Dank02 on your comment... "I said the apps work even without signal" nope... if you release the earlobe plug during usage of the Neurosync the signal becomes flat for all waves... (the test can be reproduced on the "brainwave visualizer" app to mention one) I did that test so nope... thats not true... so now you have been at least wrong at one thing ;)
Your numbers are acurate as of September 30th 2015... if you are correct, that looks like a good practice to reduce costs... let the store & security and insurance fall on the hands of the manufacturer.... and they would execute the delivery of the portions needed to deliver the sold orders.
Conversion is not equal to Sale...
A creditor that holds a convertible note wishes for what happened last two weeks...
Since the low price was the measure to define the number of shares from a fixed US$ amount.... It was in favor of the creditor the engineered price manipulation...
Afterwards the creditor (who becomes a shareholder) wants to be able to get to sale to the market at the highest price possible (not the lowest) so we won't see a dump but an iceberg style offer...
Option A) slow sale at 0.0003 without any further manipulation
Option B) pump starting the 29th for a week and then an iceberg at 0.0007
That's what I think will happen... If that realizes its because am right or just random walk due to mood change... If am wrong I will buy even more and increase my position... My risk tolerance here is still not met... And potential growing.
GLTA especially to the Longs!
Stockman you still have time.... Get out of this board while you can... Its getting darker by the minute.....
Just kidding.... Its skeptics that help develop things... Thanks to your activity and others with your mood I have been forced to research much more, now I understand the tech of the NeuroSync much better, a month ago it was blind hope.... Now I really see the technology is here to stay, mindsolutions is not going away either... So I am not leaving either
The hardware is working, I have tested it so I have firsthand experience... To develop for the TGAM apps seems very straightforward, in java and C# (already compiled test projects)
Currently the community for this and similar BCIs is small which means that the ideas of supporters will have a deep and long lasting impact in the way this whole niche will grow.
I encourage everyone to propose ideas of apps and possible uses (as a brainstorm) not for mindsolutions to work on but for developers and bussinesmen to develop and evaluate.
Thank you stockman... You are doing a great job
Everything is clear for you always with no proof...
Very unconstructive... your response! But trying to help you: seems that you are complaining about the "BrainWave Visualizer" app... Wait are you really discussing the Neurosync or is it bad spelling, if not… to mock a product should be seen as ill-intentioned! ;)
More, if you see beyond the above mentioned type of apps, classification of mood state in response to activities or events in apps will enhance the usability of all devices developed on the TGAM chipset… That is why I liked so much the "Mind JukeBox Beta" app.
I really recommend you to test all the apps you can, and draw an opinion based on performance & usability, and not on how you feel about it; that is the only way to move forward; forward either means contributing to the community of people that are interested, or clearing the way for other discussions to develop instead of the same old rhetoric.
You can review my tests if you want at... http://cibrid.wix.com/neurosyncreview
Let’s troubleshoot your issue... you are saying the earpiece does not work... could you be specific...
What is it that does not work?
At what stage/level of usage you have experienced that the neurosync does not work?
If we can point to what is that you are having problems with, maybe developers can move to build products fit to the expectations.
I have tested it (the earpiece) and had some results, I think some of them are relevant (), others just as expected, can you discuss about my results? That would be useful to me to.
Just one comment, no device in the market, even the clinic ones can catch your thoughts, they read brainwaves, that has to be clear, the best programs & applications focus on classifying, not yet decoding, so we are still far away from that expectation... no mind reading yet!
Try not to place misleading appreciations; the product works.
You fall into a user category that is described as overly-optimistic
Please read....
"Probably the biggest drawback of the MindWave is the typical user's overly optimistic expectations about what it can do. Visions of Yoda-style feats of mental dexterity are rapidly deflated when you actually try out the example applications and games"
…from http://fivedots.coe.psu.ac.th/~ad/jg/nui10/index.html
Neurosky...Neurosync...Muse... all share common problems, but that is currently good not bad for the NeuroSync
I wrote that this is the natural place to get advertised... seems the logical site... I guess you miss-understood me. (No problem it happens)
I don’t see the product and the company finished at all, on the contrary this seems the starting point to me, MindSolutions needs to make some effort on their positioning. First be there, then sales will come.
Also I want to comment… previously I have been testing some apps with the earpiece (that was a successful run - http://cibrid.wix.com/neurosyncreview) and shortly I will be testing the Puzzlebox Orbit (when I get it through mail) with the NeuroSync.
I already pretested the Puzzlebox Orbit App without the hardware and seems promising.
Would be good the earpiece gets posted on https://www.mindtecstore.com/en/professional-neurofeedback-equipment
Alongside with all the other products derived from the TGAM chipset.
Everyone is focused now on the value of the stock, but stocks are mostly detached from the companies that release them... so for now the real issue & focus should be how to move forward to find appropriate showcase for the product, that’s the job of MindSolutions, but as shareholders we should discuss the item too.
The Bid size has reached 2.496B shares ... at 0.0001 it equals to 249K USD
The company's share distribution is being concentrated into a little group as most of the small shareholders have run away in fear!
What happens after all the shares are in one (or a few) hands?
I speculate the announcement of company being bought by a single party.
People are calling the stock as dead.... Based only on the price...
Well let's not forget that most of the time the price of a stock is the product of sentiment, and the stockholders were prepared by a campaign that lasted 2 months ... The campaign started as soon the product was out....
Seen comments that everyone is running to the exit & that there is no interest.... well if that was accurate the Ask size would be much larger than the Bid size and would stand unfilled.... Actually all has been filled in matter of minutes all the time... 900M shares have changed hands.... And a 1.8B bid is standing (was before close on friday) at the level of 0.0002 .... Someone is taking all the shares home... Just to place that bid 200K+ USD are needed....
Just out of speculation... I you wanted to buy a company...
Scenario 1: you buy it for 100M USD and all the holders get a share
Scenario 2: buy 40% of the worthless shares, then buy it for 100M USD and you get back 40M USD back....
That looks like a plan.... So what would be necessary to achieve that transaction ... An organized attack on the stock... Lower the sentiment as much as possible, and trigger a sale off by dumping shares at intervals....
For the looks of history, your own posts... you made a huge mistake on march this year an lost alot of money...
here is your post at that time: just after the peak in march!!!

Still holding and stacking it up. VOI$.
I am with you in your loss, but at that time Abraams was just signing up to VOIS and the product was not out on the market... If you had not lost that money I am sure the developments on the company would look different. (I believe its more a thing of the color of the glass you are looking through)
What I want to point out is that money aside, the company is moving towards the goal... starting from software only... to prototyping using a commercial chip platform... to initial versions of product... to early internet sales... to internal changes (to come)... to change in direction (should come)...
Possibly a change on direction could fix the image problems... how about abraams taking over? Best luck to you and all longs (myself included)
Yup I read the filling, and you are right, it seems completely out of proportion to get so high compensations while research and other parts of the business are getting so little (50k-80k USD).
Look, I am optimistic not delusional, what I can take from the report is that the debt rounds 25M, and current bills will be converted to shares in a time span of 8-12 months, that’s another 0.5M of share dilution, "staff" and other expenses will round 2M a year, so in one year the conversion of shares will add another 10% and so-on every year... next year the stock (if absolutely no income is achieved) should be placed on 0.009-0.008 range.
There is a conclusion to be drawn, the company is not going out of business any time before "dic-2017" in the worst case, so there is plenty of time to convert and take your losses, if you entered 0.005+ well you are out of luck, but if you got in at a 0.0012-0.0009 range all is still on track, high risk but hanging on there.
On the way forward, to sale those earpieces (toys, instruments, whatever you want to call them - even the funny names you have given), internet sales will fail, average people do not buy new/rare/untested stuff on the web, people buy things they exactly know / and are certain of what to expect. Plus most buyers are currently not capable to hold credit cards. So the place to offer the device is in direct retail (eg. wallmart ... you name it). If you see the box on the shelf for 130USD you might take the chance simply out of temptation.
My hopes are now set on the old guy "Abraams", his old style would serve VOIS now to turn things around.
As people get the earpiece, and use it, even sporadically, new applications will start to pop, and then the momentum will consolidate.
The earpiece works as good or as bad as any other unit that uses the TMGA1 chipset, so the product is not out of the race yet, and modifications are stil possible to create new versions if re-assembling the board into smaller formats.
I am optimistic!
Ok don't invest then, best luck in your gambles!
You really have built a Halloween spook!
Some of your references "facts" are pointing to comments on this board... That are by themselves opinions... So that cuts your facts to half.
Others of your comments proved (or only stated... hard to tell) that the guy Fouch is a reckless and even with doubtful morals... but even if he is a friend of Driskol, you cannot transfer his (Fouch) misdeeds to the later one (at least not the way you have done... by finding connections)
And in the end the actions that can be assigned to the CEO of VOIS, as long as are not considered illegal by the SEC or other law bodies, will not change the way things are going! The company has come out with a product... Using what's available to its reach.... Want to see you outperform that.
On some context... Glencore's CEO spent some time in jail before building from scratch the multibillion dollar company it is today.... So its clear that to be a leader to create an empire we as investors don't need a lamb... We (as investors) need someone that can do what it takes to move forward.
Call me a fool its ok... The other BCI companies are private, so the next best thing is VOIS even if its not balanced nor mature... So I'll take my chances, and will accept the outcome... but in the meantime please stop harasing this message board, you posted your opinion! Fine. But reposting that unreadable text shows your lack of respect for the opinions of the ones that don't think like yourself.
For myself, I prefer to concentrate on how far this string can lead me and other investors, than to see this board turned into a gossip page... Let the SEC worry about the boring stuff.

NEW ENTRY to NEUROSYNC TEST REVIEW
Hello everyone, I am happy to share a new test I did.
At first I was trying to test the BioZen App without any luck (gets connected but not signal), but found a comparable (but simpler) App.
So this time I tested the "EEG Reader" app with the earpiece while playing Chess, some interesting observations and opinions. The app connects flawlessly (android version) and so presents simultaneously concentration & meditation curves (other OS versions seem to have more options to add to the graph) that helped me to evaluate the character of brain activity "real time" (quasi) and afterwards. For images and further comments at the page of the link:
http://cibrid.wix.com/neurosyncreview
Although there has been a lot of bashing and even personal criticism, I am still optimistic and enthusiastic.
I welcome everyone to discuss my findings, even bashing is constructive!
What I have is what I see, the earpiece works.
The chip I read in a previous message here at the board sais is a revised version of the mindwave RF chip, I dont know if its true.
If you or any one has the reference of the chip (or the revised one) I can look into it, it should have by itself a patent where to see its specs.
The solution to put the sensor in the ear makes sense, as the skul by evolution is a natural isolating (electric & shock) structure. Also as some said, there are less muscles in the ear chanel area that (could) can help in the purpose of getting a clear signal.
Finally (almost) I have no insight into the people except from the videos, and the mails that some people say they have recieved from Vois management; future well I included a link to a presentation that I found at "slideshare" (you can find the link in my page right side - bottom), slide 9 shows a nice picture of future versions... the version "Neurosync Pulse" I think could be asembled with the same chipset.
You can judge by your self if you have a look at the slideshow.
Thankyou for the comment, helps to see someone that is reasonable.
Yes I am optimistic, and that is sometimes damaging as an investor.
About my motivation, you might have miss-understood, offcourse I have hopes, I invested money, and have seen profits as the company had its rallies, I remember the time (this year) it got to 0.008x that was huge, and I was there. I also was there when the reverse split 1:2000 but at that time I only had 500 USD at stake, so... it turned to 50 USD, Okay my fault.
I do not invest only for the money, I have the belief that investing reflect ones personal expectation of the future.
Its simple if I invested in APPL some months ago I would have lost 15%-30% as the shares fell, but the pottential to gain 100% from large established companies is low, How many IPhons have to be sold to double the comany value? How many sales are needed (even positive evens - no neccesaryly sales) to double VOIS...
I believe in the tech... so I will campaing for it, its personal!
light1soldier your comment about my site prooves to me that you are just speculating.
your comment "... a new wix website where the person has made in review of the neurosync, that person unable to show himself also...paid promoter....lmao "
I like to have some privacy because of people like yourself that are ready to attack any one that has a view of its own.
I support the idea, I have money on stake (shares), but I am not getting paid, I am giving my free opinion.
My proof, well the package shows the location/destination country that got delivered, you can say whatever, stil you are disrispectful and irresponsible, and you should evaluate what your comments are pointing to.
I really dont care too much about the finances and ethics of the company leadership, I expect them to be (worth) and wont waste my time figthing about it, I take my risks and so I can focuse on technology, this is a dream come true, not because its versatile (that will come with time), nope... its because it adds a new sense to us as beings.
We have touch ... throug keyboard & mouse, we have sight & speach by means of multimedia, all that replicates our every day way of interaction... BCI gives us a new realm from science fiction "telepathy"
A change is comming and we all should be concentrating on how will the world look like when this kind of interface becomes ubiquious.
Just ask your self questions as: How will this kind of tech fit in the IOT (internet of things)?
So if you have something smart to address I am open for discussion, if not do not addreess me.
I will continue adding reviews to my site, on my spare time, and even you are welcome to go and comment.
I have an example of a success story in TECH & SERVICES just as VOIS could become...
It traded on the OTC, at a fraction of a dollar, then it made a reverse split, and caused pain on the investors, they had a product, also they held more than 5 times the market CAP in debth, and many tech issues.
Today are trading at NASDAQ.
NO it’s not any APPLE type story
Links below:
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/vuzix-announces-reverse-stock-split-189838961.html
https://www.vuzix.com/
And I remember a similar level of Bashing too. I stood strong and lost some money at first, then I managed to catch the trend plus various speculation driven rallies.
VOIS is risky but the potential of volatility, development of trends, and even acquisitions compensates.
Just don’t invest your pension on it! That type of investment (the one you cannot afford) is the one WEAK HANDS are made of.
A new Interface, comes with new (undiscovered) uses...
Hello MrPlow... just to give you a hint, why dont you try the "Mind JukeBox" app.
It gives an interesting extension to the interaction with your everyday tasks (namely listening to music) and juntion between your mood and listint/classification of music.
Give it a try!
That would respond to your argument, you just have to discover what can be done with the interface...
Plus I have an analysis on the device, its not any thing near a professional review (since I am just an enthusiast) but I think it serves as an opening to discuss.
the link to the test/analysis below
http://cibrid.wix.com/neurosyncreview
You know... some say books are no fun...
So if we already have a horse no need to build a car... what for...
Every new option to train & to experiment should be recieved and used...
How about combining books and BCI to see what has the best response within texts to create better reading experiences! that would be progressive!
NEUROSYNC TEST REVIEW
please follow the link, it leads to a page I have prepared with my experience and opinions on the earpiece.
http://cibrid.wix.com/neurosyncreview
As I got mine (NeuroSync earpiece) I felt I had to make my experience public ... So It started commenting on YFinnce, then as I promised I would elaborate I started the page.
Above all I hope this serves to start a constructive discussion on potential & prospects.
