on $NAVB my exp tells me just b/c CMC is bad doesnt = clinical is okay. unless it says explicity in the CRL clin is not auto-ok (ask mnkd)

Tomorrow will see how it goes until options expiration.

Ap pharma also received a CRL with no additional clinical trials in 2010, even to this day they havn't resubmitted NDA.

Also Navb can only tap $15,mill loan, they must raise cash before they resubmit NDA.

CEO hasn't give any details on timelines.
Biotech CEO's always mislead.
Holding 388 $3 put contracts AVG price $0.25

My reasons IRWD stock price moves great are:
$100 million milestone payments, 35 mill patients in US, Also partner Forrest acquired clinical data after approval., chances of this getting acquired by Forrest. Heavy institutional investments on Linaclotide, European decision in 2013...... the only warning they mentioned 16 or older can use the drug. which is quiet normal.

Also for last 4 weeks stock was going down..., heavy instituional investments on the stock.

EXEL If it is Accelerated why would the mgmt say the pdufa date still intact....Seems to me another setup..

ODAC was favorable to EXEL, now without ODAC adcom odd's are not good.

They received this letter yesterday, check out the last 4 minutes before regular market close. the 10cent spike, it didn't happen just like that.

And the whole day, they are forming cushion thats all.

Will see tomorrow opens with negative spin articles, Already AF started to make calls watch his Twitter.

He tweeted more than 20 times after hrs just on exel, he is not going to sleep will see something tomorrow.

All know EXEL mgmt number one crooks.

FDA briefing documents with ref to Advisory panel meeting's, how many days before panel's meeting will FDA release the briefing documents, is there a standard no. of days before meeting they get released to the company or they could release those documents whenever they could before panel meeting?

Avg short price is $5.99

total shares shorted: 5430

PhaseII patient size was just 250.

PhaseIII has to be atleast ten times the size of Phase II.And will be atleast 2 to 3 yrs from now on.

Don't expect the prices to go high, it is already 5 fold high from its avg price.

With reference to my intentions: Just want to make money.

Those form 13's are when the price was $3 range.

Shorted 4k..........

few weeks ago $1.2 and now $6 range.......(Five times higher)

these results are part of phase II not phase III.
