I agree @smith199. I am happy to see there is still activity and effort towards making a deal happen. Also, the selloff stopping is significant to me. Perhaps the sellers realize that this fat lady hasn’t started singing yet…and this show is not quite over.

I have had a hard time finding the 10-Q. Etrade doesn’t send it to me anymore for some reason. Searched the internet and haven’t been able to pull it up?

I see all the buy volume was on the ask today in TOS…typically positive.

Saw .0009 on the ask this am for a second and I got excited even though the bid was .0006. Been a while since I’ve seen the ask 50% higher than the bid…then again I don’t typically trade penny stocks like this.

Well could have done without the giant 10 million share sell off down to .0006 today. People are getting out before it goes to zero and I’m too stupid to follow suit. Hoping there is light at the end of this tunnel. I’m starting to lose hope though.

Just realized GSPE closed at .0007 the lowest trading price of all time and the market cap of outstanding shares just dipped below $1 million for the first time ever to close at 900k. Incredibly undervalued for a company with a net operating loss carryforward worth 10’s of millions.

How awesome would it be to get an announcement of something substantial to drag us out of this downward spiral. I really hope this spiral isn’t us circling the drain here folks. Ughhhh.

This is really not great. We can talk about how it’s just “the share price” and “doesn’t have anything to do with the future potential” but this is really dangerous territory to be trading in.

There were only 31,000 shares sitting on the ask at .0009 so I bought them up. Immediately 221,000 shares show right back up on the ask immediately at .0009. Whoops. Probably lighting money on fire.

6,000,000 shares traded today is considered a big trading day based on daily averages (even though it’s only half a percent of the total outstanding shares). Nonetheless, big volume today trading with the highest volume predominantly trading at one tenth of a penny which is slightly encouraging. At least it wasn’t all on the sell side.

Solid post @Smith199… but I reserve the right to be worrisome until further notice (that is until we all have something to cheer for) lol in my defense I am the first one to cheer on any nice bump up in share price, so let’s not forget that part. I’m not just wringing my hands constantly although it seems to be the case as of late.

I have not been picking up these dirt cheap shares since I’ve already invested more than I’m comfortable sharing in a public forum platform like this but good luck to those of you who have been keeping the bid alive. I hope you’re all rewarded for that bravery!

Thanks @Bossi, I normally wouldn’t want to rush things but I totally agree with your approach. If this is dead, please tell us and end it. If it is dead and there is hope, I will most likely keep buying shares every so often like I have been all along and I keep accumulating and potentially flushing money down the toilet like an idiot.

Highest volume in some time at 13.5 million shares. Congrats on all the cheap buys today. I didn’t get any at this dirt cheap price. Hope that whoever is selling doesn’t know something we don’t know.

I made some money daytrading SPX this morning and parlayed a portion of the winnings into some dirt cheap GSPE shares at .0013 and my average cost keeps dropping.

Could be lighting $ on fire… could be life changing if we ever get a drilling program off the ground.

For kicks and giggles I just checked GSPE’s short interest and there are 110,100 shares sold short at the moment in the amount of $132 in market value. That is an increase from the prior amount of 39,300 but I’m not sure the timeframe of the increase. If there is literally ANY news at all those short shares will get cooked but it’s not enough volume to create a short squeeze or anything. Just pretty interesting someone would short this at such a low price with what seems to be a lot more to lose than to gain, but hey it’s not my $$$

I have also moved from deeper in the money calls or puts and into daytrading.

I was very bearish on the market in 2022 and early 2023 but I think the market may keep running up here. Who knows if it will happen or not but I’ve made the same transition you have. Overnight holdings are super risky these days.

At one point GSPE was up 127% with the bid / ask at a huge spread… some buying today on the ask was really nice! Let’s go Mr Seitz!!!!!

Sounds like it’s over now with Wagner calling off the March to Moscow. Pretty wild 24 hours over there though.

Another almost 4 million shares sold off today on the sell side. Ughhhhhhh

Not sure if they would no longer need to report insider activity due to being delisted from the stock exchange and trading over the counter on the pink sheets but no news of any insider selling on the sites I use. Was kind of afraid maybe that was happening if the end was inevitable. Does not seem to be the case, at least from what I’ve seen. However we still drift lower one more time… someone is getting rid of their shares. The question is why? Is it over? Do they need the money? Margin call from other poor investments? Who knows. One thing we do know, is it does not appear to be the management team, who owns the majority of the shares.

Even after picking up cheap shares I’m down 95% so I’m in the same boat as you. I just haven’t given up total hope just yet. There are a few things that still give me hope that they have intentions to keep moving forward. Still filing SEC documents even though it isn’t necessary, the net operating loss carry forward carries at least a $5 million value to anyone who would acquire them, etc.

So that’s why I haven’t totally given up hope even though someone has been selling off for a few weeks and the market cap is down to $1.5 million which is ridiculous.
