Before I make my point let me be clear that I own over 500k shares post split and do not plan on selling for YEARS! I absolutely LOVE Vitmain Fizz and it has my full support.

Today was a bad day because we went below the .03 support that was sustaining the uptrend. I can't imagine many retail sellers would choose to sell into a chart that looked so good. It's likely notes being converted. There is a note that matures February 6th I believe. Same old dilution as usual...Vanis said "in the coming weeks" we would get the workhorse news. He said that almost a month ago. I honestly thought Vanis would release some big PRs before conversions kicked in. Guess I was wrong.

Anyway this is my biggest concern as of now. I went into my grocery store yesterday to find "Refresher Ice" for the first time. Obee has talked a lot about that brand being in Chicago. Well I guess it's in Boston now. They were having a buy 1 get 1 free sale in my local Star Market. So I bought 2. Orange Mango and Black Raspberry to compare them to Vitamin Fizz. As I expected, they tasted MUCH worse than Vitamin Fizz. Refresher Ice black raspberry flavor was especially bad. I had to throw it out before drinking a quarter of the bottle.

Anyway this is my point. Vitamin Fizz is the clear winner among the competition. Yet I can't help but wonder where we'd be right now if we'd gotten the game changing account 6 months ago when we were supposed to. That would've provided tons of money for expansion and we'd be 6 months ahead of where we are now. It kind of sucks watching these inferior brands like Refresher Ice expand from city to city while Vitamin Fizz hasn't gone to a new market in almost a year.

I'm starting to wonder if Vanis' huge "fight" with the owners to get 100% was such a good idea. Everyone keeps saying that in the long run 100% ownership was the right move. But we are in a critical time right now were we're competing with 5-10 other brands for shelf space. Whatever leg up we had on the competition, Vanis sabotaged by setting us back at least 6 months. I can't help but think Vanis might have gotten a little too greedy too soon. We had a decent ownership % already and more importantly we were on the fast track to success... Now we've been set back 6 months and still no update from Vanis. It's just tough watching inferior brands make more progress than us.

I still trust that Vanis has the best interest of his shareholders at heart. I am not accusing him of anything. But please, Vanis! Give us the updates you promised would come. Your loyal shareholders for the last 2 years are hurting!
