so when does one consider a class action suit, if the company gets permanently delisted and still has assets?
holding 4 million, and know 5 other friends and relatives who hold a lot too. please share any updates/info here and we will do the same.
Lakshmi: great thoughts. Those are some encouraging scenarios. thanks for sharing your research/thoughts. In for the long haul.
hi all. fellow owner here. quite a few million shares. Happy to see any activity at all. I held because I presumed a reverse merger would happen if nothing else. I'm not normally in this sector,so I have no idea how to get any info. It sounds like some folks get clues from various places, and I"ve always appreciated them sharing them here. Has anyone seen anything in the last week or so that is interesting printed anywhere else? if you're ok sharing. thanks.
ah, thanks.
for us novices...what does a 5 million bid mean....someone has a bid for 5 million shares sitting out there....and you can see this somewhere? thanks . I'm not a day trader, obviously, just curious as a big holder of NXGA.
Maybe some of us NXGA long-haul folks should take a chance and give Mary the benefit of the doubt. Other people such as Michael St. Pierre must be holding a lot of risk too...in fact I know he is....and he is still CEO (if not only active employee). Just a suggestion... which I might try myself publicly (as in twitter and Facebook). Not sure what I have to lose.
I concur with you BrokeDK. the haters could tear into that email content and mary could regret sharing any info. Obviously your call. thanks again.
BrokeDK. Thank you for your efforts and sharing your information. Between 4 family members and some friends we got on board early, we have multi- million shares, so we are in for the long haul. If you speak to Mary again, let her know we all appreciate her position and ask her to keep us posted on how Ceek and Next Galaxy are doing. thanks.
good to hear BrokeDK. Is this somewhere in a public record....I'd like to keep an eye on it.... thanks for info and response.
I agree. I just don't understand where this flurry came from the last few days. Seems like something tangible must have started it. there has been a lot of activity. I could see a few people buying on hype.....but not that many.
I get the sense that she and her friends and family may all be deeply invested in NXGA....which would be good for us.
ugh, MRWnewb.... you just clarified for me what I was fearing.
thanks Techmover, that makes sense.
how are they getting away with no financial filings since april? still a public company with shareholders.
thanks for thoughts, Techmover. Honestly I assumed NXGA was a shell company and that the recent flurry was about a new unrelated private company showing interest in doing a reverse merger. That's why I haven't sold. I figured well, we own a ton of shares of a shell company, and people speculate in that all the time. I figured one of these days we'd find out we were in the the air conditioning business now or something random like that. I was around for the brief Crio-Bru thing...that was weird. at this point would be happy to get the money out that I put in when NXGA and Ceek were together and looking good. Seems like the wheels fell off around the time of CES last year.
ok, so as I read it, there is zero going on with NXGA right now. People are confusing positive news for Ceek and encouraging tweets from Mary (regarding Ceek and VR in general) with good news for NXGA. Not trying to be a naysayer, just trying to clarify where we (the NXGA shareholders who are not connected to Ceek VR in any way) are at. If Mary really does make Ceek financially sound and it benefits NXGA sometime in the future, great. Even if that is her plan, I'm sure she can't make any promises. So if we go with facts, I have not seen anything change for NXGA in the last year...unless I've missed something. Thanks and good luck to us all.
glad to see movement. Question to the group. I have read that Mary wants to build Ceek VR and then return value to NXGA shareholders. I tend to believe people, and of course I want this to be true. From a practical angle though.....does she have any incentive to do so? Outside of good will and promises, is Mary a major NXGA shareholder? if not, is there any legal obligation for Ceek to help out NXGA? I feel like the anger from NXGA shareholders would have burned any goodwill...so wondering what actual connection there still is. thanks and good luck to us all.
hello all. I thought this stock was a goner, but something seems to be going on. some of you seem to have great sources for information....if you are able/willing to share....is there somewhere else one can get info on this stock....rather than waiting for them? I hope this movement and buying isn't all on "friends and family of the company" info.
How can we tell that they are insider buys? Thats great though, for those us still holding.
does anyone know how we might have any indication about if they are shopping this around as a shell...would it be listed anywhere? thanks.
Are we a shell company now, or are there any actual business activities happening within the company as it stands now? I got the sense that anything/everything related to virtual reality has left the building. Thanks if you know/have thoughts. If it is shell, I'm not necc. discouraged....my understanding is it would be a strong pick for a reverse merger as it has zero debt(?) and is owed 5 million.
Does anyone know the significance of the Sc13 form.....37 Million shares/David Clark/Vista Capital investments Investments....? Good news...new news..not news?
people keep mentioning RS. I assume they mean reverse split (as in we all have fewer shares). If that is correct, who can do that...the remaining majority shareholders? What would be good or bad about that. thanks.
Is the bottom .0001? or can a price go lower?
Is anyone at CES? What's going on at the NXGA booth?
I agree Texman....might as well wait for a bit here to see what happens. Selling now would be gnarly. Glad a few people will be along for the ride. If I understand it right...assuming it becomes a shell....the shell company with the least debt gets picked first. So I wonder what's going on at the NXGA booth at CES? is it just an empty desk? Anyone on this board there?
This stock was a shell before....and it survived....it was "Internet of things" related for a while Wiless Controls (WILS) and then looked to be a reverse merger for Crio Bru....(a shark tank coffee alternative) and that didn't work out. A few of us have taken the ride through all that..mostly got in due to the novelty of buying so many shares for so little......not sure why....so there may be some new strange twist down the road for share holders. Michael St. Pierre was with (or was) the company all through this...they were based in Montreal at the time....and seems to be sharp. He may be the person with the best answers right now.
Is NXGA now just a shell company? Read all I could, but don't totally get it. Are we left with any assets aside from the promise of $5 Million? Does this mean it's just Michael St. Pierre again? thanks for thoughts.
Happy New Year. Just joined. Have been holding NXGA since it was WILS. It's been a long wild ride. For people here who understand the recent debt for shares moves....is that whats been happening in the last few trading days?.... are those who hold those shares just cashing in and do you get the impression that is done?
