In OTC web site, enter symbol COWI, under disclosure, you can find attorney letter in July. Then they become pink current.

You enter symbol SEEK, under disclosure, you can’t find attorney letter.

That means:

SG submitted attorney letter, but OTC didn’t prove yet.

Or

SG didn’t submit attorney letter at all, we are cheated.

Now the yearly increasing rate is 8. Assume 3 Quarters increasing rate is 6.
After 3 quarters, revenue is 560334*3*6 = 10,086,012, expense = 2600954*3=7802862. That is, revenue can be more than expense.

only (loss)$35,904,918. I think, this is only once loss. Next quarters and years, still same number.

I don't know what this loss included, maybe something like facility, machine or acquisition for some small companies etc.

If I am wrong, please correct me.

Congress may pass “Ending Platform Monopolies Act”. For example for Google, since google manages internet search engine work, he can’t manage other internet search business work on their engine. Just like 30 years ago, AT&T manages telephone backbone, they can’t run local business.

If this becomes true, it will bring a lot of business opportunities for Thedirectory.com.
