Just a reminder.....
Since long-term capital losses are figured at the same lower tax rate as long-term capital gains, you get a larger net deduction for taking short-term capital losses.
If you are in the pinks, this is good to remember.

I hope you are right, but the records say different.
Just hit IGNORE.
It appears that Nicholas Link holds the majority of shares in QIND. Unless he has given these shares to ILUS I don't see how
his ownership of QIND benefits ILUS share holders.
I received my Schedule 14C today describing the details of the QIND reverse split and the subsequent uplisting, apparently before the end of the month.
I saw NO MENTION of ILUS as having ANY interest in QIND. The directors of the company have a combined 78% of the OS. Where is the proof that ILUS has any interest in QIND?

If you and I can't buy, who can? What is driving the sp increase?
Why the serious spikes at .026 in the last houir? Is someone trying to start a negative momo?
He works for Prevagen.
I f I can sell, who is allowed to buy??
I used to wish that I had purchased at these prices before, but now Im afraid of losing even more!
How low will it go??
Just how does the key find the lock? Anyone?
Brings new meaning to the phrase "double bagger".
So can my rectum.
Tired of looking at 1854.
I smell a rat. The last trade was for $13.
Plus 3% today so far. It will take 29 such days to eliminate 1/2 of my losses, but I'm optimistic. Any one of my 7 longshots could erase all that.
Hopefully this year. Hope you are doing better.
I assume that this has been released here before. The FDA has terminated Regeneron mab treatment because it is not effective against the Omicron variant of covid.

So are we closed Monday or Tuesday?
Me too. I love to see that ACPS drop!
If anything good happens here, which SP benefits the most? ILUS or QIND?
Just look at it as an opportunity to buy more shares for less, It's easier on your BP.
Good job. I'm holding off because I know if I buy more it will head back to .02.
Did you get the rest?
I agree to buy on the cheap, but the first 800 sh cost $4.95 already, and if you change the order it's another $4.95.
I only have 400K so I'm envious.
You are deciding to purchase 40000 sh based on a difference of $2??
Why not just bite the bullet and lock them in before the push to .12 again?
Pardon my laziness, but what percentage of QIND does ILUS own?
The dates have passed on some notes which I assume were converted to shares (many millions). Assuming the loaners want to profit, is that why the SP has been declining even in light of the good news from some subs? How low will it go?
Thanks, but I did not see anything about after hours trading.
Bob
It apparently was fpr 40000 sh. for $2704.
Who is allowed to purchase after hours? Is there a larger commission percentage involved?
The Lord likes flip-flops.
Only on the buy I guess. Etrade took all of it.
Who buys 500 sh for less than the commission fee?
You probably have some sizeable LT losses you should take advantage of, otherwise pay taxes on your upcoming gains.
