Acumen, now that was a good post.
No vitriol at all.
As you said "the company is a reflection of those involved".
Enough said.
Acumen, thanks for your professionalism in answering my inquiry, except for the last sentence. Your sourgrapes and/or jealousy are showing and quite frankly I could care less. Please, get a life.
Acumen, why is David Phipps from GTC " in the mix " as you say?
Run,LOL, you are absolutely right.
Run, there is no tarmac. The hangar sits in an open field with a parking lot next to it. but it is in Maryland.
FEAR THE TURTLE.
Jet, You are so wrong in your analysis of the Kroeplin affair in the 10-K but I really don't have time today to educate you on the matter. Maybe tomorrow.
Runandadd, I can see where it is confusing for you.In the 27 Sept. photo the motor and payload are attached to the first segment of the ship which is the lifting segment containing the lifting gas(Helium). Also take note of the round black pads on this segment where this payload is attached.
In yesterday's photo the motor and payload are not attached to the ship. However you can see the round black pads where the payload assembly will be attached.
This is strictly my observation subject to verification in the future.
Uh, possibly the answer is all the shares he is holding. Just a thought.
Jet, you could be right. However reread the last part of the quote:
"the Company is to ship back to TAO the old STS 111 (SD34) airship;" My point is that the "new" STS111 is the upgraded and reworked one.
Jet,my job is not to educate you. That would be an impossible task since it appears your mind is already made up concerning this company and I really have no problem with your position. My following opinions are based on the photos contained in yesterday's news release and the photo contained in the news release of 27 Sept., 2010. In my opinion both photos show the same airship from different perspectives. Therefore the Argus is the STS 111 with modifications.
In an earlier post yesterday someone estimated the Argus to be approximately 110 feet long by counting the spaceing between the hanger supports. I say it's 111 feet as in STS 111.
The ship that is going back to Germany( if that is the case) probably is the four segment version. The ship in the photos is the five segment version in my opinion( if I can count correctly).
Jet, you are so wrong. eom
Trunk, I hear you. Getting involved in a high tech startup is not a cake walk even under the best conditions and we certainly have not had the best conditions. But you know what- We're still kicking!!
Trunkmonk,I totally understand your frustration over an insider selling a large block of his shares. However, look at how it was done. He filed with the SEC and got permission to sell over a period from roughly June,2010 thru Feb., 2011. and we all know that this is NOT the time to sell this puppy.
So why did he sell? Fear of the company failing? If that was his reason for selling why didn't he sell all of his shares? That would make more sense in my opinion.
Maybe, just maybe,he HAD to sell to raise much needed cash.I have no clue concerning his finances nor do I want to know but this reasoning makes more practical sense to me than your dumping scenario with all due respect.
Mide, well said. Also keep in mind that this management is probably NOT getting paychecks simply because there is no money in the till. They are getting IOU's and it is hard to feed your family and pay bills with them. All of them have my utmost respect for what that is worth.
Jet, did you read the news release of yesterday carefully? It states with my parentheses added: " The provisional patent application is for an unmanned autonomous airship with automated control for individual modules(segments) for improved flight stability and aerodynamic control. The design features the ability to control the rigidity between each module(segment)and the ability to pivot.
The airships altitude, overall response, and handling characteristics and flight control utilizes a system of ballonets contained within each individual module(segment)thereby creating a dynamically adjustable airship".
Sounds like a radical modification of the STS-111 to me.Is it radical enough to apply for a unique patent? Evidently Eastcor thinks so.
In the news release of 27 Sept., 2010 the picture of the STS-111 appears to me to show ballonets in each segment that you can see. I could be wrong but it appears that you can see the shadows of the ballonets at the top of the segments.
Quite a sophisticated little machine in my opinion!
Jet, two more form 4's out today. One for G. Estrella and one for M. Clark.
On 1/31/2011 M. Clark PURCHASED 1,333,334 shares of SNSR at 0.075cents. He also received warrants to purchase 666,667 shares
at, get this, 0.21 cents. Wow!!!
Jet, Your right it was just an observation on my part but the form 4's clearly state that shares were " awarded " not bought or purchased as some here thought. If I am wrong in my interpretation I will stand corrected.
Also these filings are a good thing. They show that current management is doing it's proper " Housekeeping " and is trying to keep up to date on it's filings.
And please, there is no crapola in this form 4 thread. The longs are looking for positives and the form4's provide that if for no other reason in their honesty.
BB, who is buying shares? These form 4's state as in the case of Wayne Jackson " awarded pursuant to a director agreement" and in the case of Barbara johnson " awarded fully-vested 3 year options as a bonus for the year ended december 31, 2010.
Sorry Jet, but you are just plain wrong in your thinking.
Bagelboy
As usual you and Coastie have your facts a little askew. It is obvious that Clark did what he was hired to do. Now his job is done for butterfield fulcrum. At last count Clark has engineered approx. 28 acquisitions/mergers. But you knew that, right.
And yes now he can devote his full time efforts to Sanswire. I certainly hope he chooses to do so.
Bagelboy
Mide: Good post.I think you are right-on. So much for the common shareholder.
Bagelboy
To Mike Clark and Glenn Estrella; THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
Runandadd ," Besides, who else will give them money to keep the company operating? Don't think there is a concern or Gov't. that's so impressed with what they're doing that's willing to give them a deposit on a contract." Well SNSR just got accepted into Kennedy thru the Space Coast Initiative and there are grants associated with this project to the tune of 35 million dollars. Maybe SNSR will be granted a portion of that money to set up shop and continue their endeavor.
Gotcha- Got it.
"Clearly the new guys don't need the services of a sleazy, bottom of the barrel boilerroom. The 3 Little Pigs do, but Estrella and Clark don't. This is a comical, obviously poorly organized attempt to gain some sort of leverage. If any shareholders are stupid enough to fall for it, they get what they deserve"
Well said. My opinion exactly.
Bagelboy
Jet, can't disagree with your comment about past management. Some were clowns and some were thieves and some tried and failed. I do disagree with you on your assumption that we will have more of the same with the two financial execs that were just announced. My feeling is that these two are professionals that will work hard to produce results and in my opinion, quickly. However , you are right, time will tell.
On a lighter note, some are asking if these execs are so good why are they bothering with this mess called "Sanswire ". My only answer would be " divine intervention ".
Vinny, I hear you. Me too. New management is a breath of fresh air for this long suffering endeavor.
Form 10-K/A amendment 1, mark 1 for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008 out on 22, September.
Justfrank, do you think this has anything to do with going to the OTCBB?
Nilre, love it. Yep it is time for the Bull to run.

Risk, why won't Kostro step aside on his own? Could he be voted out by the shareholders? Why do you insist that he would only leave together with Leinwand? I know, probably too many questions.
BB
Mide, Why do you want Kostro gone?

Jato, here is another BID/ASK- .038/11,292,019 sh.---.040/54 sh.Obviously these shares are not showing as being executed on the day's totals.Again, could this be funding as in private placement? I don't have a clue and I am baffled that it would even show.

Jato, yesterday and today from time to time the size of bid has shown as follows: Bid/size- .038/10,527,143,.038/11,501,027 , .038/11,414.404, .038/10,804,527 , etc.
Are these typos or actual bid sizes?
BB
I just noticed that on the Scottrade SNSR screen the BID/SIZE box shows .038/11414404 and the ASK/Size box shows .040/143.
Does the large BID size mean anything? Possibly funding?
Does anyone know?
BB
it appears that this is the case- but why??
Today, it looks like there are three 75,000 share trades, which is good volume for this stock and the price is stuck on .05 cents. If they were buys, the price should go up. If they were sells, the price should go down. This is very basic stuff. What am I missing?
