Sick and tired of people crying wolf on a R/S when the CEO said the opposite. Posted on Twitter in response. That yes, "there's a possibility they will purchase back shares."
And now the SEC shows activity toward that. Moot I am to such a thought process.
Propaganda.
Mark explicitly said last year no more R/S and has started to purchase back shares? What source are you quoting your statements from?
I'd add more myself but I'm all in with what I had (not much, just over 100 thousand shares). Paying off my college debts. Which is a lot more than I can say of many of my peers. Got my younger brother to invest a similar amount instead of purchasing his first car. I am shocked at the complaining with a company placing itself so well and buying back shares. Like, come on!
I could care less about the store purchases. Smartphones didn't exist back when this company started and to cut your long winded troll post short? What matters is corporate deals.
Last 2 interviews Mark Kay has only gotten more explicate when that will occur. That's what matters. And the court settlements. Which he also got more detailed on. Whiners be losers here! My 2 cents
And neither do I.
And the only reason I let them switch back? Was that they don't do mobile banking or investing on said smartphones. Just email and text with family / friends. Strictly communication, as neither cares to use their phones for work.
So, I let them chose and they rather give their heuristic behavioral data to the data mining companies. What's I ta do?
Now the average joe lawyer, doctor, broker, etc. That is another matter when they catch wind.
That is another matter. But slack hands will folly. Holding shares is the hardest. Not buying or selling. A principle few realize. GLTA!
How long do you think before the average joe takes to walk into a BestBuy and realizes he needs better cyber security?
To the average customer we haven't even become relevant yet. June 31st means nothing. We just moved into store space solidly a few months prior to do even become aware to said average joe.
I bought MobileTrust for my folk's iPhones. They whined that it doesn't have emoji and that the buttons are too small. They had me change the keyboards back to the original. People don't realize their smartphone is worth $20k in data.
Twenty...k
It will take a hack of iPhones via a major malware. SFOR is doing the public a favor. They could have just stuck to Government, lawsuits, and major corporation deals and left us to data mining companies.

Well, I'm just shocked people here think taking 7 companies to court in 4 different States doesn't cost money. That's what!
Good grief the amount of misinformation here.

I wouldn't have it any other way brother. Crime is down. Economy is up and people are happy here. I work insane hours and insane study hours. Hangover? No thanks. A bit of cannabis on the weekend with some pizza? You bet.
Yeah it depends how you look at it. What I think people don't realize is how fast things change. I sometimes hangout with my friends that I went to undergrad. with. One is in pharm. school and the other is in medical school. I'm in engineering for bioengineering. We will go for vaping weed over booze or anything else while discussing things.
I honestly have a mind of:
"Damnit I can't move there for a good entry level job. Recreational is not legal."
It comes down to lifestyle. And people don't realize what cannabis brings to the social table. Yet. When legalized.
One should look at the longer scope of time. Here in Oregon people walk down the street in their running slacks, stretching and vaping before getting ready for a jog. Saw a guy do this on the main road outside my neighborhood where there's a police station, lol! I almost turned my head full 180 as I drove past to get my morning coffee before heading for work.
Agreed. Yeah if you go by my posts way back I'm here too about 1 year ago (lurking since). Recognized your avatar; tough to miss (lol) from back then. Thought to say an aye whatsup. :¶
Watch some YouTube videos of Burce Greenwald on value investing. This stock is awesome.
Yep, now when the longs come in. Once OMVS proves somewhat they can handle the first order of robots and a new area of support settles here. We will be set.
This red day is pale face fear for flippers. To me it is fire furnace refinement to the ticker turning it into a gem for royal parties. Love this sector.
My thoughts exactly.
Oh wow, NIH sponsored. For a schedule one drug by the Federal Goverment? Interesting!
Yeah... pharma. is indeed tough. I wait to invest even on phase III. Great human trail results don't always mean the same in real life.
I have been surprised by human studies outside of the phase III tanking a pharma ticker. Pharma. / biotech. is not for the faint of heart.
I know right? No more true words for the OTC. I think TRTC is an impressive company. In 3 years look at what it's become and in another 3 when mad king Trump is gone? Who knows.
I was refering to major deals.
Thanks for the heads up / DD. Awesome to know.
Google intrinsic value. CEO has said in last two biggest interviews that we will see results end of year. No reason to care on PPS unless it starts to slide hard. IMO
Intel is working very hard to encrypt their hardware on the chip level. I know people that work there.
If it's anything like Amazon the transfer is as fast as the bank allows (2 to 3 days); with HSN getting their cut before said transfer.
Fully agree, but the sentiment and board are positive in general. What a difference a few weeks makes! For sure a new area of support has to happen sooner or late. But dang.

Lucky man, yea I haven't spoken to him yet. I just didn't see it here and thought the bots easily destroyable but they certainly have there niche' looking at them closer (again not my field). Personal opinion is that it's following it the foots of IRBT so this sector for sure has momentum. Damn am I kicking myself now, lol!
Yeah that company has deals with the military and sells some of the most popular robotics to consumers. I'm new here and my brother is the electrical engineer student so I will keep my opinion to myself (I made good fun of this ticker 2 weeks ago - oh the lesson learned).
Well I wonder what iRobot (IRBT) thinks. They've done excellent in this space this year ($30 PPS at start of year and now around $102). This company will surely get on their radar if they start to build locations in the U.S. / Canada.
Mmmm you're slighlty negative here. The toxic debt is what sinks a penny stock company. So while there's still a lot of debt that is really good to see. Very good and is a principle of mine (will not invest in a ticker unless that is gone). And you're right. He didn't say we expect revenue that will be the biggest quarter by X____ amount. But check out at:
1) 2:25 where he mentions a new product!
2) 5:00 he talks clearly and honestly about protecting / supporting the 7 patents of the company. In court in 4 different States and working with 2 law firms.
3) I also like what he says at the end of the interview around 6:45 about why they don't release PRs just whenever. That shows strong management and is usually common of only NASDAQ companies.
4) Lastly, at 8:15 he mentions upticking to QB. That can't happen unless major deals are done and he does state, "they will blow through the numbers" (8:45ish) at the end of the year.
So while he doesn't give a multiple factor on revenue; this interview overall was vastly more forward. He flat out told share holders at the end of the interview to hold on. Nobody puts that kind of verbage unless one has confidence. My 2 cents.
The key I would say is if the share structure is repaired in that private investors and internal management purchase them back. SFOR has a good record of paying off debt (see what they did when they won the Microsoft lawsuits; they paid off a decent amount of their debt!).
However, share structure is not yet something I've seen managed. Still of course a company just getting the ball rolling though being on the pink.
My speculation is that, if SFOR starts to do so and I see board members with ex-military cyber security resume' joining?
This company will be truly something and will go to NASDAQ (i.e. I believe that is what it will take plus obtaining the international patent filed in 2014). So lots of vairables but they're alll heavily in Strikeforce's favor imho. GLTA!

And we will endure such things in this sector until the U.S. Government deems cannabis to not be a schedule 1 drug and the SEC can give a damn. I'm not a lawyer or researcher but a student in the genetics field. My opinion. Marijuana will change the U.S. economy for the better. Here in Oregon people vape weed in their running slacks warming and stretching - down the street from the police station. I kid you not. Almost turned my head 180 seeing the guy doing so as I drove past one morning.
For me I can breath. No allergy medication cleared me like cannabis does (Alpha Blue). At this point I could safely say there would be riots in places like Portland if the Federal Government tried to step in. The research results are great if not amazing that I've read (and there are many).
Every drug has side effects and cannabis is for sure not shy of having any. Every drug whether good or bad has side effects. But if I want to go hiking or jogging? Nothing works to its level for me. Do I say it from the roof tops, that me, a buddy in med. school, and a buddy in pharma. school chill to this? Well, nope.
Everyone has their opinion. But the science is out and the racial and propaganda reasons of decades past are shown for the lies that they are. States that legalized it have adopted its uses, fast. While keeping hush because the stigma of the Federal laws. I'm personally looking to buy back here.
The risk is there to be sure because of Federal law not allowing the SEC to do its job. However, TRTC is on QX; I look at companies like Canopy Growth Crop. (WEED) in Canada and I see no reason not to hold a sum one can afford to lose here.
Coffee by morning and weed by night. It is a delight. And should be a right.
If this company is going into rec. it will indeed change the game, imho. I have watched this stock off and on and if one is going into cannabis? Now is the time! Was not aware of rec. becoming a product of TRTC. I have been holding my radar over this one for some time. Still holding to buy in once again but pretty positive this becomes an industry in the U.S. within the few years.
Good thing to know. I followed this in with the horde first time around and sold early before it got out of hand. Now looking here again. As a value investor this is music to my ears. I like this marijuana stock and WEED. Nothing else matters in my eyes. Okay maybe NMUS.

Posting that, I realize what I'd like to see is board members that are ex-military from cyber security backgrounds. That'd be my logical view here. Aside from the obvious of wanting the settlements to occur right now.
