Come on man. I know your smarter than that. You realize this was just in sub penny for several days yet folks were able to buy shares. Now it's rose above a penny again. If your real agenda is not to buy back in at these cheap prices... then what are you doing here? Don't you have your own thing going on now? I don't understand

I read A LOT of good things in that letter.
-original partners are interested again because of caffeine (now we have the upper hand in letting them back in)
-no or very few debt sellers can convert right now (so the PPS won't get killed like it did before the extension)
-CB squeeze and Vitamin Fizz making a ton of progress
-We finally have the proper leverage to force our financial partners to cooperate
IMO this is an extremely good time to average down or take a starter position! The massive selling that prevented this stock from going up has now been lifted. It seems like a ton of great news is on the way. The share price has already almost doubled in the last week without even a real PR. Think what could happen when bigger news hits!

Obee and Fizzle the clown... I'm happy for several reasons. I love Vitamin Fizz and truly believe it will succeed. I'm also happy because Mr. Vanis is a great man. He's looking out for me and he's got my back. I wish you and everyone else would stop badmouthing him so much. He's genuinely one of the best CEOs out there and is looking out for all of us! We have had to go through a total restart, remember. It's not easy getting the toxic debtors off our back. Mr. Vanis doing everything he can and more. Just have to be patient!

I was never in any danger of not being okay. I just don't post anymore cuz there's no point. This post will prob get deleted as soon as one of the admins wakes up. If I'm not allowed to post on here without getting immediately removed, even tho my posts follow the guidelines, then I just won't post.
I still read this board purely for comic relief! And believe me it is quite funny. Better than TV as you say.
And believe me I am FAR from sad. You have no idea what my situation is. You might be sad and that's unfortunate but I certainly am not. I'll just leave it at that :)
If you honestly believe that... then why did you buy shares?
Bro did you even read the Goldman article. I'll give you a little quote from it that might clarify a few things for you:
"With the re-launch of the flagship offerings and the launch of new products, we believe that the revenue figure could be considerably higher as national accounts i.e., Walmart (NYSE – WMT), Kroger, etc. begin to take delivery of new products in 2016 - 2017."
Hope this helps. Have a great time sitting on the sidelines. Let me know how that strategy ends up working out for you

Bro you will be more than okay! You said yourself that you have "plenty of shares". If this is true and you do in fact have plenty of shares, you will be one happy camper in the near future! Life is good, am I right?
brother, it doesn't matter when an episode is "made", it matters when it was released. A new episode of The Simpsons could've been made in 1990 for all I care. But all that matters is when the public gets to see it. The fact is tons of episodes have been seen by the public for the first time in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. Yet you keep going around saying no new episodes since 2011. That is disingenuous because it implies that no new episodes have been released since 2011. You don't clarify your statement and that is wrong.
Another thing is the TV episodes don't really matter. We are selling a juice box here. It kind of feels desperate on your part to point out shortcomings of the TV show. The drink brand is cash-flow positive and can help subsidize the expansion of Vitamin Fizz. This means hopefully less dilution going forward. Nitpicking about dates of a children's TV show doesn't have much to do with anything. As you said yourself, the show caters to kids who are under 8 years old. I doubt 8 year old kids are as hungry for new episodes as adults. Maybe that's why the've been lax on show. Just my opinion but again the TV show is kind of insignificant

Wait... do you not understand that Yo Gabba Gabba (really bothers me that you keep calling it Yo Gabba. Get it right) is the "workhorse" brand? It's not supposed to be something that you would invest in for the long term. The point is it's meant to help subsidize the growth of Vitamin Fizz, which is why we're all here. Now we own a brand that's already cash flow positive. Hopefully that will mean less dilution to finance VFizz. Did you seriously not understand that concept??
Another thing is you spent MONTHS bashing Vanis for not giving us anything "tangible". Well it took longer than expected, but he's finally delivered on one of his major promises. Don't you think he deserves some credit for this? Doesn't it give you more confidence going forward that he will deliver on other promises in time? It does for me. Yesterday's news was a monumental turning point for Minerco in my eyes. As you love to say "now Vanis has a track record"... Well he just majorly improved that track record. I'm excited to see what comes next. This is only the beginning! Mark my words
There is not 6-10 identical brands on shelves everywhere! Stop making blanket statements. Maybe in your small area of stores you frequent there is, but not at Publix in Florida. I took a picture today to prove it. Click on the link to see: https://mobile.twitter.com/brycerobert90/status/709841438876504064?p=v
Only ONE brand in the entire section and it's Sparkling Ice. All Fizz has to do is get on the shelves and I'm confident it will outsell SI. Old people love these types of drinks too. They are flying off the shelves down in Florida.
Go back into retirement. For once be a man of your word and do something that you say! Your comments are not appreciated or respected.
Sincerely,
Every true MINEr

I completely disagree that past charting is irrelevant. Yes, past charting does not predict the future, but it does tell the stock's history. What it tells me is that dilution is nowhere near as bad as it used to be. Ever since spring of 2014, MINE has been in a clear downtrend. But something happened in the last 4 months. The downtrend stopped. We've been trading sideways since early december 2015. That tells me that note conversions are no longer out-pacing the buyers. I see that as the company making progress. That's a big deal. Otherwise we'd be in the trips by now. It's taking way longer than anyone expected but it looks like MINE is finally starting to turn the corner. Up 16% this week and haven't really gone below .024 in 3.5 months. Good things are happening! $MINE on

Just my opinion but it feels like this company is FINALLY turning the corner. For the last 4 months, the share price has been trading sideways. The PPS has never traded sideways for any 4 month period since Vitamin Fizz launched back 2014. Yes, Vanis still has to issue shares to pay the bills. But the price action of the last 4 months tells me that for the first time ever, investors are buying up shares at a faster rate than dilution. This is why we haven't continued the downtrend of the last 2 years. That's a big deal right there. It means we are making progress! Smart money knows the reward is far greater than the risk at these levels. That's why nobody wants to sell right now. Everyone is just waiting for the potential game changing PRs. I'm predicting as Vitamin Fizz continues to pick up steam and Minerco continues to pay off acquisitions, the need for dilution will decrease. Hopefully we will see many more days like this to come. Not every day is gonna be green like it was today, but I believe the worst is behind us now. Investors who average down to these levels will be extremely happy in the near future! IMO

Great post Mitch. Really puts things in perspective. MINE on!
You do understand we are still keeping the original formulation of Fizz, right? Also just because the game changer account wasn't mentioned in the last PR doesn't mean it's not still Valid. IMO the most recent PR was mentioned right next to KO and PEP. Vanis still can't talk specifics about the game changer so to just say "game changer" in a PR seems very unprofessional. Anyway the goal of the last PR was to focus on the caffeine version. Also it said the world "national" about 10 times in the PR. So that's at least encouraging. I'm still optimistic that we will be getting HUGE news about national accounts going forward!

From "A Letter From the Chairman" - December 21, 2015:
"Workhorse Brand
Our workhorse brand, a juice branded with and licensed from a well-known children’s show, has been completely negotiated with the assignment of the existing licensing agreement. However, we have requested and expect to receive a new licensing agreement, with a current commencement date, from the licensor in order to deliver even more value to the acquisition for our company. We expect to receive this re-set of the license in the coming weeks; however, this time of year provides for a slower work schedule. Once the acquisition and licensing re-set are closed, we will move quickly to repackage the workhorse brand for initial and direct placement into national accounts."
It's officially been over 2 months since Vanis expected to receive the Workhorse license "in the coming weeks". Let's hope we hear something soon about that. Give us something Vanis!
Not gonna lie. I'm disappointed by today's close. it looked like we were trending up slowly but surely and now this. down 7%, as low as we've been in a month. idk if it's more conversions or just MMs playing games. just so tired of it. it doesn't help that Vanis gives us almost no PRs anymore. I sure miss the days when the "giants" were part owners and we were on the fast track. Vanis has yet to give us a concrete timetable for workhorse, game changer, and caffeine. Getting a little tired of the vague forward looking statements. I'm ready for some concrete news. Feel like I've been saying that for the last 8 months. I love the product so much and see so much potential. But it seems like things are going much slower than anyone thought. Just trying to be honest.

Everyone really needs to understand that there was so much dilution in the last few months BECAUSE we were making payments on the 100% ownership of Vitamin Fizz brand. It was very expensive and on top of that Vanis didn't have much revenue from Fizz to help out (remember he had to temporarily stop production). I agree it was a bad few months. A lot of notes converted and the PPS took a big hit... But the great news is that it's finally OVER. We now officially own the brand. No more notes need to be taken out for payment on that. It really was a great move for the long term I believe. We were getting shafted by the former owners, but Vanis took care of it. It was expensive but it needed to be done. I honestly think now is a great time to be a MINE shareholder. The worst seems to be behind us now. With a lot less convertible notes on the books, I predict we will see a lot more green days going forward. Hopefully Vanis continues to deliver great news as we move ahead with 100% ownership. Vitamin Fizz is the best tasting and healthiest drink of its kind. It's about time this thing goes national!

Obee I finally got a chance to read the PR again. I've had a very busy day so I didn't get a chance to until now. But I think you might be right. I guess they are planning to launch the expanded VF with the children's juice brand at the same time. They likely will not use the emergency june run for the game changing account. My guess is they are selling that through Taldepot.com at the moment.
I fully expected to wait months for the game changing account to happen. What I was hoping to hear about sooner was the children's juice brand. Vanis said "in the coming weeks" we will hear about it. He said that on like December 22, 2015. I'm hoping to still hear news that the licensing is finalized before Feb 22, 2016. Otherwise it's not "coming weeks" anymore, it's "coming months" lol.
Any way you look at it though, it's obvious at this point that HUGE things are coming and a ton more great PRs. It looks like the Feb 6th note was payed and so MINE will have no new conversions for the time being. The future looks bright! Just gotta be patient.

great morning everyone. I'm loving the PR. 2 things stand out to me: "The addition of the caffeinated formula is designed specifically for a NATIONAL audience". And "We, our partners and NATIONAL ACCOUNT representatives believe the caffeinated version of VitaminFIZZ could be the enhanced replacement for typical sodas". Good stuff in the works! SO happy I'm a shareholder!

Bro you are not understanding something. The "giants in the shadows" did not have a controlling majority. Vanis does with 51% at the time. That means he gets to call the shots. He can literally do whatever he wants. I believe he deliberately sabotaged the expansion of VF as he said. There's proof of this because during that period, I noticed that VF was not in as many stores. Also the game changing account obviously was not placed. The fact that the game changing account is still valid is PROOF that Vanis intentionally delayed it. I am honestly just trying to help you man. Because as Vanis said "the game changing account is truly a game changer". I know that you sold and don't own any shares right now. I feel that once the game changer news drops you will have a much harder time getting cheap shares. It's gonna be big news, I promise you. Mark my words.

Obee how many times do I have to tell you. They didn't just decide to sell for 300K and 10%. They were FORCED to by Vanis. He said it himself that the giants did not want to sell at all. Vanis didn't feel like they were contributing enough for the amount they owned so he decided to take action. The ONLY way he could force them out unfortunately was to sabotage Vitamin Fizz for a few months. He essentially ran his own company into the ground. He delayed the game changer account and stopped distributing Fizz in existing locations. The giants had no choice. Either watch their brand be destroyed by Vanis or give in to his demands.
My biggest issue is did Vanis make the right choice to be so aggressive? His actions have really set Vitamin Fizz back over half a year. This is a crucial window of time where Vitamin Fizz needs to be expanding as much as possible IMO. I sincerely hope that we can make a full recovery and the game changer will be announced soon. 100% ownership will be sweet going forward.
But I really take issue with you always making it seem like the giants just chose to sell. It's just not how it happened.

It actually was implied if you listened carefully to the conference call in 2014. Ezra spells it out when he talks about the trajectory of Vitamin Fizz. He specifically says in the first 2 years, Fizz will saturate the east and west coast. Then AFTER 2 years (year 3), Fizz will begin to fill in the rest of the country.
Yes, he doesn't say outright "not be profitable until year 3", but it can be inferred that they won't have sufficient funds to "fill in the gaps" until after 2 years.
They certainly weren't being deceptive like you are trying to imply. I knew from the beginning that this was going to take years. It's all spelled out in the CC.
HOWEVER... I believe this "game changer" might put us ahead of schedule. I don't think they anticipated getting the game changer so early when they did the CC in 2014. Stay tuned!

Good day today. Hopefully we are done with the Feb 6th note!
Obee you must understand that it's not just Vanis running Vitamin Fizz. Vanis is the CEO of Minerco which is the parent company of Athena Brands. Power Brands worked with us for YEARS to develop Vitamin Fizz and create a multi year business plan for the future. Power Brands has had a TON of success so I trust Darin Ezra's guidance. In addition we have a contract with ASM which is the leader in the industry. I fully trust them as well. Yes, Vanis has to sign off on a number of important decisions but he's got a ton of really capable people around him. You are making it sound like he has to do everything and that's just not true! $MINE on

Just because it's not in some stores in your area does not mean it doesn't sell. A lot of people I know in SoCal have asked their local Albertsons, Walgreens cashiers and they say it sells great... I took a trip down to NYC a few months ago and noticed what you noticed. It wasn't in many of the small gas station/convenience stores on Long Island but it was in 100% of the Gristedes I went into. IMO it's more important to be in the big chains first than the little gas stations. The reason all those little stores don't have it any more could be because of Drink King or because Vanis slowed down operations to get the 100%.
So please don't say it doesn't sell because that's just not true. A company doesn't make 2.3 million dollars in it's first year with a product that doesn't sell. Stay tuned for the game changer account. Once more national expansion takes place, I believe the smaller stores will eventually get restocked.

For the last time the TA is gagged because they were getting over 20 calls a day by impatient MINErs. You guys calling were just too annoying so the TA is not giving out the info anymore. I totally don't blame them. There is an official document showing this to be true. I don't know how to put photos on Ihub but @george323818 has it so contact him if you want proof. Please stop saying the TA is gagged in an attempt to bash MINE. It's just not true!

Believe me obee. those june bottles WERE meant for the game changer. Vanis was NOT lying about that. The game changer is still valid and is gonna truly be a game changing account. The part that sucks is that Vanis had already done the emergency production run before he "negotiated against himself" for 100%. It doesn't really matter tho because the June bottles are clearly selling. Hopefully we get new ones for the game changer account!
A few things:
Obee and JT, you guys just simply have to drop the Coffee Boost talk. Coffee Boost is not coming back. It was a nice idea but it turned out that VFizz was the much more successful brand and they decided to focus all their energy on that. I agree with their decision.
The other thing you guys still don't understand is the "giants in the shadows" giving up their stake. You really have to stop thinking that they just saw something they didn't like and decided to sell. THAT'S NOT HOW IT HAPPENED! This is how it most likely went down: Vanis intentionally sabotaged his own company to FORCE the "giants" to restructure their ownership. After all, Vanis is the CEO and MInerco owned the majority stake. That allowed Vanis to call the shots. He intentionally halted expansion of Vitamin Fizz and delayed the game changer account. We have proof of this because during that period, Vitamin Fizz was not in as many stores and the game changer obviously never happened. By sabotaging the company in that way, the owners had no choice but restructure in order for Vanis to not run Fizz completely into the ground. It was a ballsy move by Vanis. It took a lot of courage. But was it the right decision? Only time will tell... So please get it out of your head that the "giants" simply up and sold. That's just not what happened. And by the way they still get that 10% of future net profits which isn't a bad deal if VF makes it big. They will be getting a lot of free money for no work!
I do agree with you guys on Vanis being deceptive. He had us loyal MINErs believing all summer that the game changer was almost here. Yet all along he was halting progress of Fizz and the game changer. Like all of us, I was adding as many shares as I could over the summer based on the hype of the game changer. Only to be hit with a R/S and then be told weeks later that all along Vanis was actually ramping down expansion, not ramping up. That really did not sit well with me because Vanis did not play fair. He cost me a lot of money.
But as I said, 100% ownership going forward is beautiful and I've taken advantage of the low pps. As long as Vanis can deliver on his promises soon, all will be forgiven. I think the worst is completely behind us now. MINE on!
one post per day
Not sure if it's that simple what you're saying about the "giants". You're making it seem like the big guys just left cause the product sucked and now we're screwed. Not the case. Remember that Power Brands and the "giants" were involved with developing Vitamin Fizz for YEARS before it officially launched a year and a half ago. The "giants" contributed their connections and expertise while Power Brands created a business model for Fizz. They all stuck with Fizz for a year into the launch while we secured a lot of great accounts and markets. Then we parted ways. We still have Power Brands' business plan guiding us I believe and according to Ezra, "everything is set up". So now it's up to Vanis and ASM to guide the ship.
Overall it was a very successful relationship. Vitamin Fizz accomplished a TON in it's first year. I truly believe that Ezra was telling the truth and he left because Power Brands had done all it could do with product development. (It's not like they are still part owners of Neuro but they prob get a small cut of profits).
I'd like to believe Vanis was telling the truth when it came to his falling out with the "giants". They probably weren't contributing much while they held onto their large ownership positions. Maybe Vanis had the right idea to go for 100% ownership. The problem is that he had to sabotage his own company to do so. He set the company back at least 6 months (still no game changer update). Because we lost out on the game changer money early on, we've had to get a "work horse" product to help lighten the financial load. Only problem is us shareholders have had to pay for the acquisition of it. Meanwhile we are losing shelf space to inferior competition simply because we didn't act fast enough.
None of this matters in the long term IF Vanis can follow through on his promises of a workhorse and game changer. I really hope we get an update on those soon like he promised. That's what everyone has been waiting almost a year for. Until then this stock will likely not go on any huge runs UNTIL a game changing PR is released! C'mon Vanis, let's launch Vitamin Fizz!

Obee first of all I live in Boston because of my job, but I was born and raised in Baltimore. Ravens fan for life! I'd love to see Peyton get 1 more ring and prevent Brady from getting a 5th.
Anyway I'm not gonna start chatting with you on Twitter and this does not mean we're best friends cuz I said one little negative thing about MINE. I still resent a lot of stuff you've said in the last few months.
But today (yesterday) was just super frustrating. We broke below .03 supporting the uptrend. I was getting so excited because for the last month we've built a solid uptrend. I assumed people were loading up for epic news to be released. Doesn't mean we won't still go up but 2 days of >10% red looks to me like notes are being converted. Business as usual for the last 2 years.
It occurs to me that I've been here for 2 years exactly. I've read almost every post about MINE. I've ordered Vitamin Fizz dozens of times. I've promoted the product online, gave out free samples to people. And went down to NYC to buy it in stores and had a buddy of mine buy it in SoCal. I've defended MINE to the death on Ihub, Twitter and Facebook from bashers. And of course I've spent more money than I feel comfortable saying on buying MINE shares... 2 years of doing all that and Vanis has yet to create ANY shareholder value.
I know it takes time and as I said, I don't intend to sell any of my shares for years. But Vanis NEEDS to deliver a solid update very soon. He has a record of exaggerating the truth. I'm willing to forgive all of his exaggerations IF he comes through and delivers the big updates like he promised.
Lets hope the note conversions are done/almost done and Vanis comes through with the workhorse and game changer asap!!

Before I make my point let me be clear that I own over 500k shares post split and do not plan on selling for YEARS! I absolutely LOVE Vitmain Fizz and it has my full support.
Today was a bad day because we went below the .03 support that was sustaining the uptrend. I can't imagine many retail sellers would choose to sell into a chart that looked so good. It's likely notes being converted. There is a note that matures February 6th I believe. Same old dilution as usual...Vanis said "in the coming weeks" we would get the workhorse news. He said that almost a month ago. I honestly thought Vanis would release some big PRs before conversions kicked in. Guess I was wrong.
Anyway this is my biggest concern as of now. I went into my grocery store yesterday to find "Refresher Ice" for the first time. Obee has talked a lot about that brand being in Chicago. Well I guess it's in Boston now. They were having a buy 1 get 1 free sale in my local Star Market. So I bought 2. Orange Mango and Black Raspberry to compare them to Vitamin Fizz. As I expected, they tasted MUCH worse than Vitamin Fizz. Refresher Ice black raspberry flavor was especially bad. I had to throw it out before drinking a quarter of the bottle.
Anyway this is my point. Vitamin Fizz is the clear winner among the competition. Yet I can't help but wonder where we'd be right now if we'd gotten the game changing account 6 months ago when we were supposed to. That would've provided tons of money for expansion and we'd be 6 months ahead of where we are now. It kind of sucks watching these inferior brands like Refresher Ice expand from city to city while Vitamin Fizz hasn't gone to a new market in almost a year.
I'm starting to wonder if Vanis' huge "fight" with the owners to get 100% was such a good idea. Everyone keeps saying that in the long run 100% ownership was the right move. But we are in a critical time right now were we're competing with 5-10 other brands for shelf space. Whatever leg up we had on the competition, Vanis sabotaged by setting us back at least 6 months. I can't help but think Vanis might have gotten a little too greedy too soon. We had a decent ownership % already and more importantly we were on the fast track to success... Now we've been set back 6 months and still no update from Vanis. It's just tough watching inferior brands make more progress than us.
I still trust that Vanis has the best interest of his shareholders at heart. I am not accusing him of anything. But please, Vanis! Give us the updates you promised would come. Your loyal shareholders for the last 2 years are hurting!

MINE's chart looks outstanding since the bottom in december. Just a classic uptrend pattern with no note conversions since then imo. It shows that retail investors are clearly loading up. Rare to see a chart that looks like ours in penny land. Most charts are just classic pump and dumps. They go up really quick and come down the same way. Any chartist looking at MINE will see this is a great play right now.

Obee if you payed close attention to the conference call, they did actually talk about that. Ezra said that Vitamin Fizz would begin to go national after year 2 (which would be year three). I don't feel like getting you the exact quote but it's all there in the CC if you wanna look it up. Yes, they did not say the word "profitable" but they did provide a blueprint for the expansion of Vitamin Fizz. Ezra said in the first 2 years Fizz would be on both coasts and then "fill in the gaps" after year 2. So please stop crying that they somehow mislead you. They were honest from the beginning that this would be a long process. We are still very much on track.
Try to be happy instead of so negative all the time. It looks like the next leg up is starting and you are that much closer to making your money back. $MINE on!

Several things I want to address. Sorry for the length but I have to fit everything I wanna say into 1 post.
-Sterling: First of all i GUARANTEE you won't win the lottery so it's all good. The lottery is a tax for people who can't do math. Even if you managed to get past my gate and into my backyard pool of Fizz, I would drown you in it before you could open the valve!... kidding
-Obee: in response to the last thing you said to me. Isn't that why we're all here? I am betting BIG that Vitamin Fizz's unique taste blows away the competition in time. I guess you don't think it will so I ask you, why are you here? For example, I don't think e-cigarettes made by a certain Vapor Group company are gonna be big. So you know what? I stopped investing in them and I've never posted on their message board at all. Yes I took a loss but I didn't stick around for months after it and complain every day on their board. I moved on. It's a good strategy. You should try it sometime.
Your biggest complaint as of late is that the space is too crowded for Vitamin Fizz to succeed. I advise you to go to the grocery store and look at the energy drink section. That space is even more crowded than the sparkling water space. There's 10 plus brands on the shelf at one time. But the 2 brands that stand out from the rest are always Monster and Red Bull. You know why? Because they have superior TASTE to the rest. I'm betting big that the same logic will prevail for Vitmain Fizz in time.
In fact I tried a new brand recently. Bai Bubbles. Bai Bubbles has 5 calories, 1 gram of sugar and only 20% vitamin C per can. It's a smaller size can than Vitamin Fizz bottles. Yet it costs on average $2.50 per can. That's a dollar to a dollar and a half more expensive than Fizz. I've tried all the flavors and it tastes SO much worse than Vitamin Fizz. I can barely choke it down. It's not as bad as fruit water or sparkling ice, but it's awful. That just adds to my confidence because Bai is a national, household name. It uses more sugar, more calories and more money than Vitamin FIzz and doesn't even taste half as good. WOW!!
Bro I didn't "cry" on twitter. I went on there to prove what you were saying is wrong. I only have 1 post per day on here so I had to go to twitter. (btw I was reduced to 1 post per day because phil emery insulted my Facebook profile pic. Phil got banned completely and I got 1 post per day). You said yesterday that Kirkland has a new "game changing" sparkling water brand and your buddy says it tastes better than Vitamin Fizz. I was skeptical of that statement as I am skeptical of most things you say. So I simply looked up the top reviews on Amazon and they were all very bad. Just as I thought. It pissed me off that you would say such a hurtful statement and do no DD to corroborate it. You're a MINE shareholder and you want Vitamin Fizz to succeed, right? Well going on a public forum and saying that there's a new game changer brand that apparently tastes better than VFizz is a terribly idiotic thing to do. Especially since it's not true.
I don't care if what you say on here has any effect on the PPS. I will not stand by and watch you spew garbage and slander this great product every day. If you say something dumb, I will always be here to prove you wrong. Get used to it.
You can block me on twitter, you can block george and nutzhouse and everyone else who disagrees with you. But the reality is nobody is on your side anymore. A TON of us really do not appreciate your antics. You are free to say whatever you want but I will always be watching. I love Vitamin Fizz and will defend it from your libel.
Bro you are either misinformed or just not being honest. The "giants in the shadows" did not just decide to sell. Vanis made it quite clear that they wanted to keep their large equity stake while not contributing anything. The burden would be that much more on the shareholders. Vanis was not having that and there was most likely an ugly dogfight for control. Vanis leveraged the "game changing" account and we were able to get what we wanted in the end. In the short term, it looks bad because it set us a few months back. Long term it was a HUGE victory. And the "giants" still get 10% of future net profits. If Vitamin Fizz does in fact become the billion dollar brand it's expected to be, that means the "giants" will be getting very large checks in the future for doing next to nothing. Not a bad deal if you ask me... So please, either know what you're talking about or don't say anything.

MINE $1 plus going forward
At least today put in higher lows. a green day tomorrow would be nice!
The value of averaging down means you can recoup your losses at an exponential rate on the way back up... and last time I checked MINE's been going up. You understand yet?
