Agreed, wouldn't be surprised if we're talking up listing this time next month.
That's great, and I'm certainly bullish on my position here but am not clear on specifics of what we provide to/receive from affiliates.
Since you made a specific claim on value of clinic to us shareholders, could you elaborate on this?
That's an affiliate, no?
UpTick, I think that brilliant infographic has become outdated. "To da moon" should now read "BoomTime". Gotta keep current.
Also, there is currently no known reason NWAV couldn't or shouldn't eclipse those recent highs near term. Then again it's OTC so who knows
I hope, as someone else here suggested, we continue to focus on states with newly legalized mmj policy giving time for dust to settle in saturated markets like Cali, Colorado, and Oregon.
Mass, Maryland, Illinois, and Michigan could all be good spots to set up shop next. Many other candidates, but I think Cali can wait. Would rather theses critical services get to people without as much access or as many options.
Hello Ghost town. Anyone still lurking here? Should be seeing that quarterly disclosure soon..been about two weeks silence since the DinoStar pr. Looking for update on Spanish Peaks too, but info@mlcginc.com was not responsive...my hope here is dimming.
It's concerning that there was no mention of the Spanish Peaks deal in the recent release..have been trying to get some 2s to avg down from 6 but can't get an order filled
Maybe for the best.

And it's up ~100% from recent lows. The sector is currently turbulent, but at these prices with a company that is doing what they say, I feel optimistic.
Wish I had waited a few days, but still confident there is massive upside from my .006 avg
I found a Colorado incorporated company with same name, same sector minus Cannatourism with the exploreinc.com domain. One would think they would have checked.
At least now they can focus on getting deal done and current reporting, then worry about name change.
That, sparking return to previous highs or failing that, and providing me with tax loss offsets eoy are about the only two ways this can go. Just have to wait and see
You left out a key word that makes that quote at least somewhat better for mvtg
"Mark Munro, CEO of InterCloud stated, “The sale of this business asset is a continued attempt to realign InterCloud’s business units around more profitable, higher margin work. The AW Solutions sale has given InterCloud the opportunity to continue to improve our P&L and balance sheet. InterCloud is exploring the sale of other non-core assets as well. This reorganization is providing us the changes necessary to attract conventional asset based lending solutions in order to fuel growth in our core areas.”
"More profitable" indicates AW is profitable, just not with margins high enough to offset other unit's losses.
That should be illegal..did you/anyone pay up to find out how bad it's gotten?
No position here, but I did get the free sample. Shipped fast. I woke up very sore from crawling around under a house running electrical and took two capsules. Fast acting pain relief had me ready to go back to work.
Definitely a high quality product as they claim, and the free sample promo should build some brand loyalty.

It's unsettling to think of a Reagan admirer making money on a cannabis stock after all the lives destroyed by his escalation of the drug war.
My point was to "dilute the hell out of MVTG" as you put it is impossible given the low AS.
Barring an AS increase(which seems unlikely at this point), dilution is not a significant concern.
Speaking of numbers not adding up, from the Q
Our amended and restated articles of incorporation authorize us to issue 2,500,000,000 shares of capital stock, consisting of 2,000,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001, and 5,000,000 shares of preferred stock
Anyone know if AS is actually 2,005,000,000 or what the correct common/preferred numbers are?
Could you also restate the clarification on the the 5 year MVTG/Alstom(now GE) deal vs. the contract Alstom didn't renew. Either your post was missed or some on the board are spreading deliberate disinformation.
I sold my pl*g a couple years ago for a small loss nearly 40% above current pps. Now up 100% with MVTG and had I waited a month to average down would be well above that.
In what way? Sonia is no longer a Mantra employee.
Now you lost me. Do you mean Larry is still CEO of Mantra Energy Alternatives?
As per eiddle's sticky, the asset purchase agreement clearly states "Buyer (MVTG) shall name Roger Ponder and Keith Hayter as (1) its Chief Executive Officer and President, respectively, and (2) the only two members of Buyer’s Board of Directors."
The patents will be worth considerably more if they develop the tech further, which is what the press release says the company will continue to do. Talk is cheap but the logic lines up.
For sure. I wasn't saying that interns aren't a good idea, just that having moved to space at UBC may open the doors to other talent that typically do lab work for low to no compensation.
Can'the argue the first two points, but MVTG did design and test a prototype MRFC. Just because results haven't been released doesn't mean they don't have valuable data on potential life span, run time, and fuel requirements.
If we are to keep it real, we should avoid all assumptions and prejudices. To say Alstom dumped the project when they were bought out in the midst of the project seems a misleading failure to keep it real, but I may be missing something.
Thank you for balancing the board and asking tough questions.
Interns may not be necessary with graduate students at UBC potentially working with us.
I don't have any links or any news other than the cujo post that our consultant is a promoter, and the shareholder update stating that we are in follow-up discussions with China and the funding opportunity with the CCCI
I wouldn't say worthless. We bought in here on the potential of the tech. If more retail investors like the story and find their way here, renewed interest could help push us back into pennies. Calling promoters consultants does leave me feeling icky.
.02 would be near 100% ROI for me, and news of legit progress would send us somewhere between there and .05 IMO. Plenty in OTC land with toxic debt and much worse dilution catch runs and some even manage to get out from under.
Yeah, I noticed in one of the articles on CCCI, the announcement of the first pilot plant planned. Can't remember the name of the company, but it wasn't us.
Anyone super enthusiastic about the state of the company is either foolish or suspect. Hopefully something concrete from CCCI or China will occur this quarter, but I share your concerns.
Your post is irrelevant to the company. Out of state residents cannot get the BLUE CARD necessary to buy from dispenseries in Hawaii . We have to wait for the Spanish Peaks deal to finalize for this to really run. Please stop misleading.
Unless federal schedule 1 status of mj is changed, states with legal medical mj will have to be extra careful not to provide for out of state residents. I hope your right and things do change, but we must base our discourse around present reality. The second faq on the link I posted asks, "Do I have to be a resident of Hawaii to get a BLUE CARD?" "YES!..." is the posted answer. Pharmacies filling FDA approved Rxs and dispensaries are currently in two different worlds
Then you should place less faith in your thoughts and more in research.
https://www.medicalmarijuanaofhawaii.org/faqs
Unless we get current/stop sign removed, and the scrump deal is finalized, we have waisted money here. If things move forward as company is claiming, we will be gold with no need to connect imaginary dots.
Your motive and credibility is suspect by claiming unequivocally without facts that medical in Hawaii will help us.
Not related to MLCG. Out of state tourists cannot legally get medical marijuana in any state where legal, so anyone telling this is good for the company is either a blind fool or deceitful
That will be for state residents, not tourists and therefore unrelated to MLCG
Of course not, but hauling nerds to facilities where they can sample value added beverages and edibles could be. Not to mention hauling us around in a beautiful country like Uruguay, where legalization is a reality.
Because imo Musk is more like Edison than Tesla. More interested in wealth and fame than collective good. He has bet on lithium and dismissed the potential of fuel cells.
Heard a slightly misquoted version on the beautiful and brilliant show Black Sails.
"Be like a rocky promontory against which the restless surf continually pounds: it stands fast while the churning sea is lulled to sleep at its feet. I hear you say, “How unlucky that this should happen to me!” Not at all! Say instead, “How lucky that I am not broken by what has happened and am not afraid of what is about to happen. The same blow might have struck anyone, but not many would have absorbed it without capitulation or complaint." --The Emperor's Handbook, Marcus Aurelius
That doesn't mean this won't bounce back nicely tomorrow and continue uptrend..otc is wacky.
Yeah, I knew the corner report short squeeze call spelled trouble..never fails to fail to pan out
Got out with small gain(thanks to whoever slapped my 003 ask)..sorry to let longs down. Concerned with operating margin and sentiment of those who have been around awhile, not to mention mm control. Hope I missed the boat and you all get rich!
I know, still learning. At least I didn't add :)
