OMG, dilution took this to trip 000's this fast? Looks like it will be at .0001 within a couple months.
So is this retail dumping this morning (why?) or is it dilution?
So people were buying, mostly from around the mid .002's up into the .003's, for the 10K, and now they have all been selling in the .001's? If that's the case, then they should all stop investing before they lose whatever money they have left!
We are feeling the effects from it already. In my opinion, any rebounds will be very short lived, the trend appears to be down for the foreseeable future seeing that there are multiple notes due next year beginning in April which will significantly increase the share count.
Well maybe that explains the selloff, retail is dumping with heavy losses and moving on because 1) the stock did not rally as anticipated, and 2) they don't want to be holding when all these notes come due in 2017, thus they would prefer to take a tax loss for 2016 and move on.
Some say flippers have been buying the .002's and selling the .003's, I've been buying the .002's and may sell some .03's someday in 2017.
Well I currently only own 2 million shares, but I will be throwing another $4-5K at it tomorrow. The stock I am selling is a dog (with fleas), time to part with it anyway and make up my losses here.
I am going to sell another stock tomorrow morning to free up some cash to add to my stash of SVTE, hope I can get it in the .003's before it climbs and never looks back!
I believe you are correct.
SVTE is ready to explode, once this last note is done, and its nearly done, the share price will jump to the .004-.005 range instantly and then once the 10k comes out, it will really be off to the races!
I'm sitting on a little over 2 milly myself at a cost average of .0024, I want to hold and enjoy the ride, but if we find out there are any more conversions, I will sell it all and run as fast as I can. I like the small A/S and O/S on this stock, even after this conversion is over (assuming it will be over very soon).
Agree! Hopefully we will see another strong close tomorrow, need to get the remaining dilution out of the way so that we have clear sailing.
Low .002's are now behind us, people know that this last note is almost done, and the 10K is due next week which will give us all the visibility we are looking for. Thus, I would expect loading to start either into the close today or tomorrow. Let's see a .003 or higher close tomorrow and over .005 by the end of next week!
If this is the last note, and its nearly paid off now, then this may be the start of the run that will finally be sustained once confirmation is provided by the company (next week?).
Agree, all rally attempts have been squashed by more dilution, thus until its confirmed to be 100% over, this is it. Hopefully we will know in about a week or so.
I see everyone is slapping that ask this morning, lol.
I do agree that once/if it is confirmed that dilution is over, then this stock has a good chance to run and hold some gains for once. Until then, it will only continue to be traded for beer money.
Your charts are worthless when dilution is occurring.
I would normally say good time to take a position on a dip like this, but until the company comes clean about how much dilution is left, most will only daytrade this stock on any swings.
This stock should easily be at .029, not .0029!
TBEV = Dead money, plain and simple!
Never mind, I stand corrected. Buy all you want below .003, seems like its not ready to go anywhere quite yet.
Yep, last chance to get in below .003 before the train leaves the station.
If the conversions are now done, which it appears, this should climb back to the .004's real quickly (next week) and anywhere from .006-.012 by years end.
I guess so, looks like more dilution today and until we hear from the company, who knows when it will be done and how much is left. I credit Times for trying to calculate it, but until its confirmed to be over, this pain (for longs holding) will continue. I'm holding 2 million shares at a .0025 cost average and would buy more, but I'm currently tapped out on available cash.
Someone please wake me up if/when this ever starts trending back up, I am going into a deep sleep and won't be watching until then.
Completely agree. Based on current revenues alone and the current share structure, I put fair value at .02-.03 cents (conservatively), but it will take much more awareness to get there.
Even at roughly 200-225 million outstanding shares, the market cap at the existing share price is only between $400-500K which is peanuts! There are hundreds of OTC penny stocks out there with market caps much larger than us that have no revenues, just empty promises and hype. It's such a shame that this stock has a real product, is approaching $5 million in annual revenues and has steady growth of 30%+ a year, but is valued so lowly, probably because it doesn't have a "sexy" product, but is a solid business.
Hmmm, I thought we were nearing the end of the last note, but you say after this note there is still another note for another 10-15 milly to hit? Well if that's the case, then we have at least another couple weeks to go which pushes this out to about mid-November to absord these shares. Looks like the mm's are pushing it down this morning on low volume, down to .0019 on half a million shares. Guess this downward pressure will be the theme until about Thanksgiving.
There goes another million at .002, this note must be close to being done, then the sky is the limit. Looks like all these buyers who were hoping to buy in below .002 will either have to raise their purchase price, or miss out, or buy in much higher when it runs post-note payoff.
Well that's what dilution will do to you. Assuming times2 is right and this is the last note, hopefully we will start to rebound once its over, but it might be around .0015 or so by then.
.0023 and no buyers? Looks like in the short term the price is held hostage due to the anticipated remaining dilution and buyers are waiting for one final dip to take positions or to lower their cost-averages. With volume being so low, it will take weeks to do so unless they cave in and tank the price back down into the .001's. Lets just get-it-done and move on! ... lol, as I was typing this message, they must have read my mind, her it comes now!
Someone please shake me and wake me up once the dilution is over and this hits .005, until then I think I'll go take a nap.
So I was right after all, dilution has been slowing occurring over the past couple weeks, with the recent low volume it would have taken 1-2 weeks to absorb those shares. The have been selling into every uptick the past 2 weeks, thus this explains it to me.
Then what are they waiting for and why aren't they dumping shares to get it over with then?
Well that would leave a substantial amount left, I personally think that they have been working off this past note over the past couple weeks in drips to lessen the effect on the share price, otherwise if they dumped it all at once, it would crater this back down to a new low.
I thought it was just one final note per Times for about $35K? Well that would equate to about 15 million shares at the current price, but maybe the dilution for this last note was already in process in past days and hopefully it will get completed today or very soon.
Wow, what manipulation! Yesterday it took a couple million shares to take it up a few ticks, and today it takes less than 100K shares to bring it right back down to where it was. Guess we will be held hostage till real volume kicks in which most likely won't happen till the company updates the status of their notes.
Once they show that all notes have been paid off, this stock should double at a minimum very quickly. With no debt and climbing revenues, it would have no where to go but up!
turn that 6 month chart upside down and hopefully that is the direction this stock will being going next.
