Well, Hdick might get a few thousand from Cayman for the sale price of a legal shell Jpex which had no assets at the time of the sale, to which he feels entitled.

But Hdick is not involved in a smear campaign; maybe its just swing traders trying to get a rock bottom price and exaggerate the legal situation as a doom and gloom situation to scare people into selling their valuable JPEX/Veemost shares before they explode PPS when the RM becomes active name changes and new financials are submitted

The only money Hovendick should be entitled to IMO should be from Cayman, not Veemost or Frank.

Frank had no dealings with Hdick whatsoever. He is not being accused of fraud. I don't see any fraud on his part. I see a lot of attributing nefarious motives; he did this and that, but no proof.

What would Hovendick get if JPEX was still unpurchased by Frank/veemost? $0.00

Cayman dd pocket some money selling the JPEX shell, when claiming to be bankrupt let that money alone be settled in this dispute, give Hdick that money and penalize Cayman, not what JPEX has increased in value since frank took it over. So Hdick would get nothing. That would be punishing the wrong people.

JPEX was worthless, with no value other than the value of the shell.

If Hdick proves fraud about Cayman, the only money Cayman received from the value of JPEX is the price for the shell from Veemost/Frank; Hdick should be awarded only that amount. Nothing more.


It may be that Hdick trying to use legal means to delay the reverse merger, causing everyone to lose money to pressure Veemost /Frank to give him the money he doesn't deserve.

A lot of lawsuits are made with this strategy as the goal. Tie someone up legally, but they can pay their way out of it.

I wonder if Frank's competitors (there are so many of them) got in Hdicks' ear to sabotage the Veemost reverse merger. Maybe not. It would make Frank a big player in the RM game.
After all, It is a very competitive market. But if that were the case, there would be those trying to cash in on it.
It will be interesting to see how this unfolds.
