Titan Oil And Gas Has Retained Two Well Service Companies To Rework and Manage The Wells In The Crows Run Field

Titan Oil and Gas Inc. (Pink Sheets:TNOG) has retained Getty Well Service (GWS) and Petroleum Service Partners (PSP) to start work in the first week of August. Both well service companies will be working in concert to rework and perform maintenance on all of the Crows Run Oil and Gas Field wells. As shown in a previous release, the affect of their services will be profound targeted to bring all 61 wells online from the 27 that are currently producing. The rework is projected to increase production at the field from 72.9 BBL/1,950 MMBTU per month to 2,287.5 BBL/ 7,930 MMBTU per month after all wells are serviced. Each well rework will take 1-2 days on average to complete.

GWS will be responsible for the reworking and maintenance of wells, including the removal of paraffin buildup which has caused a substantial reduction in each wells production. They will also provide replacements for any of the pumpjacks parts and other equipment that might be worn or broken. PSP will start serving as the operator on the Crows Run Oil and Gas field once operations commence. Their work includes assembling the gas pipeline and providing and maintaining compressors as needed. PSP will also distribute oil and gas revenues to the various entities as these are sold off to gas purchasers and Ergon Oil.

“Dennis Getty [owner GWS] and Chuck Brown [owner PSP] have been doing work on the wells in the region for over seventeen years and know this area quite well,” according to Titan Oil and Gas President Brandon Toth. He continued, “The information we received from both companies was invaluable as we considered the acquisition and have continued to be helpful as we execute our plan for the Crows Run Field.”

It looks like TNOG is finally getting their act together. I hope they are able to deliver on this estimate and in the process move the SP closer to pennyland. I don't see why this can't go to 10 cents if they do deliver on this estimate.

I have been down on TNOG as some of my previous posts have indicated but it sure looks like Brandon and Co are getting the ball rolling. I'll continue to watch with guarded optimism but for now, it seems like this company may be for real.

It seems like we are getting significant resistance at .007 and can't seem to break this barrier. What will it take to get TNOG above this wall and into the .01's?

No problem, I'm a man and can admit when I am wrong. I'd like to buy more at these levels but apparently TNOG is restricted from trading online. I have Scottrade. Has anyone else had problems trading TNOG online?

Let me be the first to say I was wrong about this stock being dead. From what I can see now, we have a steady move upward and it looks like it will continue. I hope the company keeps putting out timely PR's.

Quite amusing that you are here trying to give us "poor scammed investors" advice on what to do. Let me clue you in to reality thong_queer; penny stocks are highly risky and all of us know that the vast majority of these companies are scams. You get into them knowing they are more than likely scams but you do so with the hole that you will be able to get in, get out and move on after making a buck. The reason we are holding the bag is because we didn't get in and out fast enough, not because we believe the company will rebound. Therefore, I'll take my lumps and move on.

Who gives a crap about a lawsuit. Most of us didn't invest a ton in here and have probably already written it off as a tax loss. Pinkys are speculative and we all go in knowing we could lose it all. This one has been a loser, I have plenty of winners.

Maybe this comes back, for now it's a reminder that there are scams out there.

Looks like very little action today. I still don't have my new shares and I doubt I'll have them anytime soon. Scottrade said as soon as they got them, my account would reflect the new shares.

Hello my fellow bagholders,

So I was bored tonight and got to thinking, what if I head over to my favorite companies website and see what they are up to. So off to www.union-equity.com I went and to my surprise, the website is still up and running and someone obviously spent some time on it to make it look good.

Observation 1: Hosting a website cost something so who is paying the bill, smal as it may be?

I then went over to peruse www.kingoffer.com and found 275 houses listed with a few in the sold column. On page 14 however, there were a few houses listed for prices that were obviously incorrect i.e. $2100 for a home.

Observation 2: If some homes are being sold, who is getting the money?

Velocity Media was my next stop and from what I can gather, a novel should be published in the near future.

Observation 3: Who gets the royalties etc.?

My final questions to everyone are these: is this company still solvent or has someone just forgotten to turn off the website? I'm guessing that the company doesn't exist anymore so why haven't the shares disappeared from my Scottrade account? Why do we get days when this POS trades 350,000 shares or a million shares when there appears to be no viable company?

Anyway, I'm going to drop the company a line and I'll post the response here if I get one.

This company is finished and has been for 2 years. I don't think we ever see a penny again let alone anything coming close to it's run to .05

I bought shares at 18 and also at 14. I am green in both positions. I think this is a 80 - 100 stock in 3 years if they start making money. Q3 earnings will be very telling. If they are good, we are easily into the mid 20's by EOY

They should come out with the date in a couple weeks and then we'll have to wait. Hopefully they have some news before then but I predict a sideways trading pattern until Q3 earnings. IMHO, they will blow away estimates and this heads into the mid 20's

Lack of buying interest is driving this down. PR's need to keep coming that demonstrate the company is collecting revenue. Hopefully we'll see some SP increase but we may be hovering here for a few weeks.
