provider's text message and data rates may apply).

LOL, we are all sick of the slow bleed.
As a long, it's sad to say but, yes. We are going to continue to dive until there is some positive news... could go lower than .01, 0.009, .008 or even 0.005 depending on how long the wait is for SFOR to make some announcement.
"Following the creation of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board five years ago, competition in intellectual property work has increased, he said.
“Looking at IP more broadly, PTAB definitely moved litigation to quicker, more efficient forums, and a Supreme Court ruling reduced some IP litigation,” Malt said. “I think you see a lot of big firms now realizing that they’re a bit oversized in IP.”

Amen.
Nope, we're still here.
Incorrect, you have vendors vetted and these vendors are trusted advisors / consultants. They partner with companies and offer their products.
We have plenty of Amo for this to reach its true potential. We are trading all wrong with these numbers and the real prospects.
We need an article in the wall street journal to attract investors.
I'm an IT manager with the government. Would be a conflict of interest for me to even bring SFOR up.
I think many are here for the patents and the deals, but mostly for the patents. We're gonna keep bleeding and trading this way until we get some patent news. Brace yourselves, this might dip to .01 or much lower depending on how long the wait is.
If you have faith, you will wait and it wont make a difference how we trade. I have complete faith but Ill be honest, it hurts watching this dive daily.
I hope we get some settlement news soon.
Amazing seeing SFOR name with the big boys. BTW, thanks for the email. Please keep me in the loop. SFOR!!!
10K page 20. 458 common stock holders on record with TA.
Lol
Never ended up selling. Still holding strong and havent sold 1 share since 0.0003 :)
Doubt that. I think around 100 on iHub are holders. If total shareholders are 458 then thats nearly 25%. They could make an impact and play with psychology on large sales.
Makes sense. Thank you Zpaul.
Steven Cooper, former CIO of Department of Commerce. Bravatek CEO, Thomas Celucci... ex Chief Commercialization Officer with the federal government. Is there a relationship here? I'm trying to piece the Strikeforce Tweet to bravatek from a couple of weeks ago... has anyone ever figure out what that was about?
http://cellucciassociates.com/about/
4sleddogs, come on. Brewing because of more posts? Lets not assume again. We are all trying to figure this one out. Some may already have, but others holders like myself need more convincing... from a patent perspective. I love SFOR but it doesnt mean I cant question it.
Would love for you to share if possible.
Zpaul i cant make out the words. Is there a clearer version that you can share?
ZPaul, please look at page 34 here and let me know your thoughts. I am SFOR long but kind of weary about the whole Patent... is it really theirs and are the defendents really using it, or are they using something else that is patented and owned by someone else?
https://ptabdata.blob.core.windows.net/files/2017/IPR2017-01064/IPR2017-01064.pdf
Thanks all. What event took place 1/31? Also, does anyone have a link to the IPR response from SFOR?
What if the IPR comes back against us? Do we know when IPR will be completed? When was it submitted?
Thanks. SFOR!!!
I see. Okay, thanks all.
I have a stupid question. Anyone look at the parties tab in pacer? It lists all 3 companies and says "defendent consolidated". Does that mean its 1 lawsuit against all three? In other words, if a settlement occurs... does it instantly apply to all three defendents to pay up?
https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/12206186/STRIKEFORCE_TECHNOLOGIES,_INC_v_DUO_SECURITY_INCORPORATED
Where is Zpaul anyway? I dont think there will be anything significant in the Q1. Q2 and Q3 is what i look forward to seeing.
Agreed. I anticipate .02 to come soon and .05 or higher possibly by Q2 fins, if not sooner if settlements or a buyout is reached.
