DBMM case has information shared with enforcement. The lawyers know right from wrong. THE SEC Attorneys that accessed the restricted information should be fired and reprimanded.

If there is no short squeeze might be short lived to 10 cents but naked shorts supposedly sold 3 billion shares short between 0.0001 and 0.002. The prime broker is in bankruptcy and cant cover the billions of rumored shares and GLED the MMer that sponsored DBMM has been at $10.00 for a year. Dtcc insurance will have to balance any positions if the broker cant do it. Some say multiple dollars if there is a short squeeze but after 6 years $200k or $300k is not really alot considering if the loan shark naked short sold 5 timesthe shares and cant cover because they sold the 3 billion for the trips then they should buy them back at market value. I hope Alpine Securities goes bankrupt and then the DTCC steps up. This is all because you win 99.9% of penny stock bets. You can short them forever and the SEC looks the other way or delays decisions because of confidential breaches. I think this will run for a long time now that its been derisked with total revocation. The loan sharks shorted the shares many times over expecting this case to be the 99.9% not the 0.1%. This has 700 million and a naked short crew for 6 years begging people to sell their shares. They lost so its payday over the next 3 weeks. Looking for my first sell at 25 cents maybe $100k then the next chunk at 50 cents for $500k and the rest lest it ride for a $1.00. It all depends on if its a reverse merger or what not. PSPW is still my number 1. But i am expecting around $500k to $1.5 million win off my $2k bet.

Nah. It was in that court document posted after the judges decision to not sanction DBMM or revoke the stock.

Except there was extenuating circumstances. The loan shark recommended an auditor that he wholly owned then shorted the shares and directed the auditor to not complete the audits. This is collusion and conflict of interest and is why DBMM won in court per the court documents. The auditor should have been sued too.

They are idiots after 2 or 3 years. Slowest process is the SEC commission. Even the SEC judges were quicker and at least they had due process with compelled timelines.

The worthless SEC commission might finally make a yes or no decision regarding the judges ruling against DBMM to not revoke the stock. Its been delayed 3 years so SEC is struggling to do its job.
