10-K has been filed and the Company has divested itself of Extreme. Can now proceed in mineral exploration. $100,000 in the bank to carry them a while. Shouldn't be long before we hear news on the uranium claims. Once the DD is done and the claims are finalized then my guess is the company will try to do a secondary financing at higher levels to minimize dilution.
Uranium is the hot metal of the year so if the claims are decent then the company should be promotable, hence the secondary. Time to buy back in Creek. JMHO
