My reasons IRWD stock price moves great are:
$100 million milestone payments, 35 mill patients in US, Also partner Forrest acquired clinical data after approval., chances of this getting acquired by Forrest. Heavy institutional investments on Linaclotide, European decision in 2013...... the only warning they mentioned 16 or older can use the drug. which is quiet normal.

Also for last 4 weeks stock was going down..., heavy instituional investments on the stock.
