Does Denmark always have to be the source of something rotten? I bought those 300 shares with the $75 or so I had left sitting in my account. It had been there since the $3 and $4 days and I've been ignoring it ever since. I wouldn't want to have to say how much I paid for my other 4600 shares. But as you can see, I haven't given up hope yet! This is my first post since those days too.
When you're looking too microscopically at something, you lose your perspective. Stand back and look again at what we've been seeing for a long time: the long-term prospects of this company. The risk vs benefits--unimagined possibilities; or rather probabilities.
I say, look at the long range view. It's easy to lose sight of that when looking through a microscope.
Low, your analogy about OZ is great and that post is hilarious. You really should think about writing a book. (You'd need a good proofreader though.) LOL
Thanks much, Low. Appreciate it! EOM
Could you give me an idea on PBLS and MOBL. I'd say Pbls is headed down and Mobl stalled, doesn't look like its going to do anything very soon. I'm considering selling them but would like your input first.
Portuguese IS the official language of Brazil, all other South American countries are Spanish, no question. Only other Portuguese speaking countries are Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde and other smaller countries in Africa and Asia. (And Portugal, of course)
Seems they have the same complaint that Lowtrade has--too little info forthcoming. I think this will shake some loose.
Has no one seen the Motley Fool article yet? This should bring out some new PRs/disclosure if nothing else will.
Didn't Huff say sometime back that shareholders would be very happy by the end of the year?
Lowtrade: What do you make of the recent happenings with AMW? You had mentioned before that they were a failing water co. that was restructuring. Is there still hope for this company? Thanks!
Read this post on AMW. Sounds very good!www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=7692277
Are you kidding? They're turning into combat zones.
Low, on placing stop-loss orders. I've heard some say you should use them and others say absolutely not, since the MMs will scoop them up. What's your opinion?
BTW, I'm the "average investor" who bought GTEL months ago at a .30 average, and still holding. Bought more and now average around $4 (.26 or so)
I started buying in in early Feb, mostly each time it went up instead of buying when it went down! I've been reading most of the posts on both boards and some on RB during that time and have a pretty good feel for what's going on, though I've never delved into the TA very deeply. Keeping up with the boards is what gives me sufficient confidence to keep hanging in, because there's an awful lot of very knowledgeable people posting about every aspect of this company. The bashers are easily spotted and can't begin to make a dent in all of this. That's the way I see it, anyway.
I consider myself a very average investor in this company and understand about 10% of what I read on this board, but I do continue to read it. I see no reason to be negative about the prospects of gtel or its share price, and at this juncture, my average cost is about .32 and am ready to buy more at these levels. I have no intention of selling as I'm no good at day trading. The only reason I am posting now is to indicate how there are possibly many more like me out there in this same frame of mind and position, and may help to give some insight as to us thousands of silent, watching long term investors who form a solid basis, regardless of the day to day or month to month fluctuations. Thanks to all for the continued support and encouragement!
Appreciate all your comments. You are right!
Thanks, JFB and William! In other words, no short term focus here, just keep hanging in. (On NWAU, only 16 mil OS-quite a difference).
Rocky, the 1B OS keeps nagging at me. Can you explain more on this. Wouldn't this be a big problem for the share price for quite some time to come? Thanks!
Rocky, Do you post on any other ihub boards? If so, which ones, if you don't mind my asking.
HPNG.OB changed to HPNG.PK within the last hour?
Yahoo first had it at OB. but the second time I tried it the symbol had changed to PK. What gives?
Here's a site on competitive GPS vehicle tracking. Any comments on it? http://www.millenniumplusgps.com/
I put in a plug for Navicom with a Canadian heavy equipment website.
