What exactly does "follow" entail with the Mulitkine trial? I suppose it would be simple enough if all you need do was not lose track of patients' whereabouts, and whether or not they were still alive.
again, fwiw, the acc/distrib line still climbing. really jumped over the past 7 days
Accum/Dist still climbing, fwiw...
I concur, re Geert's citing of buyouts in the range of $5-$12 billion for small biotechs by big concerns. Why would he even mention those ?
now what's all that business about Talisman and "filer status"?
And the Acc/Distrib line continues to climb.
I noticed something interesting. Chart this from 3 years back or more, and right at the end of January last year TGLO's sudden assumption of a steady rise in acc/distrib is stark. Before then, acc/distrib was a mess.
I take "excellent remuneration" to mean an exceptionally-generous expense account. (Good hotels, First-Class travel, per diem, etc.)
Accumulation/Distribution still rising and ceaseless.
If they can openly state that 298 hasn't happened yet, then can they openly state that it has when it does?
oh, so an enrollee can just go AWOL off the radar?
The dropouts are immediately thrown out, arent they, as they must happen in the actual run of treatment before anything else happens?
I predict that when a true broad-spectrum cure for cancer is found or devised, it will be a swarm (or school?) of hunter-killer nano-robots personalized to the individual.
Until then all we can do is chip away at vulnerable temporary salients and the occasional Achilles' heel.
When the 298th event comes to pass, what follows then?
Will it be announced more-or-less immediately (being a material event), or will there be an interim as proper scientific conclusions are drawn up and prepped for release with data?
I wonder if Geert has an overly-broad definition of "NEW investors"?
Maybe one that includes "interested potential buyers"?...
Just thinking out loud.
Almost on impulse dumped my go-nowhere cobalt-miner and moved proceeds into PRPO. Bachelor's in micro and like what I see so far.
What be any short-term catalysts? What is the potential market for these screening kits?
Mostly off the top of my head, but: Might Delfin intend to use the shell not for the FNGL facility but for something separate but directly related? E.g., start their own LNG shipping line?
test
on that note and fwiw, the line on the accumulation/distribution chart is still climbing
Got out of this a long time ago (at a loss, naturally), but I still check back on things now and then out of curiosity.
There are so many head-scratchers about CTDT. From obscure trivialities (why would anyone named Snaper insist on pronouncing Snaper like "snapper" instead of the more-intuitive and much-less-ridiculous Snay-pur), to blatantly-obvious things like, "why haven't we seen incontrovertible proof that Magnatek--or whatever it's now called--actually works?"
I will keep an eye on this anyway, but a jaundiced one.
"These things take time... look at all the big players involved here."
Takes too much time and one of those big players will be the Grim Reaper. I'm not getting any younger.
Given all that, did we at some point pass "peak hedged-bet"?
A minor edit, if I may:
"Not a creature was stirring, not even Xl, that louse;"
I googled "corporate joint venture" and found this at Dundas Lawyers:
" An incorporated joint venture, also commonly referred to as a corporate joint venture, an equity joint venture or a joint venture company (Incorporated Joint Venture) is a type of joint venture where the participants (Joint Venturers) arrange for the incorporation of a separate legal entity to pursue an agreed business objective. The Incorporated Joint Venture may acquire assets of the Joint Venturers in exchange for the issuance of securities. "
fwiw, acc/dis line still climbing impressively
Still in shock from the incomprehensible debacle at mdx*. Too spooked to put another penny into anything.
a nasdaq requirement that you cannot up-list (otc-nasdaq) in the same fiscal year as the acquisition.
Is TGLO's fiscal year the same as the calendar year?
They were (and are) hedging their bets, too, methinks.
When they start making their first real glimmerings in the industry (or industries), I might buy back in. Meanwhile, every time I drop by here it's still Groundhog Day.
acc/dis holding steady as pps closely tracks the 200dma
Application for registration of a "Foreign for-profit Corporation"...
"Foreign", as in foreign to Texas? Sounds a bit confusing.
Someone needs to update theglobe.com's Wikipedia page, with appropriate footnoted references. Anyone here good at that?
Don't know how much of a difference it will make, but can't hurt.
jet engines
superalloys
interesting how it bounced off the 200dma. accumulation still climbing
Well I hope they're not tight-lipped for not having anything to announce.

Good point. Confusing the WSJ with IBD, methinks.
Anyway, by the end of the day (or the week) I hope to stand gladly corrected.
I had a hunch that the WSJ blurb's impact was being way over-estimated but I wasn't going to say anything. All sorts of visibility and awareness factors involved, including the article's substance itself: Note that the symbol 'TGLO' is never used, which I consider either a point of active WSJ policy or an utter slip-up by the author or editor.
Also note that the article is mostly about TheGlobe's history and travails, while saying practically nothing about Delfin's monster stake in LNG-export. Not to mention the tongue-in-cheek tone, akin to those little amusing-diversion articles featured on the bottom of the front page of every issue.
I did love this line though: "Delfin had better hope for more staying power the second time around" [emphasis added].
Which to me implies that the chance of a TGLO/Delfin chimera going stratospheric again is being taken very seriously -- at least by the author.
One thing I've learned with sub-dollar stocks is, Regardless of circumstance anything can happen, and too infrequently what you think will or want to happen.
I saw that pass over my area a couple of times. Apparent motion was pretty fast for a satellite.
Their Investor Relations Home page glimmers like a gold doubloon laying on the empty OTC beach, hinting at treasure.
I just hope that page isn't some kind of arcane over-my-head ruse.
