Prove they are scam? Where is the proof there is no gold or gold mines? Where is the proof that they gave away Translock for free to Allen Lopez? Do you know the terms of the translock marketing agreement? Are you privy to DDCC contractual information that has not yet been publicly disclosed?

Just being behind on 10-k or 8-k filings is not enough to establish they are a scam. It is your "opinion" they are a scam. Thats all it is your opinion because you have no facts or evidence to prove they are a scam.

You are hoping DDCC is a scam but you will not get your wish. In about 2-5 months from now, reality will set in for you about DDCC. Cha Ching Cha ching!!! $$$$ Mo money Mo Money. Mo money for the longs of DDCC that is.
