It has come to my attention that the smear campaign against DDCC has spread to other IHUB boards.
Bottomline: Once the DDCC financials are released and/or DDCC Translock contracts are announced...DDCC stock will be like a runaway freight train...it CAN"T BE STOPPED!!!
0-3 Months from now. See YA. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
It's December 2016 and you know what that means?....well if you don't remember then let me remind you.....it means that we should only be about 0 to 3 months away from DDCC starting to TAKE OFF BIG TIME!!! Cha Ching goes the cash register for the patient long investors of DDCC. Cha Ching $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Potentially GREAT News for DDCC: The shipping industry appears to be heating up again BIG TIME. From 2008-2015, the shipping industry had been greatly slumping until this year when the Dry Baltic index is starting to climb again. Specifically, the Dry Baltic index went from it highest level of about 11,600 in 2008 to a low of about 300 in 2015. However, the dry baltic index now appears to be recovering as it has climbed up to about 900 recently with plenty more room to grow!!!
Case in Point: Dry Ships (DRYS) a shipping company stock just went from 5.10 (November 9, 2016) to 73.00 (Today). A WHOPPING 1331% percent increase in just one week. This may only be the beginning and DRYS could rise much further.
Now just imagine what the incredible DEMAND FOR TRANSLOCK will be as the demand for cheaper and more efficient shipping containers is now increasing due to an increasing dry baltic index!!!!
DDCC all the way. Within the next 1-4 months, us DDCC longs should start seeing CHA Ching goes the cash register! Cha Ching!!!! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Let everyone see this one:
Both Sides of the Double Crown Resources (DDCC) Coin Are Winners
Double Crown Resources Inc (OTCMKTS:DDCC) is a double-edged sword, and either side could bear nice fruit for investors.
By James E. Brumley
Nov 8, 2016 5:55:07 AM PS
Most young companies only have one way to make money, so when a startup has two clear revenue paths, it's an exciting prospect to say the least.
Double Crown Resources Inc (OTCMKTS:DDCC) is one of those double-barreled small caps. Not only is it a minerals/mining play, DDCC is also a transportation stock. Better still, the company is doing things the low-risk way.
Double Crown Resources' claim to fame is a shipping-crate system called Translock2 (or Translock Squared). It's ingenious. The design removes all the risks and hassle of shipping things like pellets or beans or salt - which are normally delivered in drybulk vessels - but still utilizes all the flexibility of intermodal containers.
In short, Translock2 a delivery and dispensing platform for drybulk goods. The idea is to convert intermodal containers (the big box containers you see sitting on top of flatbed trucks or train cars, or stacked by the hundreds on top of a ship) into something that also serves as a dispenser of things like sand or livestock feed. Rather than constantly aggregate or separate several times en route to the customer -- and lose material each time -- the shipping container is already pre-filled with the amount of ordered drybulk goods, and the container remains on-site as a dispenser until the final user empties it. It's a development worth noting, in that it explicitly circumvents the need for drybulk vessels, and turns intermodal container ships into dry cargo vessels.
It's also just a smart idea, and more important, Double Crown Resources has patented the idea.
To that end, DDCC has made it clear how it plans to drive revenue with its Translock2 system. It's not going to make them. It's going to license the platform out to companies that make such shipping equipment.
It's the right move in all ways. Making 20-foot container boxes is not only labor-intensive, it requires a lot of space as well as upfront capital. Conversely, licensing revenue is high-margin, easy money, and doesn't require any real upfront capital.
At stake is a piece of the $30 billion that's spent every year delivering drybulk goods.
As clever as Translock2 is, however, it's not the only thing Double Crown Resources Inc has going on. It's taken a back-seat in terms of garnering attention, but DDCC was and still is a mining stock. It does things differently on that front though.
Double Crown deserves lot of credit for making smart decisions. Unlike so many other miners who continued to dig all through the commodity glut - and incur expenses - without really knowing if they would be able to sell what they dug up, DDCC won purchase commitments first before committing to produce anything. Case in point: In November of last year, the company secured a five-year industrial mineral (barite) deal that could be worth up to $20 million in revenue. Also in November of last year the company inked a copper supply deal that could be worth up to $40 million worth of revenue. Since then, Double Crown has sourced and started to deliver those goods.
With guaranteed business waiting for it, Double Crown can now justify tapping into established supply sources. It's a smart, low-risk way of being in the business.
It's not just a reactionary business model though. The company also identifies future sources of resources it might sell.
In October, instance, DDCC announced it had acquired the rights to a major gold and silver mining operation in the Puebla region of Mexico. In short, the company will be able to deliver even more gold to contracted buyer that materialized in January, and accelerate the deal's revenue generation.
As the company also said in the press release, those mining/extraction rights are something "Double Crown intends to use for the fulfillment of multiple high value supply projects over the next several years."
In other words, the Puebla rights are something Double Crown Resources can keep in its back pocket, ready to tap at a moment's notice for when the next off-take agreement materializes.
It really is one of the market's most compelling yet most understated opportunities, with that bullish flames being fanned by not only a measurable even if not red-hot economic growth pace as well as a rebound in commodity prices..... and demand. Throw in the fact that the Baltic Dry Index continues to rise, subsequently pushing shipping costs higher for commodity buyers and sellers, and the need for cost-control measures like the one Translock2 can offer becomes just that more valuable. Look for DDCC to become something bigger than most people might expect it to become.

You're welcome ProfitScout. I completely agree with you that DDCC stock is well worth the wait. Finally, everything appears to be coming together very quickly now for DDCC. As I mentioned, I don't think we will have to wait too much longer (about 1-4 months from now) to start to see big price movement from DDCC stock.
Right now the day traders are playing with the stock to try to make pocket change instead of using this incredible opportunity to try and accumulate absurdly cheap shares. However, soon enough, the day traders will start to realize the big mistake they made by giving away their shares for essentially NOTHING.
Lets Put this one at the top!!

Keep thinking that. LOL However, in about 2 to 5 months from now you shall see the truth about DDCC. Cha Ching goes the cash register! Cha Ching!!! Mo Money for DDCC longs. $$$$$$$$$$.
WRONG. Just because the financial filings have been delayed, doesn't mean you can go assuming things and stating them as a proven fact. Come on you should know better than that. LOL Unless ofcourse you are hoping to trick people for your agenda.
Anyhow, the bottomline is that your tactics are not working and will never work on DDCC stock. About 2-5 months from now, you will see how futile your efforts have been.
Cha ching goes the cash register. Cha Ching! $$$$ Mo money for us DDCC longs that is.
Your link still doesn't prove anything other than DDCC is late right now in filing their financials. That language on that website you provided is most likely boilerplate language used for any penny stock that is late in their finanical filings.
Anyhow, based upon the PR disclosed by DDCC lately, in my opinion, I don't think it should be too much longer until they file their financials.
Go to Double Crown Resources (DDCC) website and you will see the public disclosures they have made. There is plenty there. So stop the cutting and pasting of statute nonsense and pretending they are not disclosing necessary information.
Sorry, all you have established is that DDCC is late right now in filing their financials. That is by no means proof of a scam. As I said, it is just your opinion. SO you should preface your statements with...In my opinion, DDCC is......" Otherwise by stating that they are a scam, this could possibly be construed as fact by some readers which would be MISLEADING.
Opinions are like ______, everbody has one. I'm sure you know the expression.
Prove they are scam? Where is the proof there is no gold or gold mines? Where is the proof that they gave away Translock for free to Allen Lopez? Do you know the terms of the translock marketing agreement? Are you privy to DDCC contractual information that has not yet been publicly disclosed?
Just being behind on 10-k or 8-k filings is not enough to establish they are a scam. It is your "opinion" they are a scam. Thats all it is your opinion because you have no facts or evidence to prove they are a scam.
You are hoping DDCC is a scam but you will not get your wish. In about 2-5 months from now, reality will set in for you about DDCC. Cha Ching Cha ching!!! $$$$ Mo money Mo Money. Mo money for the longs of DDCC that is.
Listen up folks because I'm tired of repeating this...somewhere between Dec 2016 and March 2017...DDCC in my opinion will file their financials. We could also see some big news being announced as well in that time period. So just a little bit more waiting..not much more and we should start to see the PPS of DDCC really start to move.
Be prepared for the "I told you so's" because they will be here soon enough. Count on it!!!
There will be a lot of "I TOLD YOU SO" being posted by me in the near future on this message board. So get ready for those posts. " I hate to say I told you so but yep yep I told you so. " LMAO
COUNT ON IT!!!!!!!!
No luck needed with DDCC. I am more bullish than ever on this stock. This is no where near my life savings. LOL However, my position in DDCC is significant enough to make me very well off when the stock price skyrockets to the moon! Cha Ching goes the cash register. Cha Ching!!!! $$$$$ Count on it!!!

Some people are in for a very rude awakening in the near future. I have no doubt in my mind that DDCC will file their financials within the near future, and then the board trolls will watch the DDCC stock take off into another strastosphere. What a sight it will be. At least for the long investors of DDCC.
DDCC is the REAL deal. DDCC's competitors in the shipping container industry and precious metals industry do not stand a chance against DDCC. Everyone shall soon see the powerhouse that DDCC truly has become. COUNT ON IT!!!
I am very pleased with DDCC also GTmustang16, and agree with all that you just said. It shouldn't be too much longer until we start to see the PPS of DDCC start to make BIG moves upward.
DDCC is going to new heights and soon. Believe it! Have fun watching others make large profits. $$$$$ Cha Ching goes the cash register. Cha ching! That sound is music to my ears and I'm sure also to the other longs of DDCC.
As far as the translock patent, stop trying to mislead people.
LMAO, I guess this PR really upset you. Oh well. Look at the very strong volume today. This is just the beginning of the rise of DDCC. Get used to the success of DDCC because you will be seeing lots of it in the coming months and years to follow.
What amazing news that DDCC has acquired controlling interest in a major gold, silver, and minerals mine in Mexico, and that revenues are expected to be received from this acquisition within 60 days.
How do you like them apples? I told you so..yep yep I told you so.
What do you mean a patent they don't hold??? The Translock patent issued on August 30, 2016 is an official government document. You don't need an 8-K form to verify that. Don't be ridiculous. Do all of us a favor, and please learn something about patents before writing about them.
Very well said ProfitScout!
This message belongs at the head of the class above the lies, misrepresentations, slanting of facts, etc.
DDCC's competition should probably look for a new industry because as far as the shipping container industry goes there is a new sheriff in town and its name is DDCC. DDCC with its Translock patent portfolio will have a MONOPOLY on the shipping containers that the shipping industry wants. The competitors' containers are now OBSOLETE and inefficient cost wise in comparison to the Translock containers of DDCC.
The question is no longer if DDCC will succeed but rather now the question is when DDCC will succeed. The near future is the answer.
Even though I already own a substantial amount of DDCC stock, it is getting very difficult for me to resist buying more DDCC stock at the current ridiculously low prices.
You are just making up things as you go along. Complete and utter nonsense. Are you the CEO of DDCC or a member of the board of directors of DDCC? The answer is no, so then you have absolutely no idea whatsoever what kind of value DDCC can get for their licensing of Translock NOW THAT THEY HAVE A PATENT ON TRANSLOCK. You are not privy to that type of information, and you are no where near an expert on the shipping container industry.
Anyhow, having a patent instead of a pending patent application would logically give you much more levarage in negotiating a Patent license with a prosepective manufacturer. One reason being that with a pending application, there is always the possibility that the patent application may get rejected by the Patent Office and never becomes a U.S. Patent.
Here, DDCC NOW HAS A U.S. PATENT on Translock already and thus manufacturers will have much more confidence now that they know the Translock is patented instead of only in a pending patent application. In others words, manufacturers/licensees would typically much rather license a patented product over a product that was only patent pending because of the uncertaintly of what could happen with the pending application.
As always, this is only my opinion and do your own due diligence.
You'll see. You'll see. Have fun watching others make large profits ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$). You should be hearing this in about 3-6 months (maybe sooner) "I TOLD YOU SO". I will be LMAO. Cha Ching!
Well, I was not one of those people. I posted that in my opinion DDCC stock would start to move up big time in about 3-6 months (maybe sooner) from the issue date (August 30, 2016) of the Translock patent.
I still stand by my prediction.
Also, for you to automatically discount the importance of the Translock patent is utterly ridiculous. It is apparent how very important Translock can be to the shipping container industry. There is nothing else like Translock in the shipping container industry and that is why The U.S. Patent Office awarded DDCC the Translock patent.
As for the current price per share of DDCC, you cannot always look at the current price of a stock to know it's true value. DDCC right now is a development stage company and the share price may not be any true reflection of the company's accomplishments (e.g., Translock patent) and assets.
We all should know in the near future more details about DDCC's assets when they file their financials, and that is when the fun begins. Cha Ching goes the cash register! Cha Ching! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
The Translock patent issued ONLY A MONTH AGO. Don't you understand that things don't happen overnight in business? You sound like an impatient child in the car asking his parents 100 times during the car ride...are we there yet?
Anyhow, DDCC should start to move up big time in the near future. Count on it!

Good post Ik444. I think you are spot on.
DDCC ascent to the top of the shipping container industry will be EPIC! I'm thrilled to be an investor in DDCC, and I'm holding my shares very tightly.
