[bTried to make 1st purchase w/Ameritrade
today, received message "transactions for this
security not accepted" anyone have same input?
If so what is reason?
I need a simple explanation why TD Ameritrade will not
accept my buy order for IGXT as "funds are not available for
for transactions of a non-marginable security." I maintain
a substantial Cash balance and do purchase penny stocks w/o
question. Is IGXT more risky than pennies? Appreciate any suggestions.
It seems that the holders of the hundred million free trading shares are holding their stock for a reason! They are not even interested in selling here when the market cap is $68 million....I think those close to the ccmpany know and trust the company business plan and are interested in much higher share prices here. Don't you agree MSU? Seems to be NO SELLERS out there that have any supply of stock? True?
Seems like you are the only one who keeps on yelling FIRE before we even see any smoke??
Also seems strange that you have said you had 2100 shares, less than $300 and this is the only board you post on? WOW!!! I can imagine how much you would be posting if you ever got like a thousand dollars and invested in a stock.
I for one have talked with Peter, and believe the company wants to use its stock to acquire assets and the BIG shareholders are holding all their stock because they believe in Peter and the company and its plan!
GLTA Got to love a thin stock that builds faith and trust in management EVERYDAY...
This is definately good news. It appears Mr Grubb has some good connections in the area and these being the first leases he has brought to the table, I expect them to all be producing oil in the next couple months.
This also gives the company a solid reason to raise money now. With the price of oil in triple digits, even small quantities of oil are profitable. I can imagine how many abandoned wells there are in the area? I expect we will see many more leases coming to the company.
Now that they have got their toe in the water, I think they will be swimming soon!
""and we intend to continue to structure acquisitions that will build shareholder value and utilize our current share structure to increase this value.""
Utilize our current share structure to increase this value. Huh? Does he mean he plans to dilute in order to build shareholder value? I didn't understand that comment at all. I mean, you have to either debt finance or equity finance these "acquisitions" right? I guess he's focusing on equity financing/diluting.
WRONG! Let me help you to understand. Since you obviously did not get it the first few times it was pointed out.
Equity Financing without Dilution!
If the independent 3rd Party Valuation of an asset comes in at say, $150 Million. Xun Energy structured the deal so that the asset was going to be acquired with 200 Million shares @ $.75 each, which = $150 Million paid in stock. For a nominal amount ($1.00 or whatever it is???) Peter stated he was going to redeem 200 Million of his 320 Million shares.
Net Affect, Xun Energy has an asset on its Balance Sheet valued at $150 Million and NO NEW Liabilities!!! To me, that says BUILDING SHARE VALUE!!!
And if you noticed, and I am sure someone as sharp as yourself did, Peter also stated, he was going to redeem an ADDITIONAL 100 Million shares for some NOMINAL amount FURTHER increasing share value!
NET NET AFFECCT: Xun would have had a $150 Million asset (or whatever the valuation came in at) and Issued and Outstanding shares REDUCED from 512 million to 412 million! And NO NEW LIABILITY!
I hope this makes it more clear for you MSU. GLTA
Let's see, where do I start:
#1 "Somebody better call DL to inform him that those 80M shares he sold was an impossibility according to pj. Check the form 4's. I hate to bring up old news, but when you say something can't be done that's already been done, you leave no choice."
You are WRONG. You do not KNOW the rules of a SHELL COMPANY. Read the following:
"If the company that issued my shares was ever a shell company, can I sell my restricted shares?
https://www.rule144letters.com/shareholder_rule144_legal_opinion_letter.aspx#Rule144_8
If your restricted shares were issued by a reporting or non-reporting company that is now or ever has been a shell company as defined by SEC Rule 405, the Rule 144 safe harbor is available only if the issuer has fully complied with Rule 144(i)(2). Rule 405 defines a shell company as one that has: (1) no or nominal operations; and (2) either: (a) no or nominal assets; (b) assets consisting solely of cash and cash equivalents; or (c) assets consisting of any amount of cash and cash equivalents and nominal other assets. Compliance with Rule 144(i)(2) requires that a former shell company (a) must have ceased being a shell company, (b) must be subject to the 1934 Exchange Act, (c) must have filed Form 10-like information at least 12 months ago (the so-called “Super 8K”), and (d) must have filed all reports required by Rule 144(c) during the previous 12 months.
So MSU, to clarify for you: Donald Lynch or any Affiliate or Officer of a public company can always do a private sale of their stock. (Which is what Mr Lynch did) The problem is, that stock is subject to RESTRICTIONS and those restrictions cannot be removed and the stock Registered for selling in the public markets, (ie. OTC:BB) until it meets the above requirements.
So, the CLOCK does not even start until Xun Energy is NO longer a SHELL company. After Xun has complied with A, B, C & D....then the 12 MONTH clock will START! See the link, and you can Google shell companies and 144 Stock and find other sites that will also confirm, or you can call any reputable SEC attorney and ask them.
"those 400 million shares are LOCKED UP FOR AT LEAST 12 MONTHS. NO WAY POSSIBLE TO GET THEM FREE TRADING BEFORE THAT."
Obviously, you are wrong, and my statement is correct.
Here's a tidbit for you regarding Restricted Securities: http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/rule144.htm
Do you even truly know what you're talking about? YES....and you TRULY do not. Apology accepted!
Besides, how long and when did this "12 months" begin? The "12 months" has not even begun!
Do you have any idea? Don't you think they've owned those shares since before the company changed names and did their extremely favorable 80:1 forward split? When exactly did this waiting period begin? You make it seem as if the 12 months are just beginning. I refuse to argue with you all day about this, but check your companies filings, including form 4's and all stock registrations before making that sort of comment.
No need for me to repeat the correct answers here for you too.
XNRG is a SHELL company and those 400 million shares are LOCKED UP FOR AT LEAST 12 MONTHS. NO WAY POSSIBLE TO GET THEM FREE TRADING BEFORE THAT. ASK YOUR SEC ATTORNEY ABOUT THAT.
Peter said he put the 8K on the termination out as soon as he got approval from GEA attorney. He could not release it any sooner.
Finally, the fact that the model he outlined in the LOI to acquire a third party, independently valued asset without issuing ANY new shares, and ADDITIONALLY REDEEMING 100 MILLION SHARES...is something I have personally never seen done by a company.
IMO, THAT IS A FANTASTIC MODEL TO BUILD SHARE VALUE AND I LOVE IT!
I am invested here to make $$$$....why would you see news as a chance to bail when the company has been extremely transparent and the market has shown a tremendous amount of confidence in the company by holding at this level on disappointing news?
This stock has gone to $.30+ and we are sitting at a bottom IMO. They start executing in the Oil business now, and I for one, will be buying more shares and adding to my position. I believe management when they say their main focus is to BUILD shareholder value, and I intend to stick with them. Hard to find management you really feel is trustworthy and truly concerned with building share value.
I too spoke to Peter and got the feeling there would be news out this week on some developments in Kentucky and the work Michael Grubb has been doing. The stock seems to have shown very good support here as even on the very disappointing news, it has continued to hold its value and I would guess it will move right back up on any corporate update that shows progress in the Oil and Gas Industry. I am looking to get out of a few non-performing stocks and increase my position here before it moves. Seems like a safe bet.
GLTA
And there is our first trade, "someone" sold $101.775 worth of stock before it dropped to .06 and they lost another $20.35
Talk about a tightly held stock! Our sellers are selling $100 worth? He must have had another hot stock he wanted to invest that $101.375! I hope he has a low commission rate!
Why not comment on the obvious sells that are posted just to show a lower sale all the time? I suppose the last few sells were real investors that had to sell their $70 or $30 worth of stock before it dropped anymore? LOL
Right....
Is that the best you can find to nit pick every little detail? Seems apparent that you can Register a company online, pay your fees and get it verified. Then they post it after the business day starts. You act like something was done that was not correct or already verified. Sounds like you are more the amateur than the legal team that XNRG uses.
"My point: imo, the company should have waited to release info to be pr'd until after acceptance by the ky sos."
Why all the interest in a company you do not own stock in?
"Insiders hold more than 100M I thought? Where did you get that figure? Other than DL's 80M, Matousek holds 320M by himself. Now O/S last reported was 512M... But Insiders hold more than 100M."
I was simply referring to the free trading shares, do not know if they are held by "insiders" but they are being held very tightly.
There are only about 7.5 million shares even deposited and in the float from the 100 million free trading. I can only summize that they are all holding those shares for a good reason.
I have NO knowledge of facts here, just my deductions from my research.
MSU: who was the one group that knew what the news was going to be?
Do you think the GEA group might have told their family and friends? They are a private company, what if they told them to buy because they were being acquired by a public company. They watched the stock triple, then when they knew they were killing the deal, and family asked how it was going, and it was after the projected closing date...seems plausible that they might have told family and friends to sell? Only took a little selling before the bid dropped about 50% and that then scared other investors out. Even so, there were no offers to sell below .149 at the end of that day. Seemed like maybe only one group had a strong sense to get out, no?
Juust my theory, as Peter told me he felt really good about the deal until the last minute, hence the extention that was granted.
But in all penny stocks, GREED rules until FEAR overtakes it, and that happens when there is usually a strong move to the upside, and then inevitable delays. Easy to shake out the flippers and not so committed at that point.
GLTA...I am going to be buying more if this dips back to .10 or so.
It seems pretty apparent that the float on this stock is very tight. Even on as bad news as we got, there has been very little selling! There was some, as was to be expected, but very few shares sold under a dime here.
Seems to me, if you sell at the bid, you have very little chance of buying this back when good news does come out, as she runs very easily. There doesn't seem to be any real sellers here, meaming the 100 million shares held by the "insiders" are not coming out. My only deduction on that is that they are holding for a real reason. The smart money seems to know something we don't.
Therefore, I am going to hang around here for a while, and pick up more shares on the bid at every opportunity. Looking at selling some other holdings to add to my available cash. On a real deal, I think this is an esay double or triple or better from here based on what we have seen so far. glta
BTW, I did call Holiday Stock Transfer last week and spoke to a gentleman there and asked about the I/O and that has not changed for a while, still 512 million.
Then I asked about what was in DTC (the Float) and he said he was not very busy, and usually they do not give out that information, but he told me to hold on, and came back on the line in a minute and said the stock in DTC was 7,528,000
I find it very interesting that the smallest trades of the day always seem to come at the bid, like someone wants to print a lower price. Anyone else watch this happening all the time?
Someone had to sell 597 shares @ .11 for $65 before trading fees? I guess they wanted to get out before it dropped to .09 and they lost another $13.
Why is this person in the market?
Perhaps it is the same wise trader that sold the 758 shares @ .09 for $68. And you hit the bid??
FREE TIP: When selling less than $100 worth of stock, one might find it wise to put your life savings up at the offer, especially when there is no panic selling on the bid.
I sold a little of my position last week when the company did not meet there Jan 31 timeline for announcing the Definitive Agreement. I spoke with Peter and asked why the 8K did not come out until Friday after the market, and he said the company had it prepared right away, but they had to wait for the attorney for GEA to give their ok on putting it out, and that is why it came out later.
I think I am going to buy back what I sold, and maybe a little more. I made a small profit on what I sold and it appears that the share structure is still really tight as insiders seem to obviously be holding on to the large majority of their shares. I like that very much.
Hi just been doing some DD here. Picked up a few shares last
couple of weeks and I like what I am finding out about this
company. Seems to be a board that is truly sharing some
good info on the company and its management. Iam looking
to add to my position as i like how it's trading here
and the price is right!
zecco may be less expensive, but customer service not good.i went around in circles trying to make a purchase from proceeds of a same day sale of a different stock even tho the orig purch was months earlier. I like TDA has great user friendly site and never a problem selling and buying. IMO

Where can I read the recent Conference Call dialogue?
re: SAR indicator - thanks Rick that helped
me and others.. you guys are great!
Strange? Even more is TDA NOT accepting to fill orders for this transaction. Protecting the client, without reason. It's our risk and our money... go figure!
Wow i put a buy in at .51 and got filled
@.493 and it shows up as a bid. Glad i
waited, hope to get more at bargain prices here.
Here's a mssage received from Ameritrde and my response.

Thank you for contacting me today. TD AMERITRADE has made the business decision to not allow opening transactions on this security. I as well as many other ameritrade customers are very upset that we are prevented to purchase online because of your restriction. Customers could've been given a warning
and been allowed to choose to purchase online or not.Customers are subject to loss of valuation because of your imposed restriction. A phone order is not an acceptable option. I trust you will remove this restriction and make necessary compensation for this failure to e-trade.
Anyone having trouble trading online?
Ameritrade requires broker assistance . I was able to
trade by phone @online rate but it's time consuming.
Any one have similar problem?
I received a response from Biel as to availability to purchase the patch. This is great info for everyone: Take note:
[It is possible to order the product at www.theactipatchstore.com. We are
awaiting broader FDA clearances before establishing major US retail distribution.

Recently there was information regarding products available online without paying the high shipping costs. Can someone pass on that info. My wife is running out of Kind Laundry detergent and I don't want to purchase the "old stuff" locally. Thanks for your help.
I've been checking the Ace Hardware Stores in Calif. and in
particular the Laguna Beach store and they do not carry winning colours and they are mostly independently owned.
If you have any info of a store that carry's it, please provide the location.
Here's the link for the CNBC story on "wet dry cleaning"

I also saw the CNBC segment on Wet Dry Cleaning an outlet in NJ is doing very well with it. Months ago I spoke with Eric about the Good Morning America segment several months ago and suggested wnbd could promote its product thru similar channels."perc" will be phased out by law in not too distant future. Hope we get our foot in the door soon.
Cash... I also recd an immediate response from Eric in May and July concerning the role wnbd is taking re:"perc"and my reference to it's mention on GMA TV morning show. It appears they do appreciate our input and interest in such matters.
