EGOH is an oil company, but recently purchased Pure Mobility. If you want more information about that, GOOGLE in Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. Read the shareholders newsletters. Pure Mobility is no longer a private company, but is owned by Eagle Oil Holding Company and investments in that company are made by purchasing stock shares of EGOH

If shareholders would stick together and place all sell orders at .0004 and above and do not back down, unless of coarse they are starving and pennyless and in dire need of some funds to stay alive. I myself receive a small SS check that doesn't make the house payment, but I will prevail.

We shareholders are not aware of how many total shares Connie has given out in debt repayment. We can only speculate. She can only sell a small percentage of her own personal shares each year and she has to get it approved by the SEC first, otherwise it is considered inside trading. Also we don't know if she has assigned some of her personal shares to her friends to sell for her. That is hard to track. All I know is that someone has a sh!tload of shares and is dumping them to get their money NOW! I intend to ride it to the end.

If people are so desperate for money, I don't understand why they invest in the stock market in the first place. They should keep their chump change in their pocket and get a real job!

I personally don't see the need to file a complaint to the SEC.
Better to find out what is really happening at the market. If
everyone sticks to their guns and don't back down and be patient
and keep the ask price up and stop bailing out, then the stock will get a chance to regroup. I don't believe any one person has an extreme amount of money invested in their shares. People lose more in Vegas in minutes! I am not impatient, so when everyone else is gone, I will be doing just fine.

Filing complaints to the SEC will not get you anywhere unless you have proof of your accusations. Better to slap the crap out of the idiots that are flooding the market.

The CEO generally has to get an okay from SEC to sell their shares, especially if they are a 10% holder. They can only sell a certain percentage each year. It is not Kosher to flood the market for personal gain and undermine your own company, quite stupid actually!

I don't think this stock is a POS, just the people that are selling billions of shares for .0001 are the POS. They are destroying the potential because of their greed. Things in life come back around to bite you in the arse sometime and I dearly hope this is one of those times. I don,t believe the MMs are reading this forum. I think they are to ignorant to read. If they could, they might just wise up! Some people keep bashing Brian Wilmot, at least he had the stock up to .39 when it was EGVR.
