Thin to .05 would love to see a solid close here.
Super thin to 7's!!!
I'm in. To the moon!
Deals take time to play out.
New mine acquired. Just a matter of time before this runs! Get in now to LOAD UP LOW!
That's why I was confused. I see now it was a reply to a prior post. No reverse split in action here. LOAD EM UP!
Got my order in for the morning.
Added. Let's ride that train.
Lots of PUBLICITY on CNN for Medical!
So I did a little DD on the in contract phrasing and spoke to my dad who deals in commercial real estate and he said that in contract all but guarantees the deal is being finalized. Medican has put a deposit down and it has been accepted and all left to work out is the financing which I know is a hurdle but you have to realize that their offer would have never been accepted if there wasn't faith in the plan and in the ability to secure the financing. These things don't happen overnight.
So hold tight and load while you can.
Yup I see it too. Damn that's a dump.
"All losses aside, why would people sell this so close to news, when they've been waiting so long?"
Exactly.
BE PATIENT. Rule #1 eliminate emotion from your decisions. The deals are done, PR will come when it's ready. Focus on the fact they will be generating revenue soon...
Nadia! You're back! And incorrect again.
Then there are the consistent prints of 10,000 share trades. This is just market makers trading to each other. No bid deal, I know. But why would market makers do that unless they were trying to keep the price of the stock at a certain range?
Other ways the market makers manipulate the trades is through pre-market trading, post-market trading, and hiding shares on level 2. When the market closes, it only closes to the public. Others can still trade. So the close price we see is not always the close price. That is how we get gap ups and gap downs (when the price opens higher or lower than it closed).
Share hiding is something that market makers love to do. Have you ever noticed that, on level 2, you will see 10,000 shares on the ask at a certain price. Then once those shares are bought, another 100,000 shares will all of a sudden show up? There’s no way that someone immediately just put in a sell order of 100,000 shares. Those shares were already being sold, however, the market makers decided not to show them.
Can anyone provide ken Williams email address? I'm away from computer and can't seem to locate it. Thank you.
Ready for tomorrow. A big thank you to all the DD and common sense regarding the 10-k to explain how it's really not that bad. I was afraid the shorts were going to drive this down. Obviously we have some unique and honest investors here. Glad to be here. Sleep well all!
I spoke with John around 10am this morning, and I actually asked him about Medican Nations and all he could give me was that they have some progress being made there but could not give me a timeline for a PR. I did however really notice a change in his voice inflection, almost EXCITEMENT when I asked about Medican Nations... and honestly.... its a great way to get around the USFG laws... IMO
THAT IS HUGE! JUST WHAT WE NEEDED.
Get in now while you can. Strong close incoming off the bull cross.
If I read that link correctly she ruled against reclassification... Kinda surprising really.... Hopefully they appeal and let's not lose site of the real deal here, the acquisitions.
Load up now. We're about to pull the trigger.
Houston we are cleared for take off!
Looking good. On the two MA study seeing a nice golden cross incoming!
Finish strong today and hopefully blow up tomorrow!
Looking good! Boom baby.
Would love to see us break the .0125 resistance and rocket up!
Slap that ask!
Nadia.... How's this?

Selling, General and Administrative expenses were $797,463 for the September 30, 2014 period, compared to $47,659 for the September 30, 2013 period. This change in selling, general and administrative expenses for the nine months ended September 30, 2014 was primarily due to payments made under the Amended Subscription Agreement associated with our proposed acquisition of IHMML (the “Subscription Agreement”) and increased accounting, legal services and compliance fees. The Company had a net loss of $47,638,046 for the September 30, 2014 period compared to a net loss of $53,408 for the September 30, 2013 period. The increase in net loss for the nine month period ended September 30, 2014 is due to the payments owed under the Subscription Agreement and increased accounting, legal and compliance fees."
From 10-q filed 11/14/14 part 5 and also part 6/7 elaborate further on the payment for services via shares....
Nadia we already debunked your theory on the 8 mil to IR. Page four of that same report.
Due diligence isn't a crime. He didn't share anything specific and simply gave helpful information.
Don't be scared. Longs will be rewarded here.
Buy Now if you can. Big week coming for MDCN!
UPDATE FROM IR:
Spoke with John about 15 minutes ago. He indicated that the 10-k will be accompanied with a PR for shareholders. Couldn't get any definitive info on acquisitions, but BIG NEWS HERE
There is a separate deal in the works right now per John and involves acquisition of a company already producing revenue. He said initial meeting went well and they intend to move forward.
He also said to just hold tight on the market and that we won't be disappointed.
Nadia.... How's this?

@cj I appreciate the quick response. I'm not trying to cause panic as I'm a long myself, but I read all the way through that filing and I mean is there anything in writing saying they won't? Not saying ken isn't good for his word but more or less just looking for someone to tell me I read it wrong lol.
Maybe since I'm new to MDCN I missed this but while doing some DD I stumbled across this authorization from January for them to effect a R/s at any time twenty days after... Anyone have an answer for this?

If we can we should slap the ask and cut ETRF out. We are gonna get played. Ceiling incoming.
