I'd say the CEO is very aware of shareholder concerns and this PR is direct and to the point. Now if he can continue to secure additional new deals to increase revenue, we are solid here. Go Tpac.

Patience and a little faith pays off here. I've been here for 3 months and not going away. Traders flippers. May be looking somewhere else but those who hold long here should be rewarded. Something is going to materialize. It's too quiet for something not to be going on. All the DD is I your face. LONG BRWC

Im UTD on all the DD and have been here for weeks with decent sized position because I believe she is doing all the right things to pull this off. New sales deal (s) is the key IMO. The debt will be gone and diluted soon enough. No one wants the PPS to drop except 1-2pt traders/flippers. Price is set for all the converted shares at this point (except the 10k) so it should run. Need a PR with some meat in it soon though.

Spot on summary IMO for what has happened recently. I am in the same camp but my concern is that unless she gets paid very soon on a piece of that 24m deal ( or some new deal she may have cooking, she has a serious cash flow problem. She stated no more toxic debt ( and hopefully no increase in A/S) but absent a PR on new revenue, she is walking a tight line on cashflow. Thoughts?

For anyone interested in more on conversion (s), I found ( along will all the 8k's that have in fact been filed) this notice of conversion on a $250k note. I am not going to slog through a bunch of calculations or look at the other notes etc but the info is there. The most recent ( and final) conversion (s) may or may not use the same formula. Why mention two emails and then not post the content or at least a summary of CEO emails on the board. Come on, we are family here. Not everyone wants to share there email adds. but we sure would like to here what she had to say today from the expo. Thanks

short term 1-2 pt traders can try to bounce the PPS for small gains but this company has way too much positive momentum coming behind it for us longs to go away. BRWC is GOLD
