Ummmmmmmmm my account showing 900% up and this dead cat at 1 dollar for a total gain of over 925,000 for me. It does look good. Wish i could post screenshot.
Wow the same conversation for 2 years. Hulk I love u dude. Stay long miss you bro. Any new news?
lets play a game. everyone post how much mhys got you for?
MHYS got me for 107 bucks, you?
Would be a funny story if a few thousand screeners went off and 2moro bids start to stack madly and 'cough' hysteria ensued.
Good luck to all that are still long. I do still wish to someday see a racecar with this cylinder head on it. But this is a sad price, and to see further dilution hurts. But, i'll keep watching from the sidelines.
.0011 replay from last year coming?

You should all be aware of this company that is a direct competitor of Coates. Free valve makes Coates look like HD DVD.
Its called contractual policy, if the initial agreement was non dilutive stake ownership. THEN THAT'S WHAT IT IS. weather its the wiffle ball company, or wal-mart, if the original founders want to protect themselves against loosing their shirts like Eduardo Savering did in Facebook.
Owning COTE is extremely favorable at this time. Here's why:
*Professional Engineering firm with orders in place, supported by active financing for working capital. Production in progress, and further development and testing as well as additional institutional investments rolling in.
Available Shares are grossly available and on par with companies like ford.
Outstanding shares are 951.408M. This can be a blessing in disguise as it is a bit more difficult to influence the stock price as the popularity of the company increases.
Yes the paperwork did go through for a reverse split, however the company has stated multiple times that there is no intention at this time of executing a reverse split.
In the future if it is a move that makes sense and would be favorable for the progression of the company to execute the reverse split, i'd be for it as a shareholder.
The short position is extremely unfavorable at this time.
I AM NOT PAID FOR WRITING THIS.
Love the company, and love the tech, cant wait to see it on racecars.
The short position is extremely unfavorable at this time.
MACD just crossed again, and is showing positive again. Good luck to all.
Not that easy at all. Yes you can have blueprints and cad files. But actually fitting and tuning has go take place in the physical world not in the digital or theoretical world.
Stay Long I haven't read all the posts yet, so i'm not sure if its been explained yet. I also had the same question... But these are different generators, this one is 6 cyl 5.9 liter natural gas and propane not diesel. The block is possibly substantially different, along with its fuel system and fuel/ignition management system.
Sometimes even the parts of a 2 liter 4 cylinder toyota wont fit on a 2.2 liter toyota motor of the same models.
And as stated in the PR: "There is a combination of different sizes of generator sets that will be operating on a number of different fuels."
The short position is starting to become unfavorable again as the RSI is beggining to level off at a point where it usualy reverses after a long term bearish consolidation.
slow stochastic crossed the signal line. Loos like the selling is done for now.

Coates engineering falls nicely within this article.
The $8 Billion Construction And
Engineering Opportunity
BMO Harris Contributor , BMO Harris Bank
By Shahrokh Shah
With many ocean carriers transitioning to larger
vessels and the $5.25B expansion of the Panama
Canal, many U.S. ports will need significant
infrastructure and equipment upgrades. As the
graphic above illustrates, some require dredging
projects to provide deeper harbors that can
handle the larger postPanamax ships, while
others look to automate their ports for greater
efficiencies.
All of this activity is providing opportunities for
Engineering & Construction firms to expand
their geographical footprints as well as align with
new partners that can provide longterm
opportunities. But for some, it also exposes
potential risks, some of which can be mitigated
through the use of joint ventures. We expect the
use of joint ventures to increase significantly
going forward due to the large size and
complexity of these projects. We also expect
significant activity in P3 projects and in the
divestment of assets and operations.

Insights For Business
According to Eric Zampol, a Director in BMO
Capital Markets’ Infrastructure Banking Group,
the Panama Canal expansion and transition to
larger vessels could drive an average of about $1
billion in capital projects annually over the next
10 years at key U.S. ports (the canal expansion
itself is scheduled for completion in early 2016).
By 2030, traffic is expected to double to select
ports capable of handling the largest vessels. The
overall impact is hard to predict, but several
current methods of operation could also change
(U.S. terminals may see increased use of
automation, for example).
The Impact on Engineering &
Construction Firms
For those firms fortunate enough to be a part of
the expansion, relationships are the key to longterm
participation in the project. But businesses
need to pay close attention to how the
relationships with their partners could evolve
over the next few years. Eric Zampol of BMO
Capital Markets says the terminal operator
industry could experience continued
consolidation over the next few years. That
means some Engineering & Construction firms
may lose their relationships with terminal
operators and, with that, their role in the project.
Therefore it is crucial to develop relationships
even beyond your current working relationships
to be a known quantity among other operators.
The Engineering & Construction firms that pay
attention to potential changes in the industry and
develop the right relationships can find
opportunities to participate in Panama Canalrelated
projects. The firms that don’t will miss
out on lucrative opportunities.

I'm ignoring the triplets and putting in as many buy orders as I can get filled.
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-10-15/pratt-s-purepower-gtf-jet-engine-innovation-took-almost-30-years
Ha seem familiar... the struggle is real.
That's what I keep wondering, why doesnt that happen.
Yes I agree.
The info in this PR was WAAAAAAAAAAY overdue.
this company gets promoted? who pays for that promotion? the company its self?
Anyways, Not sure how many long term investors might be monitoring this forum but, at one point this company installed the largest american Fuel Cell plant in the city of Bridgeport, CT. That project was largely motivated/assisted by the current mayor. Mayor Finch has constantly made it a priority to promote green energy for this city.
There was another fuel cell plant planned in the city, I DO NOT KNOW IF FUELCELL (FCEL) was going to be the one who was going to install it.
This mayor has lost the local democratic primary and the new democratic nominee in this primarily democratic city has a history of corruption, and has not shown ANY interest in maintaining a green energy outlook for the city.
The incumbent mayor Finch (the one with green energy vision) has endorsed Mary Jane Foster for mayor and she has mentioned interest in clean green energy.
Here's an article regarding the whole issue pending.

I agree. Amazing entry I just added funds to buy more.
Anyone watching the 6 hour race in fuji right now?
I'd love to see the Coates shield plastered as ads throughout the races.
When sales finalize and revenue starts to come in, there will be a happy few.
Also no valve seals which require a slow controlled drip of oil in order to lubricate the valve stem of poppets. In CSRV oil doesn't even go up to the cyl head at all, therefore cross contamination doesn't take place not from oil into cylinder nor from blow of combustion up through the valve seal onto the oil.
39 minute run coming?
Momentum for COTE is strongly bullish. The 14-period Slow Stochastic Oscillator is rising, as investors pay higher prices for shares.
We need to remain at or ahead of the 200 day moving average. Currently:
20-Day Moving Average $0.0062
50-Day Moving Average $0.0077
200-Day Moving Average $0.006
I'm seeing the 200 day moving average flatten hopefully to a reversal which can be expected as we went through a cup and handle, expressed over close to 8 months or so.
However we should prepare for the 50 day moving average to start coming down, unless we get some volume/velocity due to positive fundamentals, because the two previous peaks will stop being accounted within the 50 days average.
good luck to all. my prediction for today, THE PRICE WILL FLUCTUATE.
Nice red tag sale taking place lol. I always buy these dips.
Those videos if you are referring to the generators, I believe portray a finished product - the CSRV cyl heads.
What I mean about the license deals, with the oems (car manufacturers), is that we shouldn't expect to see them on VW's overnight or next year. Car makers have to put new engine designs through many many hurdles, primarily corporate, before we see them on the road.
I followed direct gasoline fuel injection for many many years before it was seen on the road for example. And now we see these fuel systems on many many vehicles the most recent/famous imo the corvette. That motor makes 27mpg and over 400hp, something incredible. But it's doing it about 8 years after some of the first gdfi system went on to public roads on commercially available cars. Before this one was the 2011 ferrari Italia 458 but still in the unobtanium realm of high performance. Cars with gas direct fuel injection now in 2015 get modded left and right.
For us to see CSRV in the public as a viable tech it needs to maintain its current traction. The fastest way for CSRV tech to our driveways could be something I keep throwing around in my head but I think it failed previously, and that's the aftermarket world; the v-twins didn't really take off with the Harley motors. But that could have been due to lack of social media understanding and current reach.
Previously in recent times the car enthusiast online forums was the way to go for advertising of aftermarket parts. If you wanted to be successful you had to pay to become a seller/advertiser on the forum, you'd then proceeded to post your well documented build on your car with the product you were manufacturing/promoting/selling. You better believe you needed to show those boys and girls the data, all of it, it had to be proven, and then provide group buys or any other type of marketing campaign. And after that just man those phones with good patient help to provide customer support. And understand that you are under the highest scrutiny of an online presence. They will rip you to shreds and the only way to defend your company/product is with positive numbers. If you are not out there winning races, posting about winning races, you better be achieving lower and lower e.t.'s and or lap times, and again posting them. Well documented progress with videos. The price has to be competitive cheaper than the best current alternative right now that's not an easy task as its modded (not manufactured) cylinder heads by cossworth.
If Coates can provide a bolt on diy CSRV cyl head system/kit at a lower cost than the current cost of machining, race cams cost, remove/clean/replace, Cost of cyl head gasket kit, of the best current alternative for just ONE OF the popular cars being modded in the UNITED STATES, only then will we see a much faster csrv adoption by the Makers. The aftermarket works this way, it's just how it is. The low lap times, low e.t.'s, and mpg/whp/wtq numbers sell not only cars but products too.
Otherwise it is my belief that Coates is on track but it will not be overnight. I do see already a growing interest in internal combustion engine advancements with this whole VW thing. I'm seeing 85 Billion is the current cost when everything gets added up of this mess, up from the initial 18 Billion. However one has to wonder what are these very talented economists and analysts accounting for in these figures it isn't just the cost of fines and law suits it is also the cost of correcting these problems and that's where I am betting Coates will come in.
I'm sorry if this post doesn't make sense and it rambles on I can try to clarify any points I've made later on today, it's late and I am going to bed. Good luck to all of us tomorrow. U 2 hulk love u bud. Lol.
Your last sentences are my sentiment exactly. Products exist, and raw material has been extruded, honed, polished, ground, and formed. It doesnt look pretty right now, but this kind of tech never does, it only looks agressive and or even intimidating.
Usually the only time we'll see this tech prettied up will be once O.E.M.'s take it over and express the licenses within their engine designs with millions of dollars in budgetting just to fine tune the applications of CSRV into their motors.
I understand why investors would lack confidence in this environment, but, this just might absolutely be that .000001% of an actual thing within pinks.
You have to accept fluctuation as your lungs accept every exhalation of air with every subsequent breath they take.
Without a sale there is no purchase, without both there is no trade, and with trades come fluctuation.
And how did they pull it off...
this explains the inflated under reported volume from yesterday.
likewise bud, thats awesome :) .
no bud, we wont say yehaw lol, well unless 'some' nascar guys get involved... but even then i doubt it.
I think we'd be much more likely to say, 'It will be nice, cant wait to hear them'.
That one line almost made my head explode in the pr did almost make my eyes explode, I wonder if its the v8 that they have on the site or if its a small turbo 4 cyl or v6.
V6 twin or single turbo are the new V8's now everyone and their momma is doing it. Even if it is a naturaly aspirated v8 its still exciting dont get me wrong, I just cant wait to read more info on that and its intentions.
Very exciting morning so far. And the ridiculously big 800k ask's are gone, looks like we have normal human behavior trades in lots of 10,000, hope velocity picks up now. Lets see what lunch conversation brings. I'm forwarding the pr to a few friends.

Change is coming — and thanks to VW, most likely faster than you think.
This is our chance.
I now see volume at 4,246,660
And i'm seeing the 200 sma at .0062
I'd really love to be able to be a fly right about now so I could get on that wall. What is brewing if anything at all?
My other broker only showing 1.5M for volume.
Can anyone confirm if the 200 day sma is reversed and tending positive now?
