all I know is one of my recent high school students will be the kicker for App State at Michigan for the first game, and he told me he is quite nervous. Told him I would be too and better him than me.
I wish EBOF would put out news giving investors an honest apprasial of their financial situation. Their 2007 plan was great, but news since has been bad--what is the real deal?
i bought heavily into this a month ago--brilliant timing wasn't it? Well, stuck now, have to hope for the best.
Yea Bob quit being sarcastic--I was happy now I am sitting here crying my eyes out. I am very very sensitive you know.
So where are the newbies and their great predictions of a dollar, five dollars, ten dollars and beyond? There is always something that is going to lead us to riches--but it never does, does it?
So is this the third year in a row that we have been hoping/predicting a dollar by the end of the year?
and don't forget the magic encorder ring.
Unless this thing, whatever it is called, is not somewhere near a dollar by Christmas, I will go the way of blizzard man--take my leftovers and move on and never look back. Just one of lifes evil lessons. The stress and anxiety of this stock has gone on too long. That said, we have some months between now and Christmas--were is the dollar--where is the dollar fifty?
purple you did it right--nice job.
So lets see, two years ago we had more money than a year ago. A year ago we had more money than we have today. Great things to come have always been there. News is alwyas coming, along with many questions to always be answered. We were going to fly this week--or was it last week--or is it next week. I guess the more things change, the more they stay the same--see PPS.
cat--PETEL or not, this thing is still inflicted with Medify disease. We have been going through this for over two years--always great things coming. Dont count your chickens yet.
something is not computing here... we are down.
thanks for the advice all. It takes a while to get my young front line managers who hide behind regulations and keep wanting to tell me stuff I already know--pisses me off. So this weekend I will fax to the heavies who can and will make decisions. One guy told me today there was really no difference between a real loss and a loss on paper. I educated him on the difference and wasn't too nice about it. Cheers, LLoyd.
To my friends--I started this a couple of minutes ago and it went away. Anyway, as a long, I am down thousands in MDFY which is now Ptel. One May 18, of course near its high of 42, I bought 40,000 shares to average down. I use USAA, not that their rates are good, but as a former and now retired military member, I have had all sorts of insurance dealing with them for now 30 years. Regardless, I purchased these shares real time by giving them a check and routing number from my Smith Barney money account. For some odd reason the Smith Barney money did not transfer so they not only sold my newely acquired PTEL at 19 to cover their costs, but all the previous counverted PTEL I owned. My account now shows me owning no PTEL but a loss of 35,000 dollars. I am upset beyond belief to the point I play to stay up drinking all night, or at least till I fall asleep. Any advice would be much appreciated. LLOYD
OT--but I did crave watching John Stockton and the Mailman for many years. Stockton had 12,000 assissts just to him. And when Bird matched up against Magic--nothing better-two majicians--but that was then and now is now. Go Atlanta Braves>>
Good uptick today. Let's don't do like the old days and start off the next day with a similar downtick.
you all went from hot women to male hoops players. I kind of thought the NBA was long finished and that hockey hadn't started yet.
However, as I posted over a year ago my teenage neice and nephew moved to Salt Lake City from our dear south to train for the 2010 Olympics as Speed Skaters. Gosh I hope they make it. They are on the ice every morning at 6 am, then to the weights then to college (Utah) and high school. Hopefully PTEL will allow me to fly first class to Vancouver then.
I don't care if it looks like the big dipper as long as it goes up.
I second that. The pictures are neat, and I tend to peak at this board at school from time to time. But as a teacher I have had to quit opening it up for fear a student may see it.
I think if some want to ramble over a boring three day weekend moderators, it is perfectly fine. When trading starts, it is a different matter.
Agree Purple--just what we need--sone ignorant NEWBEE telling us our business--plus he is arrogant. Maybe he will purchase a sex toy and leave us alone.
No offense intended as I live in the south, but I just fail to see how anyone could ever find enjoyment in hockey--it beats even golf, tennis, curling, or bowling. In the south college football is by far dominating with a good deal of interest in the NFL and college basketball with a segment of NASCAR (not me) but our readnecks love it and we have lots of those. I doubt any of my friends could even name more than one professional hockey team. Amazing the differences between the north and the south. Any the reason you northerners don't like grits is because you don't know how to prepare them. They way yall fix them, I would hate them too.
Nuf on that, we need a good week, and I don't mean the Detroit Red Wangs :)
Sorry but I can't watch multi-millionare spoiled, often detriment to society, whiners play in the NBA. I was an avid fan when it was Bird, Jordan, and Majic--but no more.
I remember the name well, but never met him.
I went the Navial Aviation Officer Candidate SChool route in Penscaola. I was a semi-long haired run of the mill college kid--coldn't handle any of that Annapolis stuff--couldn't have gotten in anyway. If anybody ever saw the movie "An Officer and a GEntleman" I had a .02378 second role in it. wohoopee...
My dad was a WW2 vet, still alive at 84--that was a special generation--they were tough..
Didn't want bombs--afraid I might hit friendlies, althout they finally gave up HARM missiles (never got to use one)
Capt Bob. I am retired Navy--Lieutenate Commander-EA-6B pilot.
gosh I forgot all about oldudes--don't know how. He brought much laughter. my how times do change. Kind of sad.
I can say unequivocally that no one predicted that MDFY would lose 99.8% from its high... merge with a distributor of porn and sex toys... then gain 4000% from it's low--CLANCY
Oh come on Clancy--it was obvious from the start that this is what would happen. Was there ever any question?
Yepper, when i was youngin... i stuck lots of pennies into this thinking i would become rich, it all started Feb/05 with whisper in my ear from Bellweather.
You and me both bro--been forever in coming. Somebody mentioned profit taking. Gotta love these newbies on board. LLoyd
Sorry if I sound stupid...but who is JB??
Not to offend my friend but we have been wondering for over two years just who JB is--for all we know he's the Easter Bunny.
thanks Lem.
the PETEL Channel???? Hell with watching buffalos grazing on the animal channel
how did you get rich daddy--Porn son, Porn
amen to north of 10. I didn't sell as it went down 95%, I wont sell when it goes up 1000%
you say what it would be worth today. What IF it went to .01, which is was headed. In this business the IF I had done this and that will drive you nuts. I have been IFFING for years--tis a nature of the beast.
Man, borrowing to buy a pinkie does take some very big ones. I would be dead from worry and lack of sleep. Hope it works out for all of us. I got mad and refused to buy more after the reverse split, becuase every company I have owned that has done that went under. I think this one would have done the same if we hadn't gone Porn. Best to all. LLoyd
thank you Clancy for speaking of us old timers and the Hell we have gone through. For those that got in real cheap, you are lucky, but please don't rub our noses in it. Losses are only losses till you sell--but it works the same with gains.
Mediporn givith and can taketh away.
Congrats to all the MDFY Longs that stuck it out.>>
Don't be too happy for us yet. Many got in over a dollar, and pre--split it is now 3 cents. Some of you can party away--others of us have a long ways to go still.
remember when we used to talk about hand held devices--no pun intended there.
