When are Q1 earnings released
Impossible. $1 price values this company at $20B, so a $15 share price would make BIEL a $300B company.
Yep, it is a shame this forum can’t handle constructive criticism or questions seeking information based on data, not hype.
They are doing themselves a disservice by not looking deeper.
I get hateful PMs too.
Go back a few days or weeks
He can, but it’s not professional. At all. Again, show me one example of a VP at a legit company doing this
I have 2mm shares, I am not bitching but raising concerns. Show me a legit company whose VP of sales tweets about the stock price.
Does anyone think it’s shady their VP of sales is tweeting about the stock price? Is he a hype man or VP of sales? Regardless of the legitimacy of BIEL, I have never, ever seen the VP of sales at a legit company tweet about their own stock gains. I think it’s super unprofessional.
$50mm —> $10B in 6 months? Any biotech ever move that fast?
Ok so all forward looking speculation, not based on actual Q1 #s. Got it.
What? Link? Where?
Are Q1 numbers out? What DATA is your estimated growth rate? Data = sales and revenue numbers
When is the Q2 info out? Should be any day now
Good questions
When do they report Q1 results?
Awesome DD and totally agree with your issues, they need help!!!
The stock will move north slightly before BIEL dumps a ton of shares, much more than are being bought and drives the price down. This is what increasing the AS does! Can't argue that!
What you can argue is whether they're using the money appropriately, - still on the fence here.
Stop talking about MMs! It's BIEL making this market
The PPS won't rise not because of the number of outstanding shares, but because BIEL granted themselves 4B shares at .0001 that they can sell for any price above that. As soon as new shareholders purchase stock, that order is going to be filled immediately from the 4B shares. The price is currently .0011, they can sell for .0005 for massive profit and undercut the market rate
Until the 4B shares have been sold this won't rise.
It's not MM it's BIEL. Share holders will never see an increase in PPS. Im a recent shareholder and I'm pretty pissed
The stock price won't move until they've unloaded all 4B shares
Basically BIEL is selling shares (up to 4B) and willing to sell it at any price so it's never going to go up
Where is the proof he increased AS to 20B? I thought SEC put a stop to that
The AS is 16,000,000,000 so that number can't be accurate.
Thanks for fact checking!
I am invested, which is why questioning and searching for the truth is important to me.
Oh yah I forgot about this risk. Do they have a good explanation for it? What's to stop them from closing shop due to SEC fines and taking the now FDA approved IP to a new company?
Agreed. There have got to be better corporate governance mechanisms to protect against a hostile takeover than diluting all shareholders. This isn't a good explanation Dewy.
Thanks for clarifying. Doesn't increasing the AS open the door to increasing the OS?
By increasing the AS to fend off a hostile takeover, aren't they negatively impacting the rest of their shareholders?
What was the total price paid? Share price alone doesn't mean much
Why hasn't it popped yet?
I think you misunderstand what"fundamentals" are, as everyone can see revenue has declined QoQ in Q3 despite an increase in retail stores carrying the product.
The only thing that has changed is some noise around FDA OTC, but this is certainly not the definition of "fundamentals"
Sounds more like gambling and less like investing when you out it that way. Common black 24!!!!
What's your legal background? Or is this 100% speculation?
What is required to receive approval in the 501(k) pathway? Anyone knowledgable that can explain the requirements so we can compare it to the information we know about BIEL to determine whether they have all their ducks in a row?
Did we read the same thing?
I think you quoting those search results is very disingenuous, a ton of those results are for BIEL press releases, and studies and general information, in fact 99.9% are NOT related to buying the Actipatch and getting it shipped to the US at all
While it may be true, until they report on Q4 and the SEC ruling comes back this is wishful thinking and not fact
"Folks what it boils down to is a choice . You can either do total DD and research on BIEL its line of products its line of distributors and the approvals around the world Dr's statements videos explaining the tech involved or you can choose a one liner about Pink Sheets."
It doesn't have to be one or the other, it can be both. Clearly BIEL is onto something with their products, but that is not the only requirement for success, and they could fail for a ton of real reasons related to the SEC mess, lack of funding, rejection from FDA, poor supply chain, Capitol costs, etc, etc
How many other pink sheet companies have been successful? Very few if any, but with that said BIEL has more traction and sales than almost all other pinks.
It seems like both sides are extremely polarized. Where are the posters who see the potential and the risk?
How many penny stocks actually become successful? Now what is the % after administrative SEC action?
This is the 2nd penny stock I've traded.
