I hope he listens and does what you say
Nothing. It is still a POS scam company. Those that bought got duped. The Court even said it was a shell company.
Byzantine calendar prediction is verifying my date? Loading up now!
You should have dumped this crap when it twitched a bit about a month ago.
This pos is not moving.
February 30th, 8080.
Uhhh no it isn't. No news, no filing, just a POS.
No it doesn't. Bitcoin prices have no effect on this dud. Bitcoin price went from $300 to over $1k and this sp has stayed the same.
Bitcoin is up, but this ticker isn't. It is the same price when bitcoin was $300.
The only thing this tells me is that BYSD has flat lined......
Well, you were still enriched by the dividend, just foolish to reinvest it all in CRGP.
Link doesn't work
Right, so that was three years ago (roughly). They may have failed to do oversight on the trades from their clients, which resulted in them losing $4M, but so far they have not violated any laws.
CRGP, failed to respond to a lawsuit, which resulted in a default judgment against them. But COR won't be able to collect that since CRGP disappeared.
So the only ones that I see at fault here, is CRGP since they failed to appear in court. Only the guilty run......
.000001. Northbound.......
No posts on the board for days, nor PRs from the company in months. This ticker is dead.
Ameritrade does the same thing, you know.
Reverse Split possible with this pps.
And WTXR just took a dump in trading after weeks of 0 volume with dropping 25%.
He did. Northbound. The answer for everything....
Thanks for the response. My post was in sarcasm when I was responding with my share structure response, with factual numbers from the Quarterly filings.
Well, thanks for the correction. So they decreased Total Outstanding shares by 463,000,000 from 2,323,142,631 to 1,860,142,631. This is based on Q2 outstanding shares of 2,323,142,631 and your 10/24 date of outstanding shares of 1,860,142,631.
They then increased Total Outstanding shares by 673,000,000 from 1,860,142,631 (10/24 date) to 2,533,142,631 (Q3 filing).
Thanks for setting me straight on the facts. I am not sure how that helps, but none-the-less we have it straight now.
Well, they didn't do that 700M share reduction. They did an increase of 210,000,000 shares from Q2 to Q3.
Q2 Report:
Total shares authorized: 3,400,000,000 Common as of: 06.30.15 50,000,000 Series A Preferred as of: 06.30.15
50,000,000 Series B Preferred as of: 06.30.15
Total shares outstanding: 2,323,142,631 as of: 06.30.15

Well if you reinvested all of your dividend back into CRGP, the it is in the sh*t can.
Save it....
It is at .0001, "brother"
Great Northbound prediction, Kali!
So let me get this straight.
First, the court hasn't ruled on the clawback yet.
But that doesn't matter, as it is up to FINRA and DTCC to change DTCCs procedures for the clawback.
So why the expedited motion for a receiver, if what you say is true?
Don't you think DTCC would have changed their process already in order to do that? Calendar year is coming to an end here soon, and for tax purposes, this should have been done already.
IMO
You keep holding on to that hope. I'm sure it will pan out.
Don't misconstrue my post to say making a profit is a bad thing. CRGP is a scam, otherwise they would have responded to the lawsuit and defended themselves. What innocent company/person does not defend themselves?
I don't believe there is a back room deal happening, nor do I believe COR will negotiate a settlement. If COR was in contact with CRGP or Adam Carter, I think they would notify the court so they could be located.
I'll admit I was naive and bought into the PRs posted by CRGP and I got a hefty dividend. When the lawsuit was brought, I hoped that CRGP would respond. When they didn't, I dropped that hope and faith into the company.
As I said, I have learned a lot from this experience. I realize this was a scam, but a scam perpetrated on a clearing company. I was smart enough not to reinvest the dividend into the company.
Why people still defend the fact that CRGP is entitled to money indebted to COR, I won't understand, especially when an email was presented that CRGP was going to "wire" the money back to COR and "canceled" the "transaction".
The saying holds true: "There are none so blind as those who choose not to see".
Just my experience and opinion.
In what way was I not calm?
Doubtful. That amount of volume would not make a dent into what is owed on the default judgment.
Scratch the last post of mine, .0001s....
Right back to .0002s.....
I am also glad you can pick up on a sarcastic post.....
Thanks for answering the questions with your outstanding opinion.
Who and how would this divvy be paid? The company that disappeared, aka, CRGP? The company that "acquired" CRGP?
Where is the money coming from? Is it the money that is owed to COR? Or from the "mines"?
Quit spreading nonsense.
You know, I agree with you on that. But stocks that bounce usually do it with an something that is inflated, or substantial. BYSD has not put any air in the ball, so to speak, for this to bounce.
Hey, maybe it will do something for it to bounce. Gordon being announce to be a member on the board of directors for WTXR doesn't put a lot of air in the ball.
At one time, Wikipedia was not a reliable source. As anyone could put something on there that wasn't true. Now it can be considered source material.
I know there is a lot of time put into verifying, vetting posters for Wikipedia to become a reliable source. I myself, do not quote Wikipedia as a source reference in any paper I publish, just a precautionary check on myself.
But, I agree with you, that website is not a reliable source of intel.
I have learned a lot from this fiasco, and continue to learn from it. Penny plays are a big gamble, and more regulation needs to be put in place in this arena.
If that were true, then why rush for the receiver to be appointed?
They already won the default judgment.
COR knows it would be more costly and time consuming to try and go after the dividends beyond the 90 day mark.
Where the heck have you been for 3 months? It is trading in the greys, since 10 Sept (my timing could be off).
