Business plan is filed and listed today on pacer monitor however it wants me to open an account and pay for access now...so I have no idea what the business plan is.

Something seems to be up...as of yesterday TAA employed a real estate appraiser, Local counsel and a local accountant....we should get some update from the company soon. Business plan due on the 11th...

I had a strong belief in Management and their business plan. Perhaps I was wrong. In the last 2 months I have left 2 very polite voice messages inquiring about any updates at a phone number the Grandas gave me that is supposed to be Adams. No reply at all. Disheartening but I suppose such is reality in the penny stock game. To all longs that held/hold belief hopefully we will get some actual truthful update soon. Indeed. Hopefully we get to a working class first economic agenda and therefore young businesses with viable plans and projections will have a better chance of success. We have tried the controlling class first approach and it does not seem to be working. TAA could be a great and viable business that supplies delicious food for of many different flavors for many to enjoy. Time will tell. Either way worth the gamble. All the best

I called TAA today, spoke to one of the Granda's for over 11 minutes. He told me many details about shrimp broodstock and not much about a strong shrimp harvest this year. When I then asked if they were staying in business he spoke of their current plans they are seeking funding for. These ranged from the current raising shrimp and their genetics, to growing farm raised fish of different species, to algae for its niche market and spoke with conviction about their water quality and how they recirculate and keep the water on site and how their current set up would be a great for utilizing to expand into several different niche markets that their career experience and knowledge would go well with. He said these niche markets have a much higher profit level than shrimp on average and with the fish they can grow many more tons per acre to enhance income. He admitted that this would take significant funding to establish and that is what Adam is currently working on. I wished him well and said an update soon would be great for all to hear. This is a broad overview of our conversation but I figured I would share the info.
