I won't take that personally. However, I still have to question the judgement of an astute invester like yourself putting $100,000 into a pinker. Its certainly not something Warren Buffet would do. LOL
I'm curious how you bought $100,000 of GCHC in a thinly traded pinker.
I don't think there will be much dilution with this deal if it happens. There are other ways to get it done, ie debenture or subsidiary. Remember from the PR there is potential value of over $500 million at todays oil/gas prices. Having said that, your market cap of $100 to 240 million is not unreasonable.
However, this is all pie in the sky, because if this deal doesn't get done I think this company is toast for good.
If you can't raise money with today's commodity prices then you never will.
Thanks for the update. We will definitely hear something soon, as the closing date is Feb28/08. $2 to $4 is conservative if they get the financing.
My intention was not to make you go away. I just want to know why you are so negative. Whenever a positive announcement has been made you always were quick to criticize. Who cares what has happened in the past. My research shows that GCHC has had a checkered past too. So what, as long as the company moves forward.
Maybe you should practice what you preach. When was the last time you contacted RYQG? Maybe you should do that before you criticize them for cancelling the uranium deal.
Creekjumper, you keep talking about revenue. I don't see any revenue in GCHC either. But of course they don't have to report, because its a pinker. No risk there hey. Too funny.
$500 million deal, with only 40 million shares o/s. Do the math. Even if oil does drop, Creekjumper, its still a great deal.
Rock and roll time. Creek, there's still time to get in. GCHC doesn't look too good to me.
Royal Quantum-RYQG
10-K has been filed and the Company has divested itself of Extreme. Can now proceed in mineral exploration. $100,000 in the bank to carry them a while. Shouldn't be long before we hear news on the uranium claims. Once the DD is done and the claims are finalized then my guess is the company will try to do a secondary financing at higher levels to minimize dilution.
Uranium is the hot metal of the year so if the claims are decent then the company should be promotable, hence the secondary. JMHO

Creek, I thought you were not a shareholder anymore? Why do you care? The report probably won't be out until Apr 15, so there is still lots of time. You're not bashing now are you? Because the company never finalized the acquisition of Extreme, I don't think you will see any results in the quarterly report. So the company will likely report as a shell with resource claims as a subsequent event. JMHO of course.
RYQG closed at 30cents today. Did anyone get in?
Closed at 30 cents today. Someone sure likes it. Must be the possibility of uranium properties that is creating the interest.
I hope the company puts out an update soon. Has anyone spoken to management lately?
Sorry you're gone Creek. One point of note though, when buying penny stocks like this, one should never rely on the 10K or Q. Penny stocks rarely have net income or even revenue for that matter. JMO.
In this case the stock is climbing because of potential. That potential will be determined by acquiring quality exploration properties. If they do it will go higher, if they don't, it will drop.
RYQG-anyone watch this one? Up 4 cents today. Uranium play.
Hey Creek, did you get back in? 24 cents now. I don't think that nickel is coming. LOL
Read the Feb 28 PR. They say "Royal Quantum Group, Inc. has reached an agreement, subject to completion of final due diligence, for the acquisition of several high potential Uranium projects located in the United States. Details of the acquisition will be announced within the coming days."
This is very good news. IMO
The company is still trying to secure some decent properties. But if and when they do, the market will respond favorably. Uranium is the darling metal at the moment. IMO its worth a shot. Could be last chance to get in at ground level.
RYQG is one to watch next week. Uranium is hot and they are staking some prime property. Small float, closely held. JMHO
I am not a pumper or a basher, but you have to be able to adapt in the penny BB market. Uranium is hot, telecom is not. I think you should give it a shot.
Hey Creek did you buy back in yet or are you still waiting for 5 cents? Out of curiosity, why would you think that earnings would affect the market price of a penny BB stock?
Looking really good today. New high for the year. Must be something about to happen, no other reason for the gap up. Uranium is the metal du jour.
Based on the PR from last week we could be seeing a followup PR any day now. With renewed interest in uranium, this could be the acquistion that puts RYQG on the map. However this is still very speculative so due your own DD.
Creekjumper, you've done a 180 degree turnaround. You were a company advocate for a long time, now you are a basher. What gives? The uranium announcement is excellent news. Way better opportunity than the Extreme deal. Uranium is hot right now and if the company can secure any decent properties, the stock price should move up. If you have sold your stock, don't start bashing so you can get back in cheap.
You keep lowering your offer, 11.4 now. If you really want out, sell it down to 10 cents, there are 4 or 5 offers. If I was you I'd hold for a few more days. It traded alot at 14.
Like I said Schroeber, we all know these are risky stocks. If you can't handle the ups and downs and uncertainty, then you should be buying GE.
Creek, it looks like your 12 cent offer will be filled shortly. Then it gaps to 15 again. Contrary to what you said, I think the MM's playing this one do read this board.
We all know that playing penny stocks like this one is risky. I don't blame Creekjumper for taking her 5 bagger. I am just surprised at the sudden negative tone to her posts.
When you advertise that you are selling 100K why wouldn't they pull the bids. You aren't as savvy as you make yourself out to be.
If you want out so bad why don't you hit the bid? You're not going to get filled at 15 or 15.5 by the MM unless they have a buyer.
Closed at 14 cents today. News must be around the corner. I hope by week's end so we don't lose any momentum.
I think this week will be a "make or break" week. If we don't get some sort of corporate update or news release we will lose all the recent momentum. Fingers crossed !
I agree, and I think they might make another acquisition with the funds.
Five bids now at 9.5. Looks like its about to pop.
What interview are you referring to. TIA
Creek, what do you think of this volume? Are you still in tight with mgmt? If so, when will we get some news on Extreme?
I think we are going to see some news very soon. Something must be up, otherwise we would still be at 2 cents. Creekjumper, have you called the company lately? You seem to be able to scoop good info.
Hey Schrodent, you haven't posted in almost a week. What's up? Still too busy trying to cover?
Hey Schroeder you seem awfully quiet suddenly. You get caught short or something??
Where did all the sensible people on this board go? Stock is starting to show life again, so company must be close to getting funded. Won't take much buying to get back to a dime.
