HELP! My market value of BIEI shares is about to go to zero. Do I still retain the shares in
the company?
1 day sun 4 all, yes it never happened but it must have shaken Mr. Hartman up a bit. I see him
trying harder to make things happen.
Atom Smasher, I have spoken to Hartman three different times. The first manufacturer was never
going to be able to fill large orders. That was a huge mistake on Hartman's part to pick such a
low volume manufacturer. It forced him to sign with a new company. He admitted that to me.
I have told him twice that he is overstating what the Hemp products can do, they can never
take the place of an opioid. His products are for minor aches, muscle pain, arthritis pain
etc. Opioids are for post surgical pain and deep organ pain and broken bones. I also told
him to stop saying that a natural product can replace a pharmaceutical drug. It can't and
most people who have been in serious pain know that. Besides stating that could get him
in legal trouble. Most CBD/Hemp products that are topicals state they are for minor aches
and pains. Having worked for surgeons in the past I know when opioids are needed,
intense pain can delay healing after surgery.
He also stated to me he spent 8-9 months fending off a hostile take over of the company
within the last year and a half. He was shocked when I said he should have sold the company since he has not made a success of it. It was a CA based company that was trying to
engage in this take over.
My son and I have lost as much as you have and it sickens me to think two years ago
when they were talking about the joint venture for the breast cancer drug I truly believed
that it would happen. Since then we have lost 98% of our money in this stock and when
you talk about the class action suit I think it is warranted.
I am not able to private message you since I am not a paying member. How can we get in
touch?
Atom Smasher how can I get in touch with you? Donna
Cisco was asking why then pps went down after News. The reviews from BBB for HealthWarehouse are not good. There are twenty two very angry reviews about very slow shipment of products some as many as a month. This is not going to be good for a pain product. I wonder if Hartman saw this.
I found the roll ons and spray posted on Amazon, not the pain patches. They are found under Pain Relief
Homeopathic Remedies. Hartman should have them reclassified, they do not appear to be in with the general CBD/Hemp products.
I tried three times, all you get is a personal cellphone call back message. Odd for a professional business.
How do you reach this company? Does anyone have current information? The website has not been
active for two years and all of the telephone numbers are out of service.
I spoke with Mr. Hartman around Christmas and asked why not sell on Amazon, he said that they take too much of the cut. He stated that the product would be on a search engine but would not be advertised. I told Mr. Hartman not to expect a ton of sales by using a search engine alone. You need to advertise. One or the other. He declined to do neither. I will tell you from being in business, the company will never get a distribution deal if they see that there is no demand. I really wish Mr. Hartman would have listened to me.
He does not understand how retail works and needs desperately to bring someone in who knows what
they are doing!!!
Thanks for letting me know and Happy Holidays to you!
Has anyone seen the new DEA ruling about CBD oil/extracts, they are now an illegal Schedule 1 sub-
stance, even if they contain 0% THC. The ruling was announced mid-December. Will Premier even be able to release their pain patches in January? I thought the patches contain CBD oil. Also, is Premier
even aware of the new ruling? We need to get in touch with Mr. Hartman and find out what they intend
to do.
The new patent refusal was for the extracorporeal treatment? Now the breast cancer treatment and extracorporeal both have been denied. Where does the company stand as far as the medical
division? How does that translate financing and share price?
Called my local chapter of the Arthritis Foundation. He said that AF would consider the patches as an
EASE OF USE product on their website. Been trying to call Hartman all day to tell him what was suggest-
ed but not answering the phone. Would take 2-3 months for testing, validation and recommendation but that is the time frame of when patches are coming out, am I correct?
Dr. A, if the cancer treatment they are applying for is already in commercial use how can they license it? Isn't what they applied for a combo of an established cancer drug pared with their own molecule?
For some reason I remembered that. I was not able to read the FDA ruling, can you clarify?
MJIC, INC a private holdings co for the MJ market had an article that GRLF would be added to their
list of companies for consideration in this emerging market. This article was from a year ago. I have
tried to call MJIC, Inc. today twice but no one answers. Is GRLF legit? Who can we contact to do DD?
Who stated that the info was not available to the public? Was it Premier? If you notice on Premier's website that Bill Hartman did a live interview recently. I felt that he wasn't his usual enthusiastic self.
This could be the reason. How much longer do you think Dr. Felder and Bill Hartman, who are in their
retirement years, are willing to persue this?
work-n-hard, Mr. Hartman spoke about this in one of the Uptick Network interview's. The FDA has
individually approved all of the ingredients in the pain pill medication that they are trying to patent.
Where they got the rejection, is that no one has ever combined them. They needed further
studies. For now they are releasing the non-FDA pain patches. Hartman said the pain pills would
be released in the future.
Ngr, the article I read was a MarketWatch, May, article titled "Walgreens Talks Weed". What prompted
me was an article from my investment group, Michael Robinson's newsletter. I am not sure if I can
post a link since it is a paid service. The article was written by one of their pharmacist's in response
to customers asking about Med Marijuana. My only fear is that they are only going to sell off of the
website at first. I will tell you now that people who are in true pain are not going to order off of a
website and wait 3-5 days for arrival. I have worked for Docs who did surgery and we always sent
the patient home with a pain relieving script. People who are in pain will not wait! They will never
find a market if that is their only source of supply.
Ngr, Walgreen's recently posted an article making a strong case for medical marijuana. If they are
open to the idea of medical marijuana then surely they would be open to a pain patch with CBD.
I wonder if Premier is aware of this? Anyone up to approaching the company about this? Maybe
Walgreen's would like to be the first pharmacy chain to introduce the technology.
Congrats, Dr. A! I think that the last two interviews on Uptick Network should be posted.I feel that they
are important. The notice of Ron LaBorde's company and PB Pain Management Solutions' JV filing
someone posted earlier should be considered. What do you suggest?
Could we ask Reconranger to update these stickies? The last three interviews with Uptick Network
should be posted. They tell everything the company is working on to date. The interviews posted
now have no bearing on the companies joint ventures and present false information to anyone new
coming to the board. Can we call the support number listed above and ask that the moderators
update this companies status?
Hi Dr. A! Ohh...you may be right! I am loving this company more and more each day. I am impressed
with Mr. Hartman. The company was quiet for a while and we were all wondering what was going on.
Well, we now know lots of good things were happening.
Hi Ngr, if the EU will allow the drug to be used all through out Europe will that be advantageous for
final approval in the USA or not? I was wondering if the new pain patches/creams/pills will be called
Feldetrex or is this something different than Dr. Felder's original formula? Mr. Hartman hasn't spec-
ified. I can't wait for the website to be completed, so many unanswered questions.
You really think so?
I was wondering why the company now has two different divisions,PB Pain Management Solutions
and the original Company? Is it to retain the pain management division solely if the cancer therapy
were to become a merger with a larger BioPharma Company. What is your take on this?
Ohms, in order to sell to Walmart, CVS and Walgreen's the products are sold to a distributor at a
wholesale cost, he is the middleman. Then shipped to the retail stores. One such company is
RX One Shop. This could be done after a several month period of sales to show their is a market.
Also, I feel, and I may be wrong, but most people do not go the the doctor for an over the counter
pain medication.
Trying to go through Va hospitals and Doctor's may be a wrong approach. I was in the medical field for 25+ years. If they want to be an over the counter, non-prescription, pain reliever they are going to need
an advertising budget and establish accounts with the major retailers and work with a nation-
al distributor. I hope the company understands this. Also, an area that could be a huge potential
market is arthritis suffers, they are in daily discomfort and purchase a majority of the over the
counter pain meds according to my friend who is a pharmacist. Something else I hope the company
realizes, is if the doctor's can't write a prescription for it they have no incentive, especially if it has
a CBD component in it. Doctor's are the last people to recommend a natural product, they are
taught that a synthetic can only treat a condition.
Bill Hartman said the stock would be at least a dollar if he had his way in the near future. He also stated that he wanted to go to Nasdaq. Let's cross our fingers and hope for five dollars!! I was thinking if when the website's come on line we could purchase and leave positive reviews that would help immensely.
I know I am secretly hoping one of these sports figures would like to come forward as a spokesperson
for the brand! That would be huge!
Has anyone looked into the Company, Advanced Technologies Solutions in San Diego, who will be
the JV for Premier Biomedical? I can not find anything about them. I can't find out about Ron La-
Borde who Mr. Hartman spoke of in the Uptick Network interview, either. Has anyone done DD on
this Company or Ron LaBorde?
My thoughts too, Dr. A. Aren't you encouraged by the additional cancer cell treatments Mr. Hartman
spoke about? This is amazing to me. Can't wait for the pain patches to hit the market. My arthritic
knee could use them! A consumer and a stock holder. Yeah!
Reconranger you have been slamming Mr. Hartman all along, now you have done a "180" and are
posting encouraging comments and acting as a new moderator. To what do we owe this new and improved Reconranger? Wish some of these other negative posters would do the same, I for one
am tired of it.
Bill Hartman's personal contact number: 1-724-633-7033
I agree MyFace, don't need to be a jerk about it! Re: TFerg
Employment agreement between Dr. Felder and Mr. Hartman that wingshooterr was referring to.

I spoke with the firm hosting the conference which is located in Philadelphia. They stated that Premier was not mentioned on her list, but The Univ. of Texas El Paso was. What they signed up for was a poster presentation, one of 400+ presenters in a large conference room which took place on Tuesday afternoon.
Hopefully this may have peaked the interest for a joint venture.
Spoke with Mr. Hartman, there will news coming out on Monday about their breast cancer drug candidate.
Hopefully this will generate interest in the stock.
Snarkey? Definitely! Anyway, I spoke to Mr. Hartman at length for 20 minutes. He told me a little about what is coming down the line. i feel confident in hanging onto my shares, that's all I am going to say about it.
I am new to the message board, I spoke to Mr. Hartman earlier today. He said tomorrow there will be
important news. Hang in there, this is a good company doing important work. The stock is down for the moment but someday we will be rewarded. Mr. Hartman understands we are nervous, but things are
lining up, patience is needed.
