Curious to what we see first?
1/China approval
2/Delaware case proceeds
3/24/60 update
4/any PR from management
5/More euro approval news
And your random point today is what? You could of posted this exact article one year ago with all the dire warnings and, yet, look what happened in the market and the economy so far in ‘21. Yes, eventually the music will stop and or what goes up must come down. Pick a metaphor, or two. Your presence here is, and always has been, so nebulous. Thanks again for the taped-delay news.
Appreciate your post. Another patent granted. Apo C
Link took awhile to open but I see that this patent was applied for in 2/20 and updated today. Hope it means something?
Appreciate the reply.
Does that mean a 12/3 deadline for your hard copy papers to be submitted? This really could be a December to remember, and I don’t mean the annual Lexus commercials.
So…. we could possibly learn of a court decision, or get an oral argument date for sometime in ‘22 potentially in the next 30 days?
Thanks for your updates this evening.
Ok, it just got weird around here. Whoever you are or were, who cares?
We all know TA isn’t predictive of this stock until after the fact. We’re in catalyst and binary land every quarter.
fess up, are you an investor or a keyboard shill with some “rosy” moniker? Curious what the monthly payment on the AMRN crystal ball you and your hedge lease?
Alas, there has to be a diaper to tend to, no… and lose the initials at the end, we know who you are, Matlock.
btw: you’re starting to sound like someone scorned over a parking ticket in court. You’re time spent on this board with an entire baseball team under roof is what’s scary.
lizzy, thanks for your post and reminder of his prior interviews. Pulling the trigger on 8.5M shares was a good sign when made public. BVF at 9+M shares is encouraging, as well.
China, Infringement and 24/60 updates are all possibilities in December.
In listening to the Piper-Sandler chat, Karim alluded to the trial taking up most of ‘22 and likely into ‘23. I’ll trade the 2 wins prior to R-It for an infringement W.
However, the 24/60 may be the Golden Ticket
Sad how we are in the state of affairs that we are hopeful that someone wants to hear our case…undoubtedly an important one in terms of patent protection and righting a wrong.
Thankful to posters that share intellectual intel here.
Thankful to Sarissa & BVH to their new 3Q holdings.
Thankful to Marjac and other’s efforts of 24/60.
Here’s to not being a shareholder this time next year. Only need one acquiring company to rid me of my shares.
“Judge Andrews acknowledged that the state of the law encouraged alleged infringers to waste time and resources filing motions to dismiss that have no long-term impact on the case. With that in mind, he announced, “I am going to solve the Magistrate Judge referral concern by no longer referring the Rule 12(b)(6) pleading motions (as distinguished from the Section 101 motions to dismiss to Magistrate Judges. (For outstanding referrals to Magistrate Judges, of which there are nearly none, I will adopt whatever they have recommended. There is no reason to continue to waste resources on this issue.).”
Sleven, This reads that Judge Andrews will back Judge Hall’s initial decision to not dismiss and proceed. Thanks for your post.
Thanks for posting the Captain’s letter. I applaud all the efforts made to shine some light on this important topic. 8.5M shares (and growing?) deserved some worthy EPADI updates by you all
Raf, can you please post the entire letter here for those of us who might have problems opening Google today. Thanks
Capt., would you or someone kindly post entire letter on a separate post? Most appreciated
A quote from ESPR board Dr. at conference call a few weeks ago (she (Foody) worked at Cleveland Clinic)
“CLEAR Outcomes is unparalleled in its size novel design and unique patient population. This trial has taken into account all the lessons and insights of decades of cholesterol-lowering trials and is being run by teams of experts and chaired by Dr. Steven Nissen, an exceptional cardiologist and trialist. The trial's unique patient population and high starting baseline LDL cholesterol increases the likely probability of success.”
ESPR stock has been hammered this year.
Random question: where’s Hamoa?
In other words, Sarissa doesn’t have a purchase average of $5.10
I don’t think it is. $5.10 happens to be the closing price at the end of 3Q, thus their total 8.5M shares were valued at $43,350,000
Look at the entire 3Q share prices..we were in the 3’s, 4’s, and 5’s. Unless they grabbed all their shares in the month of August (unlikely) they would’ve acquired shares at lower than a 5.10 average in Q3
Straight fire Marjac…just a little wind sprint warm up for 24/60. Letliesring is currently yelling at squirrels to get off his lawn
Rose, we all can relate to my plane humor. What a difference in attitude around here in 24 hours! I admit, my stomach had the rollers yesterday morning after people casting shade over a trial AMRN had no control over. It truly looked like China and 24/60 were the flashlights at the end of the tunnel. It appears $3.97 is/was our basement and we better start guessing at how many stories our AMRN Janga house has to grow before BP takes their V toy and adds it to their arsenal.
Prepare-It 2 results and all the waiting was like holding a fart on a plane for 30 minutes before landing only to learn it didn’t smell that bad when you finally let it rip in the jet bridge. Onwards…In Sarissa we trust.
What a weird day and now these after hours press drops. I want to believe this North that today’s dated blog is meaningful. You’d know better than most.
Good question, infringement info is dated today, why?
Let me follow your last minute birdbrain idea tonight. Investors who allegedly had the inside info, just because it had to happen (it’s Amarin) supposedly sold ahead of the news and are now going to sell some more shares upon decent trial results after tomorrow’s AHA? Thanks for your help and assistance.
Hey guy, Don’t harm yourself over P2 results.
Thanks sleven for China/Hong Kong reminder
Slutbox, check in with the Capt. numbers and you may have to redo your guesstimate, etc. Thanks for the warning
Of course he bought at 4.52 and will have either sold at 4.68 or have held for a soon to be higher price. Always a win-win for lava man
Damn, you sound so cynical.
DM, it would appear that our upcoming C-19 data from P-It 2 @AHA 11/13-15 is a very timely occurrence. I like the pending set up of events for us.
The difference between Formula 1 and Formula Fords
Marjac…24 & 60 would be my favorite numbers for eternity. I am ever optimistic of your continued commitments and believe that a fair and competent judge will clearly see the injustice levied upon. Looking forward to mid November for a few reasons.
LB,did you buy some VisiShield? Any anecdotal evidence of Vascepa helping people’s vision besides dry eyes?
Thanks for your help and updates. That will be pure bonus when you post the transcript because we won’t get squat from the Jersey Boys; that’s a given.
Hey Corn Pop, You’ve never stated (errr..bragged) paying $2 per 120 capsules or $6 for 90 days around here. KP sucked for years re: their initial coverage of V. Now a minuscule patient trial is supposed to top one over 10X the enrollment in P-2?
“U” sure are drunk on all that is No.Cal.
Boy, there sure were some wild words used in Constance Huttner’s filing:
I’ll list three snippets Connie used that stood out to me.
“EPADI takes a blunderbuss approach…”
“EPADI spins a threadbare theory..”
“Amarin’s refusal to drink EPADI’s ‘cropped table’ Kool-Aid, and espouse its conspiracy theories”
These generic jackals need to be handed a swift ass kicking by Marjac and the courts.
Novartis CEO Vas Narasimhan on CNBC talking CVD and others in their pipeline. Go scoop Vascepa for future growth and revenues. I’ll gladly take 1/4 a share of NVS right now.
Doubtful WS has any lead into whether we have the nod from any (4) justices needed (in total) for our case to be heard.
RAF, I’ve been quiet and lurking for the past year. Nothing much to add that hasn’t already been tossed around countless times since last March. However, in leading up to 6/17, I went back to re read the Aimed Alliance amicus from your recent Twits link. It’s such a great reminder from a 3rd party as to how important AMRN investment of R-It (stated at $465M) is to the world of CVD. The counsel’s very succinct brief of support is as good as one could ask for. Even AF gets a highlight mention in footnotes to his 2012 article describing beneficial effects to such a drug.
The longest day of the year is 6/21. It’s fitting that we find out a most anticipated decision on that day. Thanks for the link and recent scripts help. I know Singer’s 7-2 record got dinged last year, but now all focus is on Waxman’s 25+% rate.

Thanks for the post. At least these discussions break up the waiting game. No disrespect Depeche Mode, I don’t enjoy the silence.
