Are you able to provide the insertion loss details for Perkinamine from any peer reviewed third-party published data (not cherrypicked by the company) or are you basing your investment decision solely on a slide deck from the company selling you shares to fund their paychecks.
Ok, let's play the AI game.
TFLN (Thin Film Lithium Niobate) modulators generally exhibit lower insertion losses compared to electro-optic polymer modulators. Here's a comparison of their insertion loss characteristics:
## TFLN Modulators
TFLN modulators are known for their low optical losses:
- The insertion loss for TFLN modulators, including coupling, can be as low as 3 dB[3].
- Some TFLN modulators have demonstrated insertion losses of only 1.5 dB[2].
- TFLN technology integrates well with low-loss SiN substrates, contributing to the overall low insertion loss[3].
## Electro-Optic Polymer Modulators
Electro-optic polymer modulators typically have higher insertion losses:
- Insertion losses for electro-optic polymer modulators are often in the range of 5-10 dB or higher.
- The higher losses are partly due to the material properties and fabrication challenges of polymer-based devices.
## Comparison
TFLN modulators offer several advantages over electro-optic polymer modulators in terms of insertion loss:
1. Lower overall losses: TFLN modulators consistently achieve lower insertion losses, often by several dB.
2. Better integration: TFLN can be integrated with low-loss waveguide materials like silicon nitride, further reducing overall system losses.
3. Stability: TFLN is more stable over time and temperature compared to polymer materials, which can degrade or change properties, potentially increasing losses over the device lifetime.
4. Scalability: The lower losses of TFLN make it more suitable for large-scale integration and complex photonic circuits where cumulative losses are a concern.
The superior insertion loss performance of TFLN modulators is one of the key reasons why this technology is gaining traction for next-generation telecommunication devices and integrated photonics applications[5].

TFLN (Thin Film Lithium Niobate) is generally considered a better option than electro-optic polymers when it comes to insertion loss for several reasons:
1. Lower overall insertion loss: TFLN modulators have demonstrated significantly lower insertion losses compared to electro-optic polymer modulators. TFLN modulators can achieve insertion losses as low as 3 dB or even 1.5 dB in some cases[1]. In contrast, electro-optic polymer modulators typically have insertion losses in the range of 5-10 dB or higher.
2. Material properties: TFLN is based on lithium niobate, which has excellent optical properties, including a wide transparency window (400-5000 nm) and strong electro-optic coefficients[3]. These properties contribute to lower optical losses and better overall performance.
3. Fabrication quality: TFLN can be fabricated using advanced techniques that result in high-quality waveguides with smooth sidewalls and precise dimensions. This level of fabrication quality helps to minimize scattering losses and other sources of insertion loss[1].
4. Integration capabilities: TFLN can be integrated with low-loss waveguide materials like silicon nitride, which further contributes to reducing overall system losses[2].
5. Stability and longevity: TFLN is more stable over time and temperature compared to polymer materials. Electro-optic polymers can degrade or change properties over time, potentially leading to increased losses throughout the device's lifetime[2].
6. Scalability: The lower losses of TFLN make it more suitable for large-scale integration and complex photonic circuits where cumulative losses are a significant concern[2].
7. Wide bandwidth: TFLN modulators can operate with extremely high bandwidth (approximately 250 Gbaud) while maintaining low insertion losses, which is crucial for high-speed optical communications[2].
These advantages make TFLN a more attractive option for next-generation telecommunication devices and integrated photonics applications where low insertion loss is critical for overall system performance.

I already gave you the timeline. Nothing meaningful is happening here until 2026-2027 and that’s if anything even happens.
What we do know is insiders will keep cashing paychecks off LPC share sales to uninformed retail gamblers.

The SEC tends to focus more on pump-and-dump schemes than on short selling. Pump-and-dump schemes involve fraudulent activities where stock prices are artificially inflated through misleading information, leading to significant investor losses[1][3][5]. These schemes are illegal and heavily prosecuted by the SEC due to their manipulative nature, often targeting microcap stocks[4][5]. In contrast, short selling is a legal practice that provides market liquidity and can expose fraudulent companies, though it can involve unethical tactics[2]. The SEC regulates short selling through rules like Regulation SHO[2].

Ted, these people are uninformed idiots. There’s no talking sense to them.
I’ve never witnessed a group of clowns this delusional. The European group takes the cake. No wonder they’ve bent over to the globalists and been concurred.
Use their stupidity to make a few trades and make money, which I’ve seen you’ve done on this latest pump and dump. Well done.
Nothing is happening here for years, if ever! TFLN is getting all the money and will be the big winner.

No one that matters in the ecosystem is using Vaporwave's tech. That's the problem!
Bro is fully in the TROPE connecting dots LMAO!
FYI No need to imagine anything, LWLG is valued at $370.6M on the open market which is still too generous. Imagine that...
#scam
Just imagine, if the markets were to take a nasty downturn. Vaporwave’s stock would plummet back to penny levels, forcing the company to execute a reverse split to remain listed. This would allow them to continue selling shares to retail investors and index funds, enabling insiders continued cashing of paychecks.
Scary to even think about…
#scam
Now flip that scenario and you’ll be closer to the truth. KIT has been working on EOP devices much longer than Vaporwave. In fact many of the GigOptix device designs were developed with KIT. Heavy on the device design side and less so on the polymer but it looks as though they figured that out as well. Those early designs transferred to Vaporwave via BRPhotonics (GigOptix) are worthless at this point and Vaporwave is holding a bag of junk patents.
I’d strongly advise doing your research and not listening to other posters hearsay and wishful thinking.
Koos FTW! Might want to look at all his patents. Wouldn’t it be hilarious if Vaporwave was infringing on his IP.

You are being scammed. This will never be meaningfully commercialized to cover cash burn. It’s a piggy bank for insiders. I’m prepared to release all of my information to the producers of American Greed!
Ask yourself why they went with an rinky dink accounting firm instead of going to one of the big four when the opportunity presented itself.
Shady…

WOW, Late Friday News DUMP! Accounting firm abruptly resigns. That's never a good sign! Lawsuits incoming? Hmmm Wilmington. Must be part of the DuPont good old boys network.
An employee's review of the new firm they hired.
I worked in the Wilmington office. With the exception of one partner, the firm is basically a good ole boys network disguised in sheep's clothing. I would never advise any person of color to waste thier time seeking employment with this company.
Client reviews
Stephano Slack was recommended by my new brokerage partner, and so I shifted over to them to do my 2023 taxes. I never felt like I made it to their client list, certainly never felt like I was treated as important. I needed to remind them to calculate my tax prepayment for Sep and they delivered that late and with a major miscalculation (they didn't study my W-2 details sufficiently). In addition, I requested their assistance with a letter I got from PA dept of revenue; they never got back to me on that. Finally, they indicated they would be in touch with me in early Dec for Jan prepayment calculations, and here I am on Jan 4, no outreach.
As a small business owner, my experience with Stephano Slack accounting services has been frustrating and disappointing, with poor communication and inconsistent tax filing being major issues.
This business is shady and will take your money and run. Steer clear of this horrible company.

Talk is cheap. They have been talking for a quarter of a century about bringing this to fruition and they still aren't close. 2026/2027 if it's even viable at that time.
#scam
Not very exciting. Just another carrot. The timeline from sampling to scaled up production is 2-3 years. Like I said nothing is happening here until 2026/2027, regarding plasmonics or anything else, and that's if everything goes perfect. We all know these clowns will fumble the ball at some point along the way.
Lots of dilution between now and then and too many variables to list. This is still not a viable investment.
SELL as this is the only "news" you're getting until the next ASM.

Bad take. This is an unprofitable speculative tech stock with little to no revenue, huge cash burn, and massive dilution. Companies such as this are labeled junk by the market and currently remain out of favor. If you cant see that by todays action nothing will help you.
Insiders cashing paychecks are the only ones with the wind at their backs as they continue to release flatulence into shareholders faces. Smelly!

I tried to warn him in good faith since $15 that the technology wasn’t ready and the industry wouldn’t accept it in it’s current flawed state. Now he’s lost all his money. Such a same.

New intel. Nvidia is sticking with copper cables for now and through at minimum 2026 and ayar labs is pivoting to AMD and looking to get bought out.
Reason copper still uses much less power and is still cheaper than optical transmit, almost a 20% savings compared to optical transceivers.
Again nothing meaningful will be happening here until 2026 or beyond. Book your round trip tickets and prepare for the pennies. There will be lots more dilution if they want to keep the lights on.

Going back to the penny’s. Mark it!
Nothing meaningful will happen here for 2-3 years, if ever.

SilOriX is no longer working with perkipoo and Vaporwave. They are however still working with NLM and creating their own in house EOP’s.
No, Vaporwave doesn’t control the market with its patents. That’s another lie the Kool-Aid kids like a parrot during their circle jerk sessions.
Muh NDA, muh patents, muh wafers, muh power savings, muh no debt, muh right time, right place!

Here are the evidence based facts with citations. Anything else is pie in the sky dot connecting and dangly rotten carrots from the Kool-Aid kids.
Based on the available search results, there is no direct evidence that Ayar Labs is using electro-optic polymers in their micro-ring modulators. However, there are some relevant points to consider:
1. Ayar Labs is known for using micro-ring modulators in their optical I/O solutions. These modulators are described as being far smaller and more efficient compared to traditional Mach-Zehnder modulators[1].
2. The company has partnered with GlobalFoundries to manufacture their optical chips using GlobalFoundries' Fotonix process[2]. This partnership is crucial for Ayar Labs' ability to produce reliable micro-ring modulators.
3. While there is mention of electro-optic polymers being used to enhance the functionality of micro-ring modulators, this information is not directly linked to Ayar Labs. Instead, it appears to be a general discussion about potential technologies in the field[5].
4. A white paper discussing the integration of electro-optic polymers in ring modulators on wafers supplied by GlobalFoundries is mentioned, but it's not clear if this is specifically related to Ayar Labs' technology[6].
5. Ayar Labs has demonstrated success with their micro-ring modulator technology, claiming to have solved manufacturing and temperature sensitivity issues, though the exact methods are not disclosed[1].
Given the available information, it appears that Ayar Labs is primarily focused on silicon photonics-based micro-ring modulators manufactured using GlobalFoundries' process. While the use of electro-optic polymers in micro-ring modulators is a topic of interest in the industry, there is no concrete evidence from these search results that Ayar Labs is specifically using this technology in their current products. Their innovations seem to be more focused on manufacturing techniques and temperature control to improve the reliability and performance of silicon-based micro-ring modulators.

Bottom line if LWLG had anything they wouldn’t be using LPC to dilute. They’d have the same types of capital infusions we’ve seen from the likes of ayar labs and others are having from the big dogs in the supply chain.

Sounds like NLM has moved past 200mm and onto 300mm wafers with AIM Photonics. Phase 1 which took over a year and now they are onto phase 2. Vaporware always playing catchup and lagging behind.
https://www.nlmphotonics.com/2024/07/30/us-air-force-awards-nlm-million-dollar-contract/
This award funds a 21-month project with AIM Photonics to potentially offer modulator components in AIM Photonics’ process design kits (PDKs) for silicon-organic hybrid devices on the institute’s 300 mm silicon photonics platform.
Vaporware longs should note how long this stuff takes and manage their expectations. Also note the modifier “potentially”. Who knows if they can even get it to work on 300mm. As some in the industry have said this is some of the hardest science to perfect.
Nothing is happening here for 24-36 months. Dead money!

Who would buy into a PP of a shell company with no fundamentals? It would end up a huge pump and dump and probably already be back to pennies.
You can't sell this to sophisticated investors in a PP. That's why they have always been forced to go the loan shark route via LPC.
Also, just think of all of the lawsuits they would have encountered by delivering absolutely nothing here since the up list or if you want to go back the entire history of the company.

TBTB within the industry have set a 200 C Tg temperature for various reasons.
Don’t believe me then ask ML in a public forum. I’ve heard this from several players now. The EOP guys and the Systems guys who would implement the technology if it were real world ready.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC11243316/
Here this is public info from 7/4/2024. Enjoy the read and try and grasp how complex the science is regarding getting everything tuned with EOP. When you change one characteristic of the cromophore or host polymers it changes the whole of other properties related to performance that are unfavorable. There are still many checkboxes to be completed.
No one has figured it out 100% for mass commercialization and it’s likely years away if it ever happens.
No Vaporwave has not figured it out either or you would see the technology being commercialized and being integrated with meaningful revenue hitting the top line by now.
You’re doing yourself a disservice for believing your own hype. Aka wishful thinking.
This is dead money and is only going lower.
