I go by sales growth.
Its always been successful in the past.
We''ll see I guess!!!!
what does PM mean?
How do investors communicate with Steve?
Does he have an email?
I tried info@on4 with no luck.
Over the last 2 days I have purchased over 30 million shares of onci. I did that based on the increase in sales. I think this company can grow a lot more in the near future.
I do have 4 questions:
1. Why aren't the returns audited?
2. Apparently the product was available on Amazon. But now it says
currently not available on the Amazon site. The reviews were
excellent. So why not make it available on Amazon?
3. Does ONCI have its own PR firm promoting this product? If not
why not?
4. Why no company website to give share holders and new investors
a platform to ask questions and for ONCI to disperse and
keep information about past, present and future company
events.
I'm sure there are reasonable answers to these questions. I would appreciate a reply from someone at ONCI either publicly or privately.
Thanks
Any thoughts as to the stock price Monday morn.?
does seem odd.
Has anyone heard from Kevin on the news
he was to release early this week.
To me that's Mon. or Tues.
Did I miss something?
Now that CDNL is 51% owned by a Chinese company, is
it still regulated by the U. S. Sec. and Exch. or
by a Chinese entity?
This was excellent. Front and center.
I wonder if there is a way to send that summary of events to many of the online stock trading publications. That list was impressive. Maybe it would be to them also and they would begin to follow CDNL and write about it.
Thanks 'Ilhabela777' for the effort.
Thanks, that's what I was hoping.
Hopefully we'll have some good news on that by the middle of the month.
In the tweets below, is Kevin saying he doesn't think Cameroon will be approved by the export bank until after the election in November?
Kevin Jones - CDNL ?@krjcardinal · 22h22 hours ago
@jjhey1 @FightingbackHD on CAM its a two part process. We have the commercial contract, but then is funded through an export credit agency

@krjcardinal @jjhey1 @FightingbackHD any worry of the quorum vote or is the loan still broken up to be under 10 mil is congress on break?
Kevin Jones - CDNl
?@krjcardinal
@RandyGetchey @jjhey1 @FightingbackHD We broke it into the three under the assumption Congress wouldn't act until after the election
I believe you said
"So, as I stated here and to Kevin personally, we definitely will need the financials coming out at the same time some really good news is available. ".
My opinion is that relevant news of any kind should be given to investors in a timely manor. Whether it's less than desirable financial results or good news about the companies future, it should be disbursed as soon as possible so stock holders can make their best decision.
I imagine your thought was to soften the blow of less than desirable financials, and that would probably work, but I don't think, which as I said, is my opinion, that a public company can manipulate the story for any reason.
I would imagine that Kevin works hard, but I hope someone is brought in soon to manage the daily operations of the company to allow Kevin to plan for new products and grow the business.
I still think this is a company with great potential and I plan to hold for now.
Thanks
What concerns me about this situation is that the CEO, with all his good intentions, does not seem to have control of the daily operations of this company. He should know exactly when things are being done. He is off by weeks. That concerns me. Is he still running this company or is our Chinese partner?
Also, if there is material company progress to report, it should be reported right away, not withheld from us for any reason. People are making investing decisions and have the right to all available info in a timely manor.
Anyone have a theory as to why this stock isn't
moving up and volume is dropping.
There has been good news reported,
the sale with China is coming together, new
sales are on the horizon, and Kevin is getting
his house in order. What will it take?
I expected the stock to match the China price
as soon as the 1st part of the transaction took place.
If the price hsvw pays is .104, then why wouldn't we expect
the stock to jump to that price when the money is received.
Then with any other good news, go even higher.
If CDNL loaned one to Flint until the problem
is solved on a permanent basis, it would help
the people of Flint and spread the word about
CDNL at the same time.
I wonder if CDNL would be willing?
No, my call was to find out about the merger,
and I did.
I think I'm only allowed 2 posts per day.
Is that correct? This is the second.
I called ums at around 3 pm xmas eve.
A young lady answered the phone. I asked her if
the merger has taken place between TALK and UMS.
She said yes it had. I restated the question.
She said yes again and that if I needed more
info, to call back Monday and ask for the acct. dept
at Ext. 303.
I just made a call to UMS.
I woman answered the phone.
I asked if UMS had already merged with TALK.
She said yes. I confirmed it, she said yes.
She then said to call back on monday and speak
with accounting, ext. 303 for more info.
I'm moving to fidelity to buy more.
I find it hard to believe that Ken thinks it's better to
sell shares for pennies than to grow this company
and sell for dollars later. I expect him to take
full advantage of the MJ movement while it lasts.
If they still can't give out that information, then
maybe the P&S with MDCN is still current.
I can only post 3 times a day.
But, sounds like your on it. We should find
out if there was a transfer yet and probably
a notification from the Recorder's office when there is.
Best not to depend on MDCN for news.
Did you include both parcels?
Excellent info.
Locally the office is not town or city run, its run by the county.
The recording of a new deed from a closing is recorded during the closing
to be sure the property wasn't transferred by the present owner to
a third party while the current buyer is closing. That has been done in the past. So, at the end of the closing, and while the closing lawyer still has control of the transaction, and before money is disbursed, someone goes to the registry to make sure the present seller still owns
the property and that there aren't any new liens. He records the sale at the registry for the new owner and calls back to the closing to allow funds to be disbursed.
The point is the office in that area that oversees real estate transactions would know about a property transfer before the assessor
or tax collector's would. Here it can be up to 90 days before a property transfer is recorded at the tax or assessor's office.
Locally, all real estate transfers are recorded
at the registry on the day of the conveyance.
So, if either property closes, it would be recorded that day
at the local registry of deeds or other equivalent legal records
office.
I imagine its safe to assume you are also checking with the registry
from time to time to see if and when the title changes hands on either property.
3839 N. 35th Ave., It appears the property is now available for sale on loopnet (no closing yet?). Does anyone have the address for the smaller property?
