Thanks Bobwins for the info.
Bobwins, I hope you don't mind me asking, if you have the Jan 2021 options? Many thanks
Bobwins, SBGL down alot today. With the next quarter results out in early February, do you think we will hit new highs? Many thanks TIA
Like I said, the JV is over. Sell the rest of your shares EMH. You can't make any decisions.
EMH should sell Pure Farms to VFF. IMHO
EMH has defaulted. VFF will be getting shares in Pure Farms anyway you look at it. The 50 50 JV is over. From now on VFF will be the controlling shareholder in Pure Farms and when EMH realizes this, maybe they will sell more shares of Pure Farms to VFF. EMH needs the money. Maybe EMH will sell their complete stake in Pure farms to VFF. IMHO.
I agree completely.
I wanted to add that Cramer only cares about market cap, not who are the best companies. That is why when he first mentioned VFF a couple of months ago, he recommended Canopy and Crons. Of course those two had got the stupid big money, although they don't know how to grow anything. If Cramer had spend 15 minutes on research, he would have known that the stock to recommend was VFF. Cramer not someone I would listen too, however others do in his big following. So the more he mentioned us, the better for us. IMHO
Cramer so over rated, however he does have an audience.
You are right on both accounts.
Do my eyes deceive me?? Motley Fool who bashed us and bashed us over and over, and then liked our U.S. operation, but not our cannabis operation in Canada; we have now become their favorite MJ stock? I guess not all their brains are up their a$$. They couldn't deny the truth of our numbers that VFF is the best cannabis stock in the world. IMHO
VFF is going to be great. TLRY up today. WEED for awhile. The big boys don't want to admit when they are wrong in backing these stocks that couldn't grow a plant in their house if they tried. We have to be patient and let our results speak for themselves, as our JVs do terrific, and Texas brings out their guidelines after the USDA does. Our low share count will make everyone look twice in awe, and our results we have the big boys drooling for more VFF. Give it time. VFF will make some smart investors here very rich over time, and change their lives. There is only one Michael as CEO in this business. He is the best in growing cannabis and hemp, and he is our CEO. Money always moves from the impatient to the patient. As one great investor once said, it wasn't the buying or selling that made me money, but in the sitting. Be patient Villagers. IMHO
the morons come home to roost. This is what happens when big U.S. consumer products companies throw money at a new industry based on market cap. VFF will get over this as the best company in the MJ hemp space. However we have to suffer for awhile as the morons who pumped up these retarded MJ companies that couldn't grow a plant in their homes, show their true colors. Remember when Cramer first mentioned VFF a few months back? We were too small for Cramer to take a good look at, and still on that program Cramer was telling is viewers to buy Canopy and Crons. Unbelievable. IMHO
Mike was great! Really smoked it. Cramer clueless as usual about any small company. Cramer probably saying to himself. "what are they doing on my show with a market cap under 100 Billion?" This will help big time, as Cramer will now remember us in the future. More eyeballs on VFF. IMHO
Can't wait to see Michael with Cramer. I remember the last time. LOL Cramer looking at a company worth less than a billion??? LOL. Maybe it will sink in to Cramer that the big boys in MJ who got all the U.S. money couldn't grow a plant in their big homes, never mind run a cannabis company. I believe that Michael who is a great speaker will give Cramer an education on what experience means in growing cannabis or hemp. With all we have going for us, the best greenhouses, JVs, Pure Farms, and the future big winner in Texas, Cramer who wants to be a hero to his TV audience will become a big booster of VFF. IMHO
Stacker, thanks for the highlights.
It will take time for everyone to realize VFF is the best, without a doubt. Cramer didn't know anything about us. Too small. LOL. In Texas where we have the best greenhouses in the world, the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA)is waiting for guidance from the USDA on implementation procedures related to the 2018 Farm Bill hemp provisions. The USDA informed the TDA that it anticipates releasing that guidance in the fall of 2019. The TDA must wait for those guidelines prior to developing administrative rules and submitting a plan to USDA. Once the USDA plan is approved and the rules adopted, industrial hemp can be grown and cultivated legally in Texas. TDA anticipates the hemp growing permit application process will begin in 2020. Texas the fastest growing state where VFF has the best greenhouses anywhere. We will own Texas once it gets going. However it will take a bit of time. Stay patient Villagers. IMHO
Throw tomatoes when we can. Soon we will be growing nothing but Cannabis and Hemp. Great quarter. VFF to be the new leader in the MJ Hemp space. Our time will come. IMHO
All this nonsense in the MJ space, is not surprising. When the leaders are Canopy, ACB and others who don't have one tenth the experience Michael has in growing anything, never mind cannabis. VFF has to suffer for their inexperience, and the likes of Cramer only telling investors to buy the big boys because of the dumb money given them by big U.S. consumer companies. Michael doesn't want their money to dilute his holdings, so he has to take orders on his baby VFF. So we grow the old fashion way, we earn it. However, eventually the truth will come out, and everyone will know VFF is the best MJ Hemp stock, and Michael is the best CEO. The only thing holding us back is the Canadian government, and the Texas government, working out the Hemp business. IMHO
FAKE GOLD!!! That is the term I will always use in the future to describe the COMEX bankster's tons of paper contracts they issue. I can imagine how much they invented today after Europe decided not to raise interest rates, and these crooks threw everything but the kitchen sink to bring gold down back below 1420. Fake Gold is a term that the public can understand like fake news, that they have gotten used too, and has made CNN the laughing stock of broadcasters. IMHO
I wanted to add, that it seems that producers follow the money. If your free cash flow goes up, so does your stock price, and of course the opposite is also true. IMHO
Mason, Yes he should stay out of politics and leave the president alone. Seriously, gold might go down 150 dollars, but hang onto your GDX because it won't go down if gold does???? What is he smoking???? I try to stay in miners who can make a lot of money right now, so if it does take us awhile to finally break out above 1450, I'm not going to buy gold stocks that are counting on that right now. Again as Bob M said. No one knows anything. IMHO
Hi Mason. I like Stu Thomson's work very much, however today he seems to be talking out of both sides of his mouth. First he talks about a gold pull back which might or might not go deep. Then he talks about investors who bought in on his recommendations on the GDX to hold 70% as GDX goes to his 38 40 level. I guess Bob M was right. Nobody knows anything. IMHO.
Stacker, with Canopy firing Bruce Linton their CEO, not that he didn't deserve it. This is why I have always said that VFF will grow slowly with their cash flow as much as possible to avoid issuing shares when ever possible because Michael is the best CEO in the MJ Hemp space, however keeping his nearly 20% stake will avoid allowing some big consumer products company taking a big stake and making changes when ever. Michael is not Bruce Linton however, you can't trust anyone in business, and with 20%, no one will take Michael's baby away from him, which is just find with me. A low share count, and Michael as CEO. At some point he might have to issue some shares but will keep control. IMHO
Bob, Sprott is ready. I hope the gold market is ready too!
VFF is a great company for now and for the future. Everyone here is lucky they found out about VFF and are investing in it. As for the shelf deal. The only deal of the century I could see if a large well known consumer fortune 500 company (pick which one you want), decided they wanted to JV the Crown Jewels of VFF, the Texas greenhouses. However, even under that situation, I could see Michael raising not too many shares. Michael built this company. It is his baby, and he owns a bit less than 20%. It would take some fantastic deal for him to lower that percentage by quite a bit, and take a chance of losing control to some major. IMHO, Michael will continue to build VFF slowly and carefully into a giant of a company without a lot of shares being issued, and keeping Texas for himself and VFF. In Michael we have the best CEO in the MJ Hemp space, who has important reasons to keep the share count down for VFF, which means greater stock appreciation for us down the road. IMHO.
It's a shelf. All it means that VFF can move fast to issue shares, and that could mean 2 million or 5 million shares only. I still say Michael isn't about to issue zillions amount of shares unless a deal of the century came upon us. That is very unlikely. VFF might have to issue some shares at some point to get the Hemp business off the ground in Texas, or another great Hemp JV deal appears out of the blue. IMHO
Sorry Mason, if I sounded like bragging. I am always in amazement when I look at the numbers coming from Kirkland Lake's 2 big mines. You just have to shake your head.
Hi Mason. Maybe. You can't go by Kirkland Lake's performance. KL is my biggest holding by a country mile for the past 2 plus years because it is one of the few gold stocks, maybe the only one, that makes a ton of money at 1250 gold, 1200 gold etc. Eric Sprott talks about KL all the time being its largest shareholder and chairman until recently. Fosterville their big mine in Australia was doing 100,000 ozs a few years ago, and now will do 600,000 plus ozs a year toward a million ozs a year. When you go from less than 6 grams per ton to 60 grams per ton in their mine, your production and cashflow are going to jump big time as it has. Macassa their big mine in Ontario, same thing. Macassa has increased to 250,000 ozs a year, and when they finish their new shaft, they will go to 400,000 plus ozs per year by 2022. Recently Macassa discovered a new zone that could double production to a million ozs a year. This deeper new zone is 7.5 KM long, and at some places 90 grams per ton. They have other mines called Taylor Holt in Ontario and another in Australia that they have closed for now called Cosmo that will eventually re open. However their Fosterville and Macassa mines carry the show. And what a show!! These 2 mines producing 60 grams a tone at Fosterville and 30 grams per ton and rising at Macassa with low cash costs of around 200.00 and AISC of around 300.00 is the reason why KL have tripled in price the past 2 years and outside of a few, most gold stocks have remained flat to down. Not counting KNT, and AGB, GCM of course. IMHO
Great find!! Huge!! Huge!! I was holding my breath to the 16th. I actually thought that the Governor would just do nothing, no veto, and it would be passed into law. Usually politicians don't want to say anything if they don't have to. However, this is great. Even those bashers Motley Fool decided to like us for our U.S. Hemp business. This is a game changer, and Michael the best CEO in the MJ Hemp business will build out the multi greenhouses we have in Texas slowly with Hemp, so he can do it the old fashion way, by using VFF's cash. Michael isn't going to issue 300 million shares to some cigarette company just to make Cramer happy. Thanks for posting this thehumanchessmachine. IMHO
Bob, One of the reasons my largest holding these past 2 years is KL is the fact that I don't try to predict when we will make the big break out past around the 1375 level. It will happen, however these so called experts have been wrong again and again, and I know that I will make the big bucks until we do with KL who makes a ton of money even at 1250 gold. I'm as big a gold bug as the next person, however many experts get too excited when we break 1300, and then predict crazy numbers like 10,000, when we can't even get back to the 1350 level. I am however optimistic this time, when I see that Eric Sprott thinks it could happen too.
Hi Bob, I have been very picky about which gold stocks to own. KL is my largest position by a country mile. How can it not be, with the margins we have at Fosterville and Macassa, both mines headed towards 1 million ozs per year, 30 to 50 gram per ton, and low cash costs, and AISC. I would rather see Tony raise the dividend then buy back shares. It would cost a lot of money just to buy back enough shares to make a dent in the EPS. 25 million shares would cost 1 billion. Not worth it in IMHO. Better to use the money to keep exploring their 4 mines. At Fosterville they are drilling Harrier South and Robbins Hill. They could be triplets to the Lower Phoenix system that hosts the Swan zone. They could triple production at Fosterville if that becomes true. When I listened today to Eric Sprott, I believed for the first time we could actually break through the 1375 level. Up to now it has been more of a fairy tale to be honest. I like CGM too, KNT, and too bad Atlantic gold was bought out.
We have the best CEO in the Cannabis hemp business, without a doubt in Michael. He will grow our JV deals and Texas hemp as he growth his crops. Carefully, slowly, meticulously. VFF is his baby, and Michael likes his 20% stake, and he isn't about to issue 300 Million shares to some cigarette company just to make Cramer happy. Michael will use the cash flow and as the cash starts to grow faster, we will start to grow faster, much faster as a company. We will catch these other MJ stocks that have got their large market caps by issuing 300 Million shares to some big S@P 500 company, and when we do, without issuing any shares, the stock price of VFF will be unbelievable. Of course then we will have to have more shares outstanding, but ours will come from stock splits. IMHO
Bob, I don't think they are really going to buy back shares. Buying back 5 million shares won't even make a dent in their EPS, and will cost them 200 Million. Better to use the money for a dividend raise or for exploration. I think the PR today was to warn the shorts that KL can now come into the market and buy a half a million shares any time any day, when the shorts decide to attack like today, and break their backs. That would be nice to see. IMHO
Bob, Too bad there isn't a podcast or presentation of this event. The results are late for Fosterville. I hope that means Tony has a surprise for us. The Swan Zone is in the Phoenix Zone but they are drilling from surface in to other areas that could become mines. Harrier South west of the Phoenix and Robbins Hill a little further away, east of it. They have been drilling since September last year at Harrier South, 8 drills turning, and less developed is Robbins Hill, that has 6 drills turning. KL believes that both new areas could also host a Swan Zone type of discovery, which would triple the potential of Fosterville and KL has so much more land there, with other discoveries yet to be drilled. Even right now KL has a market cap, cash flow and earnings to be on the S@P 500, and will be there in a couple of years, at the lastest IMHO
Thanks Bob. I usually post on stockhouse under Bob333. I really believe that most investors in gold really don't understand grade. Some other miners like B2 gold who also do around 1 million ozs a year have mines that are less than 1 gram per ton. Many miners brag if they do 2 grams per ton. Fosterville is getting close to 60 grams, and with this new discovery at Macassa might put them at close to 40, 50 grams per ton. This is like lightening striking twice. And if we get a gold price at some point breaks out of the grasp of the Comex crooks (whenever that will happen) and moves to over 1400 to 1600 gold price. The profit KL will make will be staggering. Investors who don't buy KL believe it is too high a stock price. They are wrong. KL is incredibly cheap, if you look at the big picture. IMHO
KL is the best of the best gold resource stock in the world. No one is even close. Fosterville is a monster gold camp not gold mine, because KL will have more than one mine there in the future. Also Macassa with its new results will become another monster gold mine. Not only after the new shaft will be finish in a couple of years to double production, but with a new 7KM zone discovery that was found that KL can start producing from in a few months. Who else in the world will have 2 mines producing 1 million ozs a year each, in great and safe countries with cost of production less than $200 per oz? Fosterville and Macassa's grade at a fantastic 40 to 60 Grams per ton Unbelievable!!! Never mine talking about their other mines at the moment. IMHO
Isn't that the truth, willing to have stock splits.
This is why it was so important to get the Hemp bill passed. All we have to hope for is that the governor will sign it into law by the middle of June. IMHO, I don't think that will be a problem. Michael has already started construction, and the Bill isn't law yet. That is how important for Hemp to become legal in Texas. Not just for our crown jewel greenhouses, but for the fastest growing state in the U.S. with about 30 million residents being able to buy it. I'm not surprised that Michael is doing it slowly piece by piece in Texas. And it looks like no JV, it will all be ours. Michael doesn't want to dilute his 20% if he doesn't have to which is great for us because we have the best MJ CEO in the business, and he wants to grow the company using cash flow not issuing hundreds of million of shares to just everybody. VFF is Michael's baby and he isn't about to lower his share of the company if he doesn't have to. That will be just fantastic because he will grow slowly using cash instead of shares and when we have a 5 to 10 billion market cap, the gains will all go to the stock price. We will eventually have more shares outstanding, when we have our stock splits to lower the price of our stock when it gets to high in price for investors to buy. However maybe not, higher priced stocks are in style now. IMHO
Merc, maybe investors assumed that as long as it was on the calendar and was going to get discussed, it was a done deal. That's what I thought, as long as they got to it, the bill would pass. The problem to me was whether they were going to get to it before the 2019 session ended. Anyway as long as it passed, VFF will benefit big time. IMHO
