Krypto-Vault, even Superman can't break in...
USAA financial services. $35 is the maximum fee. But they price their transactions to discourage penny stock trading. I trade pennies elsewhere now. But use usaa for mutual funds an exchange traded stocks. Still cleaning some of my early penny mistakes out of that account.
I recon the conversion date for those preferred shares are on or about Dec 18. Conversion fee is $35 at my bank, is it worth it are will there be other cost associated with converting? I have a whopping 1 share...
Yes that would be hypocritical. My strongest stimulant is my morning coffee with lots of cream and suger. Which is good for the heart this year. Who knows what they will say next year.
Yes, SNMN was fun and will be fun for many of you. GLTA
This stock looks good and I normally would have held it long. However, I, personally do not want to be involved in an MJ stock so I began looking for an out with a deadline of Friday. My out came today and I made 3x my investment.
Note that I don't begrudge anyone for staying in and I'm not judging you in any way. Its just that MJ stocks are not for me.
Good luck to all. Just like most of you here, I think its going to go much higher.
So I was typing too fast. How much was the first one? I think 220m is proportionally insignificant to the first reduction, Reg A news and an real, no, kidding executed business model. Stare reduction did not make a difference the first time and won't make a difference this time.
Wasn't the big share reduction already done? Why would any thinking investor care about the small reduction? Didn't we do 1.2 mill almost a year ago? If someone is waiting on a 200k share reduction, they probably should keep their day job.
While they usually do, gaps, in fact do not have to be filled. people just do it because they think they have to....Human psyc 101.
Numbers are neutral, people are smart, groups of people are idiots.
My mistake
Just don't like rumors, regardless of the source.
Dern, i might lose my whole fiddy bucks!
Did you hear that rumor or are you just trying to start this rumor?
Quite often businesses tell toxic customers to take their business elsewhere. TPAC is no different.
The popular but incorrect mantra "The customer is always right" is virtually never true.
It is in a businesses best interest to alienate the toxic customer in favor of the profitable customer. The toxic customer is a drain on scarce resources. Competent business people know when to cut them off.
TPAC through the MUSE has merely stated rhe obvious, toxic shareholders are not welcome or tolerated at TPAC.
TPAC Muse deals with people as professionally as they deal with Muse.
Everyone has receive an appropriate response.
TPAC Muse treats me professionally. Ymmv.
TPAC Muse tells it like it is. My hero for the day, TPAC IR.
speculation. period.
THat is speculation not fact.
Pure fiction invented here. No investigation is being conducted.
I was just answering the question. There is nothing to "see."
Absolutely!
Muse is tweeting, no issues
.001 comes before .008 on my number line. YMMV.
With an 8k out, does that make the buy back percentage limit moot?
It's gas, but that's not important right now ....ICNM is about to explode.
No reverse split. dot. period.
Don't know. I'm just a user.
Don't like the uneven number. Sends my OCD into overdrive.
They also charge a premium for trading shares under $1 (.01 per share up to 5% max). They just changed their terms of services. It appears they do not want to deal with pinks.
I have TDAmeritrade for pinks.
499,999 is the electronic purchase limit for USAA and maybe some others.
TPAC is my fave.
I must have missed the law that makes sharing L3 illegal. Citation pleas?
Context will provide the clue.
ctvette2003 Regarding your PM Question, I don't know.
Yes,
Now the public holders can "say" they have locked their shares but they are free to change their minds the second after they make the statement.
Total outstanding - Restricted = Float
