re: IS it good or bad if a R/S happens?
Usually bad if you are a shareholder and the company is an OTC. After a r/s to get the # of shares under control, companies often get additional financing with further dilutions.
Maybe GZFX is the exception, but they are following that game plan so far.
chartgirl
my guess on the early filing:
because they are getting close to their A/S from a previous filing, they'll need to increase the A/S to meet the CD's requirements. It's possible getting the filing out now makes it the paperwork easier to raise the A/S.
note - the break even # of subs will go up because of increased costs (eg.increase in spending for advertising).
considering their burn rate, I don't think they raised money to go on a spending spree, more likely they are being prudent and socking away money so the company can survive.

"I really would like people to understand that as far as we officially know there are 1.2 bllion O/S."
Well, it's only officially 1.2B because the company will not tell us what it really is. I'll be scratching my head why they decided not to let the current O/S be public information if in the next filing it is still 1.2B.
my 2 cents,

re:INSN OS unchanged 168,907,271 with 41,637,376 restricted.
The poster below calculated the total OS once S8 shares were sold into the market as 168.8M, which is pretty much the latest OS reported by Ricky-D.
This would be good news if they have finished their dilution that was creating all the downward pressure. Even after yesterday's vol of 35M and no change in OS may confirm they are indeed finished.
Does anyone know differently?

89M os prior to last 2 S-8s. 89M+40M+39.8M=168.8M os. Does that then mean 31.1M S8 shares to go(168.8-137.7)? Then theres the cd shares conversion(last 8K). If I'm wrong here let me know.
tnx Rick et al, for posting the AS/OS updates.

UC's house
I am missing something here? I thought the Cavassant family was very well off to begin with. Is there something that says this house was purchased using the illegal proceeds of the sale of cmkx shares?
TIA,

ps: sorry fung, janice you are on my ignore list so I can't click to read your replies.
market vs limit
Interesting, I had a sell market order for 3M, and a sell limit order at .0001 for 3M. The market order filled quickly at .0001, but the limit order did not fill.
My account shows the total value of the trade as $300 and seems to have settled as such, so I'm assuming that it went through at .0001 and not anything under that.
It's an interesting world down here in the 4th and 5th decimal place to say the least.

FYI: Action Direct certificates
I've ordered a portion of my cmkx shares certificates through RoyalBank ActionDirect. I did not have any problems or holdups while ordering. Delivery will take 3-6 weeks, possibly more for U.S. stocks, which is the normal duration. The service fee was $53.50 USD. NSS or not, I'll have some comfort having physical certs in my hands.

re: Looks like you can buy this sucker for .0001 again
"...but the sells are now going at .00005"
Considering that retail investors cannot place orders to buy shares at .00005, can we assume MMs are buying market orders placed by retail for .00005? What an odd situation.
Chartgirl.
FYI open limit sell order for .0001
since 11:45 AM EST has not filled through ActionDirect.

re:Anyone been to grammar class....
That is logical, but someone also posted that it is standard legalese that it means shares held in "street name" are included.
For my sanity, I'm going with the legalese only because if it doesn't turn out to be the MOAB pr that many think it is, it would be a huge let down.
Either way, our interptation will not change the outcome either way.
Is it the 17th yet? :o)

re:ChartGirl, once again a CMKX PR raises more questions
Sorry for posting so much, this will be it. Imo, I think this maybe a case of misunderstanding the standard legalese used in the PR, and using common sense instead to figure out what it means. Common sense doesn't always work with legalese though!
No matter, this will all come out in the wash, and discussing a stock that is halted on a Friday night will not change a thing. Either way, it's good news, or fanastic news.
bye everyone!

re:Varok's explaination on PR
Varok says "The language in the PR on the exception of street names is standard..." and that backs up Andy's email.
If both are correct, then the ace in the pocket is the number held as certs. Maybe not the exact number, but the majority of certs held by UC and the big buyers will be known.
All is well!
Chartgirl.
re: Chartgirl ..thats NOT what the PR says.
I'm just going on what canjun was reporting and assuming that 1) Andy knows what he is talking about, and 2) it is a legit response.
Whichever way you read it, we are getting the information we want, albeit in bits.

re: My e-mail was answered from andy
This email from Andy, if legit, seems to clarify that 703B includes both certs and "street name".
This doesn't mean that there's no naked short, just that certs and "street name" shares are all included in the 703B.
The email says "There are 2032 shareholders who hold shares in cert form but the number of shares held by these people has not been divulged at this time...."
Obviously, they know this number, and THAT number held as certs will be the hammer. If it is a large % of the O/S, then chances are there is a nns problem. I am sure they will release this in the coming weeks when appropriate.

yup... to bad the FALC is just useless moose pasture :o)
Happy to see something happening with cmkx, it's been a long, tiring and trying wait. One way or the other, something has to happen, dare I say, soon!
Chartgirl
Before it gets real interesting, I think nmcx will need to follow through with their fully audited financials. That will fullfil the requirements for the $500M deal and should see the terms of the agreement firmed up and stead payments to come in. Following their recent PRs, they seem to be working towards those milestones.

MSEP chart from StockTradersHQ:
The chart for MSEP is looking good, I entered a position at .0345 this morning after being mentioned in StockTradersHQ. If the recent high can be taken out on good vol, it should be able to make another nice run. I probably entered alittle early, but I'll a tight stop around .031 in case it needs more time.
Best of luck!

re:PTSN getting noticed
:o)
wow, 100% return in one day! That's what I like about short term trading, it's easier to read charts than to try and use fundamentals to find a stock. This chart was a screaming buy and brought to my attention at StockTradersHQ yesterday.
note: Best of luck to everyone holding PTSN. I couldn't give up a 100% return in a day. I'll definitely be watching for an opportunity to get back in.

re: Can you post this from StockTradersHQ?
It's actually from one of the members there that I follow for his OTC picks. His other pick was Cyos which went flying up since he recommended at .0045 early last week. Unfortuately, I passed on buying WGMGY when he first recommended. (Ironically Cyos CEO worked for WGMGY).
Anyways, the trial signup there is free with only an email, the member I follow is "Technique".
