Had a chance to take in the CC. Disappointed about the merger, but that isn't the reason I got in. What I was more than pleased with is the amount of revenue potential coming in. IMO that is what is going to count. Screw the merger, just give me revenue. I was also very pleased with the changing of the guard. What a relief! Now can we get rid of that POS pr firm? LOL!
Not sure how the market is going to react to the news, but I've decided to hold a core and will look for potential bargains to build on. There are many out there to play, but this one has real potential. We just need the right people and the leadership to keep things real. The sales team is already doing an outstanding job, so that isn’t a concern.
Looking forward to financials. $500,000 per year just from Rent Finders is awesome. $1.5 mil in 3 years guaranteed with Rent Finders stock and that is just one order from one company.
Overall, I’m about even on the emotion meter. Pissed about the merger, thrilled about the sales.
HISC... Time to move? I think so.

Just curious...How would you bring in a highly talented group of managers and directors to implement a technology that only a select few could even dream of. Where would you find them?
Now tell me... Why should any of them leave their positions for Globetel? What's the cost of acquiring astonishing experience with governmental understanding? You want national and global influence too? Better yet, who's going to build these systems around the world for the price of an IOU?
IMO, this compensation is measly when you consider what these individuals are about to do. Not only that, but these people deserve more credit than any of us are giving them. IMO without them, this company goes NOWHERE.
Perhaps you would like the old managers and directors to lead your company.
JMHO.
Thanks for your contributions to the board. IMO MGWB deserves more than just a mention just for helping us out.
LOL! With the price of the Jet Ski and what the potential price of NDOL could be here in the not too distant future, you probably could've bought a boat had you waited. JK.
Be careful out at the lake. Hmmm… You probably ought to leave me your shares though just in case. ;)
Started buying AURC too.
Good to see you posting again... Your last round of bash attempts got us over 100% returns. Might want to change your alias next time.
DUH! Progress! You can't build inventory, staff, and acquire other companies without money. Now watch what happens as the company begins to stand on its own.
Training wheels are coming off!
We will benefit by owning two companies with increasing growth and revenues. The dividend is a bonus to us. EVSI as a company has nothing to do with it, as it will be consumed by our value and become a subsidary with a solid share structure and already on the OTC. This is why the SB-2 was pulled.
Now watch HISC re submit the SB-2 to get off the pinks. IMO.
Gotcha.
Details are what we want and until we get them we won't know. However, multiply the price of EVSI r/s X 10 and that should give you an idea of what the price will be. Now add the unknown. Remember... growth and increased revenues. I already know sales are increasing. The question is how much money is coming in? New acquisitions? What is getting transferred? HISC pk revenues? Partners in sales? Ad campaigns? CT in stores? The list goes on and on.
We're just now getting to see a part of the picture.
EVSI is just a shell. Look at it this way… What happens to your body after you die? It fades away like EVSI will, so why would the company need to give any detail about EVSI? EVSI will be consumed by the value HISC and Actsoft will bring to it.
You gotta try looking at the sky first… In time you’ll see the blue. ;)
What? The R/S needs to happen first. Least amount of shares the higher the potential value, otherwise the OS will be too heavy. Remember, this R/S doesn't affect us. We don't own shares of EVSI until after the r/s. We need to set up the share structure first and then the merger takes place. If we were to get the dividend without the R/S then yes, the share price would be somewhere where we sit now. No one is interested in getting a dividend only to have a r/s take place. Are you kidding? LOL!
Homeland Integrated Security Systems shareholders of record as of June 29, 2006, will receive 1 new share of the NASDAQ Bulletin Board Company for every 50 shares of HISC they own as of the record date. Homeland Integrated Security Systems shareholders will maintain their stock ownership of HISC and will receive a dividend in the NASDAQ Bulletin Board Company. The previous record date had been scheduled for May 30, 2006, but has been rescheduled because of the NASDAQ Bulletin Board Company's plan to complete the acquisition of ActSoft and finalize deals with other potential acquisition candidates. The dividend will give Homeland Integrated Security Systems shareholders ownership in the new Bulletin Board Company which the Company expects to be trading at least $0.50 per share.
Great Job! DD at its finest. Opened up my first long term position in NDOL today. Glad to be aboard.
OT Great... Break out the tampons.

Yes, nothing has changed other than the increased amount of shares going into my portfolio. Doubled my free position and adding to my core with money collected from other plays. Remember this... Growth and revenues will continue to increase in the company no matter what the MMs try to do with the price.
IMO, the MMs know it. That's why they want you to sell.
I always thought this company had the potential to perform and have been keeping track of it since the r/s. IMO, the chart was setting up for an increase, but the history of this CEO is keeping people away. He can blame the shareholders all he wants, but without them this goes nowhere.
I'll wait for volume before I even consider buying... Of course that's if he hasn't diluted it all when that time comes.
Depends on what you consider info. Info or fluff, I would rather have meat. CC.
Yeah... Will avg down if it does and still have some dough incase it does go lower. It all depends on what the MMs decide to do with it. If they want to run it they will, if not so be it, but IMO it'll eventually take off.
Since I still work away from home on occasion, I have to use the longer set up which does require patience. When I'm home I like to use the 3 and 10 minute charts and a few different parameter setups to see if I can figure out what the MMs are reading. Still learning, but man this is fun.
IMO, this is better and safer than counting cards at the casino.
Thanks for the chart. It might still be a little too early, but I think this one has potential.
Here's the basic setup I'm using for this one.

Well... Took my initial investment back in XKEM, but holding free. Used my initial XKEM money to get some NDOL.
Just to mention a few on my watch list this week. HISC, SVMI, LFWK.
Maybe next week. AURC, NDOL. We'll see.
If I can start acquiring free shares of something once or twice a month, I'm happy. I usually just sell all of the garbage stocks. Speaking of... TNOG starting to accumulate a little again too.
Did I forget to mention that I have several stocks that are red that aren't free? LOL!
Yea... XKEM has the potential and I'm hoping to own several more shares after it takes a break. I guess I'm betting that it will eventually get lower than this weeks price, but that's why I always hold free ones, just in case... From last Feb to March PTSC is a perfect example of what could happen if you sold them all before the real run was over.
Could only hope so, but will take my initial investment money back sometime this week. Will ride the rest of it free.
Funny how I have free shares in about 7 different companies and they're all red from my initial free point. Hope this one is different.
I know for a fact he cares about the share price, that's his job and he knows it. I also know he's pretty busy and doesn't have time to look at it the way we do.
"Comments like that will only incite a response exactly of the type you claim you are trying to prevent here."
Funny how you just proved your point with that comment.
Anyway, I just want good and honest DD. Of course, I would prefer an organized and well informed presentation, but as long as someone is willing to make an "HONEST" attempt I appreciate it.
That's better! LOL!
OK, that's better. I couldn't help but laugh when you made that statement. It's all good.
It's possible that interlaced with national ads there are the local ones. Even the Super Bowl has an ad for your local car dealership. Just a thought.
"2. The some element or elements of HISC.pk will be transfered. Now I speculate that those will be valuable assets you can speculate that they are worthless..
3. The remaining HISC.pk will have been stripped of something that it has now...We can argue that but you will be wrong."
I'm not disagreeing with you, so I can't be wrong. LOL! IMO, both companies will hold very valuable assets, yet HISC will own them both. There are still many questions to be answered at the upcoming CC. The biggest question I have is how much will both these companies be worth once these sales really get going. Who was that again? Nextel, Sprint, Cigular? Increased revenues? 2 companies actually making money… but only one of them owns them.
I plan on owning several hundred thousand shares of both.
"It's been 3+ weeks since the release. I would think it has been enough time to get the bugs worked out, etc!"
LOL!
Think about it...
If they want a good share price then they should consider reducing the A/S. Not only would the stock soar, but they probably wouldn't need the extra shares if the price went high enough. IMO, management needs to get aggressive here, they can start by eliminating their back up plan. You can always dilute at a later date, don't show us you're going to do it in the future now.
So in other words, it's your opinion and until we get the details of it all we just don't know for sure. Sounds good, so your take on this being an elaborate r/s has no merit.
Yeah... If their management team was smart about it, they would reduce the amount of AS to a reasonable number and then reconsider an increase at a later time. Heck, they probably wouldn't need it if their stock price soared as a result of this decision.
I'm encouraged that they aren't planning any dilution for at least a year. You've made some good points, but I'm going to play this for the film hype. I'm all free shares anyway, so who gives a crap! LOL!
What competition? It's good news and encouraging for the industry, but you're still stuck on cell phones. "Such services are aimed at bringing in revenue from a location technology that U.S. wireless service providers are required by law to put into cellphones so that safety workers can pinpoint the location of 911 emergency service callers".
I wasn't at CES for nothing you know... I looked for the competition before I invested. I found GPS devices, chips, software, but nothing comes close to what we have.
You're so lost.
I had mine at .031 all day beginning at 8am Pacific time. No bites and I saw it get to .03.
