Capped conversion to 3bn not AS

What’s your thoughts on the last page- the attorney letter- of the latest 1a filing? Sounds to me that they’ve decided to CAP the conversions to 3bn shares MAX…. Thoughts ?

Most important update from the new 1a - is the fact it now is saying up to 3bn shares!

Prior versions never said that
