People seem to forget the fact that Jamie mann's shares were restricted until after the June filing now he is free and clear to sell anything he wants which is exactly what he is doing but prior to this he was shorting his own stock, and using Klean Industries to help him Pump It. I bet he did the reverse split so that he could sell his shares much faster in hole shares. But I can almost bet he did not expect the depreciation it's getting of course it would get a lot of depreciation if he sold too fast which is what he is doing because he already made his money from shorting the stock so did Klean hammer and the rest of the Insiders
