Yeah, one thing this isn’t is a “scam.” There are plenty of those out there, but a scam enriches the insiders. Lugee Li’s 64 mill investment is now down to 29 mill of liquid assets. He’s gotten pretty beaten up on it and there’s no liquidity, or profits, for his shares to be sold. This Company is not enriching the insiders, as much as they have underperformed as well.
Scam in the dessert! Er, "desert." Did they move the building into the desert??? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller??
Nickel? How about sub-penny??? Love, love, LOVE the positivity!!!
Tom Steipp was an ignoramus?
Interesting, so the point of the 2017 Open House was...???
LOVIN' THE POSITIVITY!!!
After hours on the earnings call, the price dipped to 279. I sense the big funds were messing with the little people who got spooked, but then when the dust cleared, MSFT just keeps moving on. That’s what a great CEO does.
Too much demand - nice problem to have, particularly when your customers have nowhere else to go. Cook has one choice - raise prices. Then, when supply returns, he’s generating even more revenue.
Thank you!
Read about this yesterday. I bought back in based on it. This is going to be huge. Pichai is brilliant. I never should have sold this off.
Do you know who supplies the chips for their Xbox’s? Is it Nvidia? And no, I’m not trying to plug Nvidia, just trying to see the tie-ins. Thanks.
P.S. You always post great info. Thanks for all your work.
I’m kind of surprised they pay a dividend at all. I’m with you - the appreciation. I bought more on the dip today. These stocks are not for the “flippers.” These are for the 5-10 years, minimum, out that have brilliant people working for them that stay ahead of the curve.
As it is, they spend so much money on R&D to stay ahead of the curve that I give them credit they can free up some cash flow. Amazon is a perfect example of a Company with a cash hoard that pays no dividend and I don’t get that, but for the likelihood they have the connections to get away with it - for now, anyway.
You don't have faith TC is going to save the world?
I hear ya. They can't stop it, though. There just aren't enough shares out there and the market cap is so small for this type of news and breakthrough. The insiders are going to make a killing.
This is getting hysterical. They keep halting it. This is going to be EPIC! Seriously, this was a no-brainer yesterday. The float and market cap are still miniscule.
3rd time halted 25.85. They aren't going to be able to stop it.
Second time halted, lol. This could go to 50-60 - Easy.
You getting a bid/ask? My broker looks like it has it halted. They release this from its halt, the run could be epic.
Trading halted? I'm not getting a bid/ask on my broker.
Fibromyalgia is a 2-3 billion dollar market. The medications are tough to handle and can be hit and miss. From what I've read, this is a device that has, minimum, over 50% effectiveness. So, no side effects and no drug to take.
The market cap at $10.00 is 38 mill (3.8 mill shs O/S). If they can capture 100 mill of a 2-3 billion market, you're potentially looking at a $25-$30 stock, maybe more, with the right momentum, but it is AWFULLY difficult to get FDA approval, so that is HUGE. Add in that it bumped from $10 to $13.60 after hours in light trading.
It looks like you have all the factors here for the perfect storm, particularly now that it is at a price where the institutions can buy in.
Ihub needs a like button, lol.
This...is...HUGE!!! And the market cap is TINY. This is a tremendous takeover candidate. This is - EASILY - a billion dollar market. Congrats to those that got in early, but I don't think it's even close to where it could go.

I won’t be unhappy if they do an AMC or GameStop pump…
Never a need to apologize. It’s all good. Here’s hoping they have it figured out.
I was referring to Jason Kowalik aka Jason "Bond." I guess "Kowalik" just doesn't have that "ring" to it...
Not sure if this was posted before, but that customer list includes Lockheed - remember the canards? Someone really failed at cultivating those relationships and Visser ran with them.

Anyway, hopefully, they landed a contract worth requiring the change in CEO and the expense of his salary.
It’s getting difficult for the shorts to justify it with Apple. It’s just too risky. It’s getting tough for them to do it with any stock in this climate with games being played with Meme stocks. That’s why Burry is now trying to play games to cover himself as well. He’s certainly not espousing anything altruistic. He’s the definition of the shorter who needs to cover his ass, but now he’s doing it by less than objective means. He’s doing the same thing he’s ripping others for.
They just keep making $$$$$.
What was their motivation for putting it up there? It had nothing to do with the activity of yesterday. The flippers came in on the news - not on that photo. If we see Form 4's that insiders flipped, then yeah, shareholders should be more than ticked-off, but what else is new?
If anything, it either shouldn't have been there because they have something going on and it shouldn't have been disclosed. Or, there is nothing going on with that, and they pulled it down to eliminate exactly what you're suggesting.
Thanks.
You think there’s also something regulatory going on with having a U.S. based CEO and U.S. citizen for a penny stock company? I have to see what I can find, but any thoughts?
Honestly, I know Jack Ma can’t be compared to Lugee Li, but read about him if you haven’t already. The rumor is he was forced to step down by the Chinese government.
TC is in this for the money and the glory and the less work for him, the better, lol. And I don’t blame him. Something is up. Like I said, though, remind me when I’m wrong - that I’m consistent with.
I need to pay better attention - where did you get that info? Was this in the press release of him becoming CEO?
Now that's a smart reply from a smart person that tells it like it is. I'm not capable of that either, lol.
I think he came back for the glory without having to work for it, lol. Not sure I blame him, but I've never been smart enough or calculating enough to be able to do that, lol.
Either way, there's going to be an increase in price. I think the "change in CEO" is "window dressing" for appearances sake. "Travel restrictions," my ass - everything can be done virtually. Li doesn't need to be at a building that isn't even used for manufacture and that is mostly occupied by a tenant.
Like I said, don't hesitate to remind me when I'm wrong.
Ever meet TC?
Li's got some kind of affinity for Tony Chung. He let him run that one and only conf call. Then, when he gives up the CFO role, they don't find a replacement, but leave Van as "VP of Finance" and TC is kept on the BofD.
Somehow, I don't think TC is stepping into this role for just the salary. They've been cost-cutting like "Chainsaw Al" - yeah, I'm dating myself, so either Bromage is gone or something is up, but don't hesitate to remind me when I'm wrong...that's one thing I'm good at.
I bought more today anyway .093-.094. Just noticed the .148, but I'm too much of a wimp and FOMO to flip it. I'm still convinced TC wants the price up, one way or another, over the next few months. Hopefully, it's not an "in the midst" statement that does it.
P.S. The Hauckster is a POS, lol.
They’re not going to do any kind of reverse split until they make some money. They make NO revenues. None. They have to generate some kind of revenue to do that.
They do a reverse split with no revenues, the stock slide will be vicious and will be catastrophic to even the insiders. What institution is going to start buying this stock just because the price is in a range where they’re allowed to buy it, when the Company hasn’t proven they can generate revenues? Come on, think about it.
Now, will the new CEO want the price up? Yes.
