Well I am on my way out little by little, I have been made to HATE this ticker

Sorry guys, I dumped a little bit, really a very small fraction 18K this morning, also dropped a bigger chunk of AAL, I have been in AAL from US Air at $4, and in ASUV yes THCT was ASUV when I joined in on the fun at $0.05 and less as I shored it up a few times, now MAYBE being the largest non insider share holder, other then maybe Rick. I just dumped 18K, sorry but it looks like the share price still stayed up ;) I will hold off as a drop more little by little, but I am moving on to bigger and faster things, tied up to long here.

One big reason I know he is full of it is the fact that I am here in Florida as a business engineering consultant for Electrical and HVAC in the marijuana grow industry here in Florida that is revving up, and I have not heard or seen anything from him or THCT here at any of the conventions or meetings. he is non-existent. if you are not a real entrepreneur or who really had a design that would help you would be at every single one of these meetings at a new emerging market, like Florida that stands to be a 20 billion dollar state for marijuana production, yet I have not seen them at one of the conferences. I have already secured three-quarters of a million dollars in contracts just as a consultant for these companies, so where is he/b]

Well I have been in this stock before anyone here. Even Rick. And I now feel this new CEO is just full of it. Just like Mann, and the other two before him. He has nothing, if he had something this stock would have already been on the move over $1. That is not and will not be the case. And now all I can hope for it a good Pump, paid for by this new CEO. But it looks like he just hangs in the casinos and blows money, and I am sure it is not his own money. It is the investors, and what other scams he has going at the time. No REAL Financial minded businessman would spend this much time in a casino, he would be in Colorado he would be in Florida he would be in Washington State, right now Florida is an emerging cannabis Market he would be all over that also he would be based in Colorado not some Casino in Nevada. This has BS. Written all over it.
Take it from me, I am maybe the biggest non insider share holder, right next to Rick. And after showing up my initial investment over and over and over I am at about 60% of my investment now I would take a 40% loss if I sold today but to tell you the truth I am so sick of this stock I'm about to do it and in turn I will drop the stock price to nothing by flooding the market with cheap shares in the end I'd be lucky to see 30% on my money, I have thought about dropping my stock a few thousand at a time but I don't think this is an option. I am just sick of this stock. Sorry if the price drops to 0.01 but I paid my dues 10 fold.

CEO's really like this when a big group of investors work in this way, and we get more info from that.

Then we can also vote on the questions we ask weekly. we can call them the THCT IHUB REP.

OK here is my very real question. has anyone asked the CEO about plans in the very near term to have a licensing deal???

REALLY this needs to be asked, I have my reasons for this question. did anyone already get this question answered thru the CEO?

and if not, Who on this board do we have that has an open line with the CEO??? I am sure one of you have been talking to him at some point, I don't want to call him out of the blue, or have him overwhelmed with to many people going at him for answers, so I ask who we really have asking the questions?

If we don't have someone in this place, we need one, I think we should vote one member to be the one that asks for us, and that person will use emails to get answers and post them here for us to read. that is what we need.

The only thing is I don't see anyone posting any D&D. Many are talking about how great this is. But with the countless BS. Pumps of ASUV. I would like to see some D&D posted to back up the claims this is a real thing. Anyone can change the name, say they are anything they want. Post a WordPress or page saying they have plans. But until people post real info showing a very real company with assets, employees, real backing. And above all for this type of business, licenses, permits. Where is this business coming out of? In Vagas? Just need to see something more then a site aND a few tweets

People please sticky any real info you get on this new business. This helps everyone see what is really happening with this stock. So if you see a Web page that shows the company has a contract with a vendor. Or anything please post. We are all trying to do our D&D. Let's help each other.

Does anyone really know what this THC company is really selling? Are they making stuff. Or just selling stuff. The site makes them sound like they are doing all kinds of stuff. But the real question, do they have a grow license??? In states like Florida this is not an easy thing to get. At what stage is this company. Do that hold any real property? ANY assets? ?

Yes for me to break even now the price needs to hit .80 and I am break even.
Still holding my 170K post RS shares. And maybe dropping them at about .90. Unless someone can show me a very good reason to hold out.

Sounds great but selling at .20 after that 14 to 1 RS would not be break even. But as soon as I see a real deal I will be out, tired thus money up for way to long.

Yes it is sad that so many either by Pride or by lack of Common Sense have continued to prop of this stock as best they can which is useless at this point hoping for some miracle which is not coming and all they are doing is helping the very people who bent them over and did not even have the consideration to use KY on them.

Mann is selling big, he is trying to unload a million shares pre split a day, at this rate he will be out in about 40 days, and when the next filing comes out, and that could be 6 months from now by the way, everyone will see Mann run off with there money, and left everyone holding the bag.

Mann is selling, and until you see about 45 million shares pre split he will not be done, I say 45 mil. as there is other selling also. by the next filing there will be no more Mann. and game over, but if you and I don't sell our shares I bet we will be the biggest holder and then we can take the CEO and CFO of the business, but remember the debt is hitting now, got an extra 600K laying around to pay that off?

Jamie Mann paid about $45K for his shares in ASUV. If he sold them at today's rate that would be $250K. And remember his shares were restricted until the June filing after the June filing his shares are no longer restricted he can sell all he wants this is why you are seeing the huge dilution happening in the stock right now it is Mann himself selling all the shares. Also you know all the Insiders from harmonic energy and Klean Industries have already shorted the hell out of this stock play the game pumped it and now they are dumping it the last dump to do is the shares that Jamie Mann controls they already dumped their short sales and made huge profits in the Millions, now no one can see what they did for almost 6 months. People seem to forget the fact that Jamie mann's shares were restricted until after the June filing now he is free and clear to sell anything he wants which is exactly what he is doing but prior to this he was shorting his own stock, and using Klean Industries to help him Pump It. I bet he did the reverse split so that he could sell his shares much faster in hole shares. But I can almost bet he did not expect the depreciation it's getting of course it would get a lot of depreciation if he sold too fast which is what he is doing because he already made his money from shorting the stock so did Klean hammer and the rest of the Insiders

No. I have been hoping all of this was real. AND would work out. But more and more I see things that tell me it is BS. Now I know. Watching what Klean is doing and ASUV letting the stock drop like it is without posting anything. Letting people buy in to a stock they are not merging with but letting it trade in there name. The facts are way to high and point right to a scam. Mann's brothers company. Klean playing the game. Insider everywhere. Sub companies that sell and file right back to Klean. There are 30 so called companies saYing they hold the exclusive rights to the tire recycling technology in the west. Not just ASUV. Also Mann's brothers company. I posted about that yesterday. The Japanese company that is really just Klean. And the very real fact I can't find ANY yes ANY real filings of Kleans holdings. Or ANY real life contracts. There are none. Klean is a BS scam. I even had a friend that owns a 600K square foot factory message Klean asking about an opportunity to retool his Factory to do recycling, and he is no BS. A multi-millionaire in the industry currently working in solar and here they never even replied to him so he had his lawyer who also happens to be his wife send them a message to requesting information for possible business interest not even a reply so if a company who is all about Consulting and installing energy conserving recycling businesses as package units will not even reply to real business interest with money coming to them then this is a b******* company that has no real interest in doing real business.

And my friend is also one of my business partners. If Klean was real and googled his name, they would have not only emailed and called him back. They would have jumped on a plane here and gave him a BJ. Yes, but like I said there is a ton of things that show Klean is 100% BS
